Banana Moon Day Nursery Harlow has an in-house kitchen producing freshly cooked nutritious food everyday.

The setting has sleep rooms equipped with cots and sleep mattresses. There are also baby monitors, rigid recorded checking procedures and a designated member of staff to ensure the safety of each child. At all times, staff try to adhere to parents' desired and established sleep patterns and routines.

Staff operate an open house policy where registered parents can enter the nursery any time of the day.

Outdoors, there is a playground and an exciting natural adventure area.

This nursery is very friendly. The staff are helpful and support the kids really well. Good facilities for indoor and outdoor play - my son loves it! The atmosphere is always nice and relaxed. Would highly recommend it.

My experience with Banana Moon Harlow is very positive. The staff are very welcoming to me as a parent I get weekly pictures of my child doing a range of different activities. Also, we get regular at work sent home too of painting, sticking and glueing and drawings. The nursery also does regular parent's
evenings and also information evenings about different things the children learn, and parents get to know more information about potty training and dummies and general helpful information. I would highly recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery Harlow.

We're really pleased with how the nursery helped our son settle and the care provided for him. He loves attending, and we have seen a marked difference in his social skills, his confidence and his general development. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about the children they
work with. We, and our son, are always met with a smile and have been made to feel welcome from day one. The staff are always happy t answer questions and provide advice when needed. We are also kept updated with our son's progress via the app; it is lovely to see what he gets up to and how happy he is here. The staff are very informative about what my child has learnt, likes to do, eats and who her friends are.
They update the app regularly.

I am very happy with our time at Banana Moon. We have not had any issues. The staff are very good with the children, and everyone seems happy.
Sometimes when I come to collect my child, all of the stairgates are left open when it states clearly they should always be closed. I am not sure if this is
parents or staff, but I feel this should be looked into better. Other than that, I have no issue, and we are happy with our experience.

Our son really enjoys his days at Banana Moon, communication is very good, he takes part in activities we wouldn't be able to do at home and he has a fantastic bond with his key worker. He always eats very well when he is there and they are fantastic for caring for him when we are away at work.

Really poor nursery. Keen to lie about the circumstances in which your child gets injured and when challenged then (not allowed to enter name) tries to brush it under the carpet and has no grip on things. Staff member (not allowed to enter name) is very good, however, the rest leave a lot to be desired.

We moved to the area a year ago and my son joined Banana Moon Day Nursery Harlow when he was aged 2.5 (he is now 3.5). The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and my son had no issue with settling into a new nursery. He has learnt so much over the past year and is very happy at nursery. He loves

Absolutely amazing nursery. I couldn't ask for a better place for children of a young age. I have had all three of my children attend and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support all staff have provided during their time. I am honestly gutted I am no longer using this nursery (only due to
funding) otherwise I would be more than keen to attend. The staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming. Very supporting and great at communicating how the children are doing. Lovely lunches and play opportunities. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. My three year old loves it, he has done so well in his development since starting. All he does is talk about nursery when he's home and is always so excited to see the staff. My son has become so close with his key worker and I feel like she is part of our family.
My son is always so happy when he gets home and tells me about all the fun things he has done. The staff are brilliant, they give such good feedback when collecting your child. Fabulous nursery.

Staff are very welcoming and caring. Always asking how the child is feeling and when child finished day they always will say how the day was...what activities they did etc. Love nursery app its just amazing to read it through and also see the pictures which can be downloaded.
I really appreciate how
hard working the nursery staff are to provide comfort, development, cuddles, activities for little ones.
Special occasions like Halloween, Christmas they always have something different of how the child can enjoy the festivities. Also, it's amazing that when it's a child birthday they celebrate with little cake and lovely singing. These little moments and enjoyment will stay always in the child's heart.
Also in these uncertain times management team is very supportive.
This is a lovely nursery to choose.
Thank you to all the staff who hard work, enthusiasm, every smile and passion towards the children and my daughter. She will miss you all!

As a father of a 2 year old daughter, I am extremely happy about the excellent care she is given every day at the nursery. The staff are very friendly, open minded and professional. Very warm approach made it easy for my daughter to settle in and really helped in difficult teething moments. Since her
first day when she was 10 months old, I could see she was happy there and built a bond with the staff over the time, so now she mentions staff names even when she is at home. Great help in child's development of multiple skills. I would recommend Banana Moon Harlow to everyone.

Hi, I am a Director for my family business, where I have worked for nearly 20 years. Since having a family of my own, I have always taken an active role in anything my children are involved in. I was treasurer for my son’s pre-school for many years where I met Becky and we decided to embark on this adventure together. I am very organised, and used to juggling commitments. As well as work and family, I run a Netball club which consists of 3 teams in our local league. I also help my husband with the paperwork side for his First Aid Company. I am a firm believer in supporting staff. I will be supporting the nursery mainly off site and dealing with the accounts emails. I enjoy my weekends either playing netball, or watching my young sons play football and rugby, as well as spending time with family.

Hi, I used to be a management accountant but when I had my family I changed careers to work with children. I studied my level 6 at the University of Herts whilst being an outstanding childminder. I am a big believer in the benefits for children of using signing and outdoor play. I am also an advocate for developing and training staff. I have been heavily involved with pre-schools for many years and have worked to help improve standards at some preschools. I am also a freelance Early Years Inspector.
