Banana Moon Day Nursery Harlow has an in-house kitchen producing freshly cooked nutritious food everyday.

The setting has sleep rooms equipped with cots and sleep mattresses. There are also baby monitors, rigid recorded checking procedures and a designated member of staff to ensure the safety of each child. At all times, staff try to adhere to parents' desired and established sleep patterns and routines.

Staff operate an open house policy where registered parents can enter the nursery any time of the day.

My little one truly enjoys this nursery. Since she started attending five days a week, her development has been remarkable. The practitioners are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always ready to help, creating a warm and positive environment.

Our daughter is in the full moons room, the staff there are very friendly, the activities they do seem very varied and it's a good mix of indoor and outdoor play.
In particular she gets to do some baking and food decoration which is good fun and she gets a yummy self made treat for it after too!
The
food they get during the day is also really well planned and balanced, she gets to try all kinds of amazing things made in house by their chef, it's rare she doesn't eat what's given!
They give a good report at the end of the day to let you know what they've been up to and how they've eaten and this is also updated on the parent app too, which is nice as it's very rare you get any major information from her!

My son has been with Banana Moon nursery for over 3 years. The staff have done a wonderful job and have been a good influence on his upbringing. The staff are great at calming him down on days he doesn't want to go in and he has also built a solid foundation of friends he see outisde of nursery. He
will miss them all enormously. You guys are great.

My little boy has been at BM for around 5-6 weeks now, this was one of the first nursery's that me & my husband looked at and liked straight away, consequently me & my neighbour (as she started to also look for a nursery) looked at many others, we both decided on banana moon due to many factors including
the kindness of staff, the continuation of the same staff, location, good vibes ect. I could go on, my little boy has been poorly recently and was admitted to hospital, i had phone calls to check in from BM, emails asking after him, this was something I didn't expect. Even upon his return to nursery the staff had been asking after him, this meant so much as it shows how much they care, he is settling nicely now and smiles for the girls when we go, he eats amazingly well there, and I love the app with updates showing me what he's done, in the short time he's been there, he is already learning new things and progressing nicely. I feel reassured when dropping him in, always have done.

Really good nursery, my son attended Banana Moon for nearly 3 years and he really enjoyed himself there. The staff did amazing work by not only caring for him, but he was also well prepared for his school. Well done team, highly recommended.

My daughter was attending Banana Moon Day Nursery for over three years and she absolutely loved it.
We visited many nurseries and this was the only one which stood out as being one of the best.
The Banana Moon team are so friendly, professional and they really care about the children.

Such a good nursery, my daughter has just left to start school after three years at Banana Moon Day Nursery and we will miss them.
The staff are all lovely, you can tell that they really care about the children they look after. My daughter loved it there and was very happy and settled. I would and

The team at Banana Moon Harlow are incredible. They supported our quite sensitive daughter as she got used to life at nursery (having never been cared for by anyone other than her parents). The management team are always on hand to answer questions and our daughter absolutely adores her key worker and
the staff in her room.
Our daughter has a few food intolerances and we have felt very reassured by the way staff have handled this. They truly treat every child as an individual, responding to their personalities and needs with thought and care. I've heard a lot of bad stories from friends about other nurseries, but we've had such a good experience at Banana Moon.

My daughter started with Banana Moon Nursery in April 2023. She enjoys spending time at the nursery and will usually ask to go even on her off days. She speaks highly of the staff and will specifically mention their names and activities they have been engaging in. Staff have been supportive and attentive
to my queries and will respond to emails promptly. My daughter loves the nursery so much that she refers to it as 'my Banana Moon'.

Banana Moon Day Nursery for my child. Since she started, she has been cared for. I have never felt so at ease. So comfortable to leave my child there. Staff are super nice and super friendly. Would call and update me during the first week to give me peace of mind.
They gave maximum comfort and care
for my child to feel welcome and comfortable. They don't let her get upset. Changing the previous nursery was the best decision ever. Thanks to the amazing staff members.

Banana Moon has been excellent, not only for my child but for me as well. Having gone through a few life changes, I always felt I had the best support and care. The whole team is dedicated to giving the best service for my child and a good influence on her upbringing. My child is happy and always looking
forward to going to nursery; this only indicates she's being well looked after, and she feels comfortable. The staff are always smiley and take the time to talk, and I believe that's really important for a parent. Thank you so much, and keep up the good and hard work.

Myself and my husband are so pleased with how well our little girl has settled in and how the staff in the baby room have shown her so much care and attention. The girls in the baby room listen to what I say regarding feeds and other things to do with my baby's routine.
My child is always happy when
we collect her and can see this in her photos online too. I love getting her diary and seeing what she has eaten and done throughout the day. She loves being in the garden too. She also wasn't sleeping in her cot and when she came here, one member of staff worked so hard to get her comfortable with this and now she sleeps so well in her cot.

My daughter has settled very quickly here, the team are very welcoming, friendly and approachable. Whenever I needed to talk regarding my daughter the management team are very happy to listen and make instant changes/adaptations to help. The management team are hands on and know their children. The
staff are always finding ways to create attractive and inviting play areas they have very good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

My son loves attending nursery. He's always happy when he knows it's a nursery day and tells us he had a good day on most pickups. He loves the team and talks animatedly about his favourite staff members at home. His language and vocabulary exploded when he moved up a group and he hasn't stopped talking
since then! The team provide great updates on all areas of his development (outside of the app) and provide tips and feedback on supporting activities we can try at home.

Hi, I am a Director for my family business, where I have worked for nearly 20 years. Since having a family of my own, I have always taken an active role in anything my children are involved in. I was treasurer for my son’s pre-school for many years where I met Becky and we decided to embark on this adventure together. I am very organised, and used to juggling commitments. As well as work and family, I run a Netball club which consists of 3 teams in our local league. I also help my husband with the paperwork side for his First Aid Company. I am a firm believer in supporting staff. I will be supporting the nursery mainly off site and dealing with the accounts emails. I enjoy my weekends either playing netball, or watching my young sons play football and rugby, as well as spending time with family.

Hi, I used to be a management accountant but when I had my family I changed careers to work with children. I studied my level 6 at the University of Herts whilst being an outstanding childminder.
