The Grosvenor Day Nursery

We couldn’t have asked for a better nursery. Our little boy loves going there. The staff are genuine, friendly and it feels that we are dropping him off to friends or family rather than a nursery. We would highly recommend this nursery.

We absolutely love The Grosvenor. Both our children have been so well looked after from the age of nine months. The staff are fabulous and there is such a lovely home-from-home feeling. My daughter comes home happy and chatty about her day- just as her brother did when he attended.

Our little one has been going to the Grosvenor now for over 2 years and I can honestly say we couldn’t be happier. From the beginning, they are super flexible for your little one to have as many taster sessions as needed, so they are fully comfortable when they start. The whole team are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. They care about each and every kid and they treat them with care and love. My now 3-year-old loves going to nursery, and always leaves with a big smile on her face and won’t stop chatting about her day and her friends! They also have wonderful meals made from scratch which my daughter loves, so I know she at least eats nutritious food twice a week when she refuses my meals! We are now in the process of settling my 4-month-old to start in January and going through all of it again makes me realise how lucky we are to have found the Grosvenor nursery for our daughters! Such a beautiful, friendly, wonderful team! They cannot be praised enough!

We have chosen the Grosvenor for our second child after having such an amazing experience with our first. The Grosvenor as a whole is such a wonderful nursery with amazing staff that goes above and beyond for each individual child. Our daughter is now five years old and still recalls her time at the Grosvenor as one of her best memories, and it meant there was no doubt in our minds when thinking about a nursery for our second child. The Grosvenor have shown the love and care that we've always wished for in a care setting for our children, and we are so glad that we chose them as our children's nursery.

The Grosvenor team was truly our surrogate daytime family to our children. Professional, kind, aspirational and above all caring - they help children grow and develop into independent, thriving and witty little humans. They see the strengths in each individual and show them how to enjoy each step of their early years! From role-play to reading and writing, counting, painting and drawing - but also baking, yoga, body workouts and amazing birthday parties. They've been a blessing to our young family! The vegetarian meals ticked the 5-a-day box expanding colours, flavours and textures beyond the dreaded old-fashioned beige meals!

We have all the relevant info we need at all times.

The Grosvenor Day Nursery is like a family to us. Not only taking really good care of our daughter for almost 2 years now, but also the way that they communicate and engage with us as parents is the best. Daily updates on the app with all relevant info and also photos with the activities. You can see the kids have a great time over there.

We love the Grosvenor Day Nursery and have nothing but praise for the staff. My son has been at the nursery for nearly 3 years and he loves the people there and has made some great friends. When he is listing his best friends to me, the staff are always in there! They have been supportive throughout the pandemic and are always kind and flexible. It really does have a family feel and lovely people. I would (and do) definitely recommend it.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Our daughter has been going to this nursery for nearly 3 years. She has been really happy, made really good friends and has learned so much. Also, she is bilingual and they have always supported her in any way they could. Our son started two months ago aged 9 months and he is really happy there too. The staff are really friendly, dedicated and supportive. They are always willing to talk to parents, answer any questions and accommodate any needs. Always trying to improve to provide the best care for children. The best nursery we could ever have asked for and we would miss you deeply!

The nursery and the staff there, are simply amazing. Our son was a bit shy and clingy after spending the best of 18 months in a very minimal exposure environment, due to Covid. I really wasn’t sure how it was going to go. The staff have been super accommodating to his needs and have given him all the attention he needed to settle in. He is now a confident little boy that loves his time there. The staff have been really amazing and curious. They even tried to learn and refresh their language skills so he wouldn’t feel left out when speaking in any of his three languages. I honestly would have never expected this, but it is so good to see. In terms of inclusiveness, it sets the standard very high!

We have been using the Grosvenor day nursery for 4 years now for both our girls. We couldn't recommend it highly enough! The staff are amazing with the kids and even try to learn different languages to assist bi-lingual children. The nursery is very flexible to modern working patterns and is always eager to help parents with difficult schedules. Our girls both love it there and have learned so much. It is so lovely to see their characters developing with all the new skills they have developed at the nursery.

The best nursery in the South West! If I had 10 children, all ten would have to go there. Staff are the best, my son has learned so many things there and I must give all the credit to people who work at The Grosvenor Day Nursery. Extremely recommended!

Fantastic nursery with highly attentive and friendly staff. Our son has attended for almost 3 years, and our daughter for around a month. We've been nothing but impressed with the Grosvenor since day one, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We love the Grosvenor and so do our little girls. The staff are kind and caring and carefully plan to support each child’s needs. Our eldest was at Grosvenor for four years and our youngest has been there for a year. The flexibility is so brilliant and definitely something other settings don’t offer. The communication is great too. Our little one comes home every day happy, rested and well fed and we couldn’t be happier with what the Grosvenor offers.

Love this nursery! They have always been so good with both of my boys, nothing is too much for them and my children have made some special bonds with both the staff members there and other children. The nursery staff genuinely care about the children and my boy always comes home having had the best day with his friends. Would highly recommend it.

Our daughter started here last September aged ten months and we couldn’t be happier with how well she settled, is looked after and how much she is thriving! The love and care shown to her are exceptional, and she is always happy going in. Her speech, and confidence, has developed amazingly as has her eating due to the lovely food served. All the staff are wonderful and have been so supportive and kind to us during a difficult few months, which has been so appreciated.

My daughter is learning a lot at the nursery, she loves the staff and is happy in their company. The meals provided are more than acceptable and suitably nourishing. I would highly recommend The Grosvenor Day Nursery. The manager, one particular member of staff and the team are fantastic. Thank you!

Both my children have attended The Grosvenor Day Nursery and have had wonderful experiences. My daughter was incredibly shy and was often upset when I left her, but the staff always made me and her feel safe and supported. I saw such a change in my daughter as a result of her time at nursery. My son is the opposite and always has a blast. The setting is small, so you can be confident of one on one time, and the outside area is a great space. All the staff are so caring and fully engaged in the development of the individual children. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Our son has been going to Grosvenor Day Nursery for just over a year. They have been amazing from the very start. They had settling in days to see if it was a good fit for him and frequent updates at the start, which put my mind at ease knowing he was OK. I can't praise the staff enough for how attentive and caring they are to the children here. Within a few days of starting he would keep mentioning the staff members names at home and was so happy to see them on his nursery days, that we felt comfortable that he was being looked after really well there. You can tell how much the staff love the children here because of how fondly they speak of the kids here and they know all of the children really well and seem to love what they do. They have also been very accommodating with providing childcare at short notice when I have had to pick up extra shifts at work. I feel very relaxed leaving my son here as I know he is loved and feels at home. Keep up the good work!

Couldn't have chosen a better nursery for my son. All staff there are amazing and they truly care about the children. The staff always take the time to let you know what they have been up to. Days at the nursery are structured with a variety of fun learning activities and my son learns so much there. My nearly 3 year old has attended The Grosvenor Day Nursery since he was 18 months old, I honestly could not recommend this nursery enough.
