Banana Moon Day Nursery Harlow

My son loves attending nursery. He's always happy when he knows it's a nursery day and tells us he had a good day on most pickups. He loves the team and talks animatedly about his favourite staff members at home. His language and vocabulary exploded when he moved up a group and he hasn't stopped talking since then! The team provide great updates on all areas of his development (outside of the app) and provide tips and feedback on supporting activities we can try at home.

Really happy with the service at the nursery. Confident my child is being cared for and encouraged to learn and develop every day. My child is always happy to come to nursery.

This nursery is very friendly. The staff are helpful and support the kids really well. Good facilities for indoor and outdoor play - my son loves it! The atmosphere is always nice and relaxed. Would highly recommend it.

My experience with Banana Moon Harlow is very positive. The staff are very welcoming to me as a parent I get weekly pictures of my child doing a range of different activities. Also, we get regular at work sent home too of painting, sticking and glueing and drawings. The nursery also does regular parent's evenings and also information evenings about different things the children learn, and parents get to know more information about potty training and dummies and general helpful information. I would highly recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery Harlow.

Banana Moon Day Nursery provided great attention to detail and care to my daughter from day one. So far, my little one has learned to speak clearly with the help of diligent staff that teach with such love and kindness. I could not have picked a better environment for my daughter, and I have suggested this nursery to others seeing this service.

We're really pleased with how the nursery helped our son settle and the care provided for him. He loves attending, and we have seen a marked difference in his social skills, his confidence and his general development. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about the children they work with. We, and our son, are always met with a smile and have been made to feel welcome from day one. The staff are always happy t answer questions and provide advice when needed. We are also kept updated with our son's progress via the app; it is lovely to see what he gets up to and how happy he is here. My child is happy and growing in confidence around other children.

My child is a very happy little girl here at Banana Moon and very much enjoys her time spent there. The staff are amazing and are always working hard to ensure the kids are happy and comfortable.

Sometimes when I come to collect my child, all of the stairgates are left open when it states clearly they should always be closed. I am not sure if this is parents or staff, but I feel this should be looked into better. Other than that, I have no issue, and we are happy with our experience.

Our son really enjoys his days at Banana Moon, communication is very good, he takes part in activities we wouldn't be able to do at home and he has a fantastic bond with his key worker. He always eats very well when he is there and they are fantastic for caring for him when we are away at work.

Very professional and friendly staff. My daughter attends this nursery since 2020 and i cannot fault them in any way. Communication between staff and parent is great and they have always been supportive.

Great nursery and lovely staff. We are very sad to leave and start primary school. My son started a bit late in the term after moving area, everyone made him feel very welcome and he made some great friends.

Really poor nursery. Keen to lie about the circumstances in which your child gets injured and when challenged then (not allowed to enter name) tries to brush it under the carpet and has no grip on things. Staff member (not allowed to enter name) is very good, however, the rest leave a lot to be desired.

We moved to the area a year ago and my son joined Banana Moon Day Nursery Harlow when he was aged 2.5 (he is now 3.5). The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and my son had no issue with settling into a new nursery. He has learnt so much over the past year and is very happy at nursery. He loves the food the nursery offer and often has extra servings! As a parent, I’m always greeted with a smile from the staff and know my son is in good hands when I drop him off for the day.

My son has been at Banana Moon Day Nursery Harlow for over 6 months and it’s been fantastic. He’s always excited for the day ahead when we arrive and has built incredible relationships with all the staff, who are all so lovely. They keep me up to date with his development on a regular basis, and the app is great for seeing how his day went. I would definitely recommend this nursery and I hope he gets to stay there until he starts Reception.

Banana Moon has been my biggest help since being a mum. I m so so comfortable and relaxed to know that my daughter is in their care every day. My daughter started attending this nursery when she was 1-year-old(now she is 2 and a half years old), and I could not be happier with her development. The communication between staff and parents is amazing. I m so, so happy that I chose Banana Moon!

Absolutely amazing nursery. I couldn't ask for a better place for children of a young age. I have had all three of my children attend and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support all staff have provided during their time. I am honestly gutted I am no longer using this nursery (only due to funding) otherwise I would be more than keen to attend. The staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming. Very supporting and great at communicating how the children are doing. Lovely lunches and play opportunities. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. My three year old loves it, he has done so well in his development since starting. All he does is talk about nursery when he's home and is always so excited to see the staff. My son has become so close with his key worker and I feel like she is part of our family. My son is always so happy when he gets home and tells me about all the fun things he has done. The staff are brilliant, they give such good feedback when collecting your child. Fabulous nursery.
