The Nursery Manager has been part of the setting for a decade, progressing from newly qualified apprentice to leading the nursery, and the Deputy Manager has followed a similar path. That stability means children are surrounded by familiar faces who truly know them, and families build trusting relationships that last throughout their time at the nursery.
In the baby rooms, children move up only when developmentally ready rather than at a fixed age, ensuring every transition happens at the right time. A dedicated sensory room supports language development, curiosity and emotional regulation, and the Early Help team provide early interventions to ensure every child and family has the right support from the start.
The extra-curricular programme is loved by children and families alike, with Forest School, Spanish sessions, Musical Mischief and Fever Dance all featuring across the week. My daughter, Thea, started at Bluebells when she was just 7 months old, and now she's getting ready to start school. She is leaving nursery as a confident, resilient little girl with a genuine love of learning, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible team at Bluebells. I will always be grateful for everything the staff have done for Thea. They truly go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, loved, valued, and welcome. It's clear how much care, dedication, and passion they bring every single day.
Thank you, Bluebells, for giving Thea such a wonderful start to her journey. We couldn't have asked for a better nursery, and we will always look back on our time here with such fabulous memories.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 1 year old and is now in preschool. We have had a great experience throughout her time here. The staff are always friendly, caring, and supportive, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. Most importantly, my daughter is very happy here and always enjoys her time at nursery. We've seen so much progress in her confidence, social skills, and learning since she started. It's been lovely to watch her develop and grow with the support of the staff.

My son has attended this nursery since he turned 1. He's gone from the baby room-tinies-toddlers and he's now in pre-school.
The nursery itself has a lot of educational activities to suit each child and age range, not forgetting the lovely sensory room which has fishes and a ball pit!
The nursery offers extra curricula classes for children to try from music, dance, Spanish and Forrest school.
The staff are lovely, friendly, kind, caring and passionate within their roles
You get daily updates on what your child has eaten, done each day and you also get updates/photos on your parent app to view.
Each meal is prepped and made fresh on a daily bases by the lovely cook Sue - who has a 5* rating! She also provides recipes for you to take home and try, should you wish and a menu for each season.
The managers are a big help and provide support/guidance to ensure each child is supported with their speech, language and development.
I can't recommend this nursery enough.

I have had two children at Bluebells and they have both absolutely loved their time here. My little girl learnt so much and came such a long way before starting school. My little boy is currently in the tinies room and I can't wait to see how he progresses! The extra curricular opportunities for the children are fab and there's a wide range of them so that the children are able to access at least one throughout the week. The staff are friendly and loving to the children and make you feel so comfortable with leaving your precious cargo in their care!

My son started at Bluebells in April 2025 when he was just over a year old. He settled into the nursery quickly and soon bonded with all the staff in the baby room. The staff quickly learnt his routine, his likes and dislikes and how to comfort him. I instantly felt at ease with leaving my child with them. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so loving towards my child and other children in their care. My son has recently moved into the Tinies room and their exemplary care has continued. The daily updates are well detailed, letting me know exactly what my son has done and eaten throughout the day and the updates on the app are frequent. My favourite thing about bluebells so far is their extra curricular activities, they offer sensory classes and music classes for children my sons age and even a mobile farm that comes to visit. My sons loves it and after attending their regular stay and plays I can see why. I highly recommend bluebells to anyone looking for a nursery.

We moved our little boy to Bluebells in September and have nothing but positive feedback about the nursery and staff team. Our son is settled there, he is happy and we know he is being well looked after by staff members. He comes home happy and always loves telling us about his day! He has made friends there and enjoys spending time with the ladies in Toddlers.
We have good communication through the app. My husband and I can see what he has been doing during the day, what he has eaten and toileting. Staff are friendly and approachable, they go above and beyond to ensure children are safe and well looked after.

Since my daughter started nursery here (since she was 1), she progressed a lot. I can see she is happy to be there as staff is extremely friendly and always with a smile on their face. Every morning, when she gets into the nursery, she either has her 2nd breakfast or goes and plays with her friends without saying bye to her mama, but this makes me happy as this proves that this place is perfect and she feels safe.
I highly recommend Partou Bluebells nursery.

My son has been at Bluebells nursery since he was one and we have seen him grow so much in confidence since joining. The staff are welcoming, nurturing and approachable and they really care about the children within the setting. We also really like the extra curricular clubs they offer which differ between the different rooms. My son is currently doing Forest School and doesn't stop talking about it at home! Information is shared using the ParentZone App and this is updated often. We enjoy seeing photos and reading about the milestones he's hitting whilst he's at nursery. They also do parents evenings which is a great time to speak to the key worker and find out if there's anything which can be worked on.
We love being part of the Bluebells family and we can't wait to start our journey again with our next baby!

Both my daughters started at Bluebells when their previous setting had an unexpected closure and I strongly believe this has been the best thing that could have happened for them. My eldest daughter was in Bluebells for 2 years and absolutely loved it - she was so ready to start school. She had an amazing relationship with her teachers who pushed her to be the best she can be and gave her a wealth of opportunities and experiences. She especially enjoyed the many trips she went on in her final year at pre school. My youngest daughter has been there since she was 10 months. She has had a really positive experience in all 3 rooms; forming friendships with staff and peers. She comes out happy each and every day. She eats well and is offered a varied diet. The extra curricular opportunities are exceptional - My 3 year old knows better Spanish than me and spends every Friday morning exploring the great outdoors with Forest School. Thank you for everything you do.

Both our children love attending Bluebells. We currently get to experience both Pre School and tinies but our eldest has been there since baby room. The support and encouragement both of them receive is outstanding. The majority of staff care and love our children as if they were their own and the SLT team is second to none. The staff member in Preschool has supported us so much through extra support and SEN meetings. One member of staff's enthusiasm and positivity is infectious. Two members of staff's caring nature in tinies and babies made us feel happy leaving our smallest when that can feel so daunting and another member of staff was exactly who we needed to support our eldest's journey through toddlers. We would recommend Bluebells time and time again!

My son started bluebells nursery in February and I honestly can't praise them enough. The staff are just amazing with my little boy, he was slightly unsettled at the beginning and they have made him really settle in, he goes to them like friends with big smiles on his face. On collection I get such a thorough handover of his day, he eats the most delicious food, wish I could have it! I'm that happy I've added an extra day to his weeks as I know he is in the perfect hands and is super happy.

My little girl is in the Tinies room at this nursery and can honestly say she loves it. She is excited to go and so happy after being there. I spent 18 months never away from her, so I was worried when we decided to put her in nursery but she absolutely loves her key workers and I'm so happy in the way they support and care for her. Overall Experience
Our daughter loves this nursery! She is so excited to get there in the mornings. The ladies are amazing with her and you can tell they really care about the children. Since our little girl has started going here she has developed so much, we can really see the hard work that everybody puts in.

I attended a Valentine's stay and play session this week. I was very impressed with the security system the nursery has when admitting people to the session, it was professional and I felt very welcome by the nursery staff. The session leader was extremely good with both children and parents and gave clear direction, the session was both enjoyable and stimulating. My granddaughter clearly loved the session and was excited when the nursery staff interacted with her. As an early years professional myself, I felt the nursery team had created a professional, caring and nurturing environment, one which would encourage my granddaughter to develop both emotionally, physically and educationally thus giving her the best start to her education and ability to develop healthy relationships.
I am very proud that my daughter found a nursery that would instil the same values we share as a family.
