My son started at Bluebells in April 2025 when he was just over a year old. He settled into the nursery quickly and soon bonded with all the staff in the baby room. The staff quickly learnt his routine, his likes and dislikes and how to comfort him. I instantly felt at ease with leaving my child with them. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so loving towards my child and other children in their care. My son has recently moved into the Tinies room and their exemplary care has continued. The daily updates are well detailed, letting me know exactly what my son has done and eaten throughout the day and the updates on the app are frequent. My favourite thing about bluebells so far is their extra curricular activities, they offer sensory classes and music classes for children my sons age and even a mobile farm that comes to visit. My sons loves it and after attending their regular stay and plays I can see why. I highly recommend bluebells to anyone looking for a nursery.

We moved our little boy to Bluebells in September and have nothing but positive feedback about the nursery and staff team. Our son is settled there, he is happy and we know he is being well looked after by staff members. He comes home happy and always loves telling us about his day! He has made friends there and enjoys spending time with the ladies in Toddlers. We have good communication through the app. My husband and I can see what he has been doing during the day, what he has eaten and toileting. Staff are friendly and approachable, they go above and beyond to ensure children are safe and well looked after.

Since my daughter started nursery here (since she was 1), she progressed a lot. I can see she is happy to be there as staff is extremely friendly and always with a smile on their face. Every morning, when she gets into the nursery, she either has her 2nd breakfast or goes and plays with her friends without saying bye to her mama, but this makes me happy as this proves that this place is perfect and she feels safe. I highly recommend Partou Bluebells nursery.

I was worried about my daughter starting nursery as she has never been in a nursery setting. Partou Bluebells have such amazing staff they made me feel so welcomed when i first brought my daughter in, and reassured me she will be fine, and i have to say she has been since! My daughter has done so well being in tinies, she's interacting a lot and made really good bonds with the staff. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking to put their child in.

My son has been at Bluebells nursery since he was one and we have seen him grow so much in confidence since joining. The staff are welcoming, nurturing and approachable and they really care about the children within the setting. We also really like the extra curricular clubs they offer which differ between the different rooms. My son is currently doing Forest School and doesn't stop talking about it at home! Information is shared using the ParentZone App and this is updated often. We enjoy seeing photos and reading about the milestones he's hitting whilst he's at nursery. They also do parents evenings which is a great time to speak to the key worker and find out if there's anything which can be worked on. We love being part of the Bluebells family and we can't wait to start our journey again with our next baby!

Both my daughters started at Bluebells when their previous setting had an unexpected closure and I strongly believe this has been the best thing that could have happened for them. My eldest daughter was in Bluebells for 2 years and absolutely loved it - she was so ready to start school. She had an amazing relationship with her teachers who pushed her to be the best she can be and gave her a wealth of opportunities and experiences. She especially enjoyed the many trips she went on in her final year at pre school. My youngest daughter has been there since she was 10 months. She has had a really positive experience in all 3 rooms; forming friendships with staff and peers. She comes out happy each and every day. She eats well and is offered a varied diet. The extra curricular opportunities are exceptional - My 3 year old knows better Spanish than me and spends every Friday morning exploring the great outdoors with Forest School. Thank you for everything you do.

My daugther has been at the nursery since she as 1 year old, we choose the nursery due to location but once we had a look round and our daugther settled in, they looked after her like their own, our daugther enjoys going and gets upset on non nursery day, I can not fault the staff they always have the children at heart, I would always recommend this nursery to others.

Both our children love attending Bluebells. We currently get to experience both Pre School and tinies but our eldest has been there since baby room. The support and encouragement both of them receive is outstanding. The majority of staff care and love our children as if they were their own and the SLT team is second to none. The staff member in Preschool has supported us so much through extra support and SEN meetings. One member of staff's enthusiasm and positivity is infectious. Two members of staff's caring nature in tinies and babies made us feel happy leaving our smallest when that can feel so daunting and another member of staff was exactly who we needed to support our eldest's journey through toddlers. We would recommend Bluebells time and time again!

My son started bluebells nursery in February and I honestly can't praise them enough. The staff are just amazing with my little boy, he was slightly unsettled at the beginning and they have made him really settle in, he goes to them like friends with big smiles on his face. On collection I get such a thorough handover of his day, he eats the most delicious food, wish I could have it! I'm that happy I've added an extra day to his weeks as I know he is in the perfect hands and is super happy. Thankyou bluebells team!!

My little girl is in the Tinies room at this nursery and can honestly say she loves it. She is excited to go and so happy after being there. I spent 18 months never away from her, so I was worried when we decided to put her in nursery but she absolutely loves her key workers and I'm so happy in the way they support and care for her. A big thank you to all the staff who work there. We would highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter loves this nursery! She is so excited to get there in the mornings. The ladies are amazing with her and you can tell they really care about the children. Since our little girl has started going here she has developed so much, we can really see the hard work that everybody puts in.

I attended a Valentine's stay and play session this week. I was very impressed with the security system the nursery has when admitting people to the session, it was professional and I felt very welcome by the nursery staff. The session leader was extremely good with both children and parents and gave clear direction, the session was both enjoyable and stimulating. My granddaughter clearly loved the session and was excited when the nursery staff interacted with her. As an early years professional myself, I felt the nursery team had created a professional, caring and nurturing environment, one which would encourage my granddaughter to develop both emotionally, physically and educationally thus giving her the best start to her education and ability to develop healthy relationships. I am very proud that my daughter found a nursery that would instil the same values we share as a family.

The staff and management are really friendly and always available for advice if needed. The outside space, baby room and sensory room are impressive. My son’s learning and development have come on loads. The 4-week meal plan is a good idea and the children always receive a healthy balanced diet daily for breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks. I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

I couldn't have asked for a better nursery for my son. The staff are all incredibly caring and qualified, they are always happy to see your child and spend time with them. Our son has additional needs and nothing has ever been too much for Bluebells Private Day Nursery, their SENCO is absolutely amazing. The activities they do with the children are great and they have such a good sensory room and big enclosed outside space available. They play outside in all weathers so I'd definitely recommend them to any parents with a child that's very outdoorsy. The rooms always seem to be very clean and safe. Their menu has lots of varied, healthy options with a different choice every day throughout the month. The prices they charge for what you get are very reasonable and they allow you to stretch any funding hours across the whole year if you wanted to which is a big help. We live a good couple of miles away but would recommend anyone local to consider Bluebells as I couldn't fault them at all.

Amazing staff, made to feel extremely welcome, my son has special needs and is learning at a much lower level to his peers, Bluebells Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Preston took this in their stride and since Parker started Bluebells, many more special needs children have started at bluebells and all have absolutely thrived in their care! Always go above and beyond for parents and children in their care, you are truly tret like one of the family and I can never be more greatful for everything you all done for Parker and for myself. Amazing facilities, encourage growth and learning, cleanliness is to a very high standard, friendly and welcoming staff with a range of qualifications, and most of all family, we weren’t just a child under their care and a parent of that child, we was a small little family that communicated well and worked together as a team to fight for what Parker truely deserved in life. Thank you to all Bluebells staff, I’m sure we will keep in touch!

My daughter has attended preschool and she is leaving for school this time. She has had the best time with lots of activities and she has come on leaps and bounds since attending this fabulous nursery. She has formed strong bonds with the staff who are so caring and they are so supportive with my child's emotional needs. Often my daughter doesn't want to leave when it's home time which in my eyes shows how much fun she has and how much she loves the staff. The nursery have also done some fantastic outings and she especially enjoyed when the farm and party bus came to nursery. She will miss you so much Bluebells but we will definitely come to visit in her new school uniform soon. Thank you for being a big part of my child's development and I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My son has attended this nursery since May 2021. It has been an incredible journey for my son at Bluebells as he has additional needs and they have been a big part of his progress. It has been overwhelming to see him develop over the past 2 years due to the hard work and support put in by the manager and staff at the nursery. When we moved from Essex we looked around 4 different nurseries and even though Bluebells Nursery was quite a long journey for us we are so glad we choose this nursery. They have been a big part of our son's life helping his development and to see him now thriving is amazing. The bond my son has with the staff is heartwarming to see (even the chef) and he will really miss them. My son has allergies and they have always been very cautious and made sure he has a safe diet whilst at nursery and on trips. My older children previously attended 3 different nurseries and Bluebells Nursery has definitely stood out the most, it is the best in Preston! Thank you Bluebells!

My son and daughter both attend Bluebells. My son is just leaving there to start school. He has loved it there every day and always mentions how the staff have looked after him and that he’s enjoyed his day there. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. We have loved having Bluebells as our nursery family and they have been amazing in communicating and teaching. Every day my son would come home with new things he has learned there. The nursery has a really good range of ways to teach children, such as bringing people in to show their careers to the children, learning songs, playing outside, and trips out of the nursery to local places such as Brockholes and woodland areas. I cannot commend them enough. Keep doing what you do and we will always be grateful for the excellent start you have given our children.

All the staff at Bluebells are kind and caring and amazing with the children! Bluebells have provided the children with extra curriculum activities, trips and lots of fun family days where parents get the chance to get involved too which is lovely. I would highly recommend Bluebells as it has made my little girl ready for big school.

My little boy has been coming to Bluebells since September and has settled in really well. All the staff are lovely and keep me updated on my son's progress and things he has been up to in the day. The room is always clean and tidy.
