The team have been so welcoming and really give us the time of day and listen to us. Their rapport with our daughter is amazing and we didn't have a single tear during the settling in. She asks to go Banana Moon on a Saturday the best praise is possible.

As a father of a 2 year old daughter, I am extremely happy about the excellent care she is given every day at the nursery. The staff are very friendly, open minded and professional. Very warm approach made it easy for my daughter to settle in and really helped in difficult teething moments. Since her first day when she was 10 months old, I could see she was happy there and built a bond with the staff over the time, so now she mentions staff names even when she is at home. Great help in child's development of multiple skills. I would recommend Banana Moon Harlow to everyone.

My son has been attending the Banana Moon Day Nursery for about 10 months now. He absolutely loves it there and looks forward to it every morning. I have been quite impressed by the way the nursery has handled the COVID 19 situation even though it has impacted on me severely at certain times. The staff are all friendly and very professional. Their warm disposition makes the children feel safe and secure when they are at nursery. I would definitely recommend the Banana Moon Day Nursery in Harlow.

The nursery staff were amazing with my niece when she first started. She absolutely loves coming here now and has progressed really well. Would happily recommend this nursery to anyone who wants to give their child a good start in life and knowledge that their child will be very well looked after.

As a parent, we look forward to the best care to our children and without any doubt, I would highly recommend this nursery to any friends or family. My 2 children; 1 baby and a 3yo toddler were given excellent care by this nursery; we never had any complaints or problems with the staff and our children were always happy there. The nursery app is amazing and it keeps you up to date on your child progress and activities! I thank very much Banana Moon Harlow staff for taken good care of our children when we most need it!

Great location and perfect for commuting to London.

After 6 months at Banana Moon, I am really pleased my little one attends there. A variety of different activities to keep them busy in the day, a daily report, staff are open and approachable which is great for first-time parents when you have lots of questions.

The Banana Moon team support the learning we do at home and share what they are doing in the nursery.

He is now 15 months old and in the first two months has now started talking, singing, is very sociable and interacts incredibly well with other children. I'm really pleased with his progress and feel safe and secure that he is being looked after in a caring, warm environment.

A fantastic nursery with a very caring staff/team from the top management down to the key workers. It is a very pleasant and safe environment for all and a very conducive learning environment for children. Overall, extremely happy with everything and highly recommend. Our daughter's learning development, safety and well being has been extremely well cared for. Highly recommend.

My partner and I are extremely happy with our childcare choice. Excellent location, it's safe, rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff are positive, happy people and have helped our child grow and learn. We love the uniform, makes life easier for 2 busy working parents.

Really good nursery, great facilities, helpful and very trustworthy staff. I would recommend for the preschool sessions in particular. Can't really comment on the food but heard that's also pretty good standard. I love that all the toys and facilities are so new looking and made from wood and not plastic and the outdoor area is fab for the preschoolers.

My son joined Banaba Moon on 19.01.2017 and since starting he has settled in very well. The staff are very friendly and will communicate with me and my partner any concerns or improvement there may be. I do not regret having registered my little one in Banana Moon and 100% recommend it.

From the beginning I was introduced to my son's key worker who has always been first class. My son has had multiple allergies and needs regular inhalers and they have always been confident and careful with these. We feel he is safe and happy even though he is very young we still get paintings to take home. His need are met and his learning us discussed. He always has done a range of activities every day. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Staff are very nice. They play and sing with children all the time. The organisation in the nursery is very good. Staff are interested in the children all the time.

I think the staff here are very friendly and welcoming, so far I have no immediate issues. I like the nursery security system with the fingerprint and cameras everywhere. Overall a good nursery. I would definitely recommend it.

The nursery provides a variety of stimulating, age-appropriate activities that engage my son and boost his personal development.
