Partou Bluebells Day Nursery & Pre-school is a nursery for children from the ages of nought to five years in Fulwood, Preston. The nursery also provides a fun out-of-school club for children aged up to eight-years-old.

Bluebells has a secure outdoor play area and a large state-of-the-art sensory room. The spectacular room has been designed to benefit children’s alertness and calmness. It has sparkling lights, bubble tubes, a large glowing ball pool, glowing shapes and even a fibre optic carpet.

The staff team at Bluebells are all experienced with childcare qualifications (most to Level 3 or above), paediatric first aid certificates and safeguarding training. All team members have undergone enhanced DBS checks and the nursery has CCTV and a secure key fob door entry system for added security. This means that children are cared for in a safe and secure environment.

The nursery offers a healthy and delicious menu of meals and snacks which are freshly prepared in the nursery kitchen using quality ingredients. The four-week rotating seasonal menu can be altered to cater for any additional or special dietary requirements.

From the first day of our little boy starting Bluebells Nursery, we have been nothing but impressed and overwhelmed with how caring and amazing the staff and nursery are. The resources are amazing and so much thought goes into the daily activities of the rooms. The manager and all the staff members
go above and beyond with every aspect of our little boys journey through nursery ensuring that we are always involved in everything they do, our little boy loves coming to nursery. We couldn’t be happier with our little boy's development since joining the family at Bluebells and the bonds he has with staff and children is so lovely to see. We would highly recommend everyone to Bluebells. Well done all!

Our children love Bluebells Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Preston. They started in the Baby Room and are now in Toddlers. They are excited in the mornings as we get ready for 'school', and they always come home happy. They love the staff, who all have so much energy and positivity - even at the
end of the day when my wife and I pick the kids up. The kids have learnt so much - language, confidence, new activities, new foods. I cannot rate Bluebells highly enough - it's wonderful. We all love Bluebells!

My wife and I have been really impressed with Bluebells Private Day Nursery and Pre-school from day one and are made up to see how much our daughter is flourishing. She has been attending full-time since September, in the baby room, and she has developed so many skills. She has developed some wonderful
bonds with the staff which is both heartwarming and reassuring.
Each day she is up to something new and exciting and from the pictures and write-ups we receive it's clear to see that she loves nursery and thoroughly enjoys the rich and varied curriculum the nursery has to offer. Our daughter particularly enjoys messy play and she is presented with numerous opportunities to engage in sensory and craft activities each day. In addition to this, she has loved the music mischief sessions and this is a lovely addition to what the nursery already offers. The staff are always very friendly, professional and welcoming and always take the time to provide us with detailed updates on our daughter's progress. We couldn't be happier!

The staff here are so friendly and caring. They genuinely just love spending time with our children and giving them the best start in life.
With fun-packed learning every day, always do different things and have new experiences.

I don't know where to start, but the staff of the nursery is amazing overall. My daughter has some issues with her development, but they were so helpful in all ways. They were getting her involved and (anchorage) in all the activities that they do, for example, going out on trips with her or participating
in sports day.
The manager is one of my favourites as she helped me with all the paperwork or (phone call) that we need to do for her and getting her ready for new school.
The facility in the nursery is also very good, and my daughter always finished her lunch; she comes home filled up, clean and fresh.
Strongly recommend this nursery, and I cannot thank them enough; everyone was so good, polite and always with a smiley face.

My daughter has been attending Bluebells preschool for over a year and had no trouble settling in. The staff are very friendly and obviously passionate about what they do.

My son has been going to Bluebells nursery since he was 10 months old and is now nearly 4 years old. He has come on leaps and bounds in terms of meeting key milestones, potty training, communication skills and confidence. He learns a lot by doing activities at nursery that he wouldn't do at home.
Food
is cooked freshly on-site and they cater for a fussy eater and vegetarian diet.
The Management team are very flexible and will do their best to help with additional child care arrangements at short notice. This was extremely helpful when I was recovering from being in hospital.
Each and every member of the nursery staff are exceptional all the way from Babies to Pre-School. I cannot fault them in any way and I am very pleased with the level of care he receives. We live quite far from the nursery, however, we will not change to one located closer as our boy is very happy.
Throughout the pandemic, the nursery has remained open without impacting its child care services.

My son has been at Bluebells since he was 9 months and is now in preschool. He seemed so settled from the moment he started and the staff have always welcomed him with open arms. I can’t fault the staff, their constant updates on my son day to day and his development, are fantastic!
I would recommend
Bluebells to anyone as they really do care for each child they look after and they are always interested in what is going on outside of nursery as well, which in turn helps them understand the children and families better.

My little girl has been going to Bluebells Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Preston for seven months now and she absolutely adores it. She is always talking about all the friends she has made and talks about the staff. She always comes home clean and happy. She has brilliant relationships with all
the staff. I’m kept updated lots on both the app, pickup and drop off's. I love that the parents voice is used in everyday planning in the nursery and we receive feedback on the things they are working on with her and what she needs to develop. In such a short time her confidence has grown leaps and bounds and it is so lovely to hear all about the friends she makes and how happy it makes her. I can not recommend this nursery enough! My little boy started at 8 months old, I was so nervous leaving him but he settled in so well, the staff were brilliant and really helped him feel safe and content. He is so happy to go to nursery in the morning with a big smile on his face as soon as he knows
where he is and is always as happy when I pick him up! His confidence has grown so much whilst being at Bluebells and that is all thanks to the staff, they have really supported him by encouraging him to join in with messy activities (which he used to not like but now loves!). They are amazing!
Bluebells provides a safe, secure and fun environment for the children, I love seeing his learning book of what he’s been up to and seeing how happy he is. It’s hard to believe for me because he was such a clingy baby but now has become so independent.

My little boy attended Bluebells Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Preston from the age of eight months until he left in September 2020 at aged four years and five months, to start school. I cannot recommend Bluebells Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Preston highly enough. The staff were fantastic
and they genuinely care for the children that attend nursery. My little boy learnt so much at nursery, as well as having fun every day and because they did such a fantastic job of preparing him for school, he has settled with no problems and his confidence continues to grow. Although my little one left nursery several months ago he still talks about the teachers, his friends and experiences regularly, as he has such fond memories. Bluebells Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Preston definitely gave our little boy the best start in life and we were extremely satisfied with the care and attention he received.

Bluebells Nursery is committed to creating and providing a safe, secure, hygienic and stimulating environment for my child. I have noticed that the main priority for staff is the children and their happiness. Whilst my child was in Bluebells care they ensure that my child gets the opportunity to enhance

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. All the staff have been fantastic with our daughter who has taken so long to settle down. The areas which we need to work on were highlighted and very honest discussions were had with us about how she was at nursery. We used to call every day to check on her and
they were still very patient and detailed with their updates and answers. We even lost a few items that were found at nursery and returned to us promptly! A fab team - thank you for all your hard work during these times.

Amazing. Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff at Bluebells Nursery for making my daughter's journey through her nursery life the most pleasant and enjoyable. Our daughter started with Bluebells at 10 months old and was with them all the way through until starting school this September.
We
found the staff at Bluebells the most caring and amazing bunch of people we came across whilst looking for a placement for our daughter and during her taster sessions, this gave us the comfort and security we needed as first-time parents for the safety and wellbeing of our daughter.
Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time at Bluebells.
Again a big thank you to all the staff, in particular, her Keyworkers, and managers/deputy managers (you know who you are) for everything.

My youngest daughter, aged 2, attends Bluebells and loves it. Every morning, she is greeted by a cheery member of staff and my daughter happily walks in without any fuss or tears. The staff are consistent so I always know who I'm talking to or who to ask about the care of my child. They always do a
variety of activities, including painting, playing outside, singing, etc. Management genuinely care and always strive to help where possible. A very understanding team who take an active interest in my child and learning more about her and her home life, so they can incorporate that into the nursery.

My child has been attending Bluebells since 2017. He started when he was just 8 months old and the care he has received has always been very good. The staff are very caring but yet professional. The activities are great and stimulating and the nursery is always clean. The learning book app used is good
but it would also be good if there were an app to see daily activities and a record of naps and what’s been eaten. Other than that, I can’t fault the communication or the nursery.

I would highly recommend Bluebells Day Nursery. My son attended from 10 months old all the way up to preschool, the staff at Bluebells really took the time and care to bring the best out of my son. He always came home happy and was eager to go back and see all his friends and especially the key persons,
who were with him from the baby room until the end. I felt confident that my son was in good hands and getting the time and attention he needed. The staff at Bluebells are caring, kind and their attention to every child’s needs are second to none, if I could choose a nursery all over again, I would always pick Bluebells Day Nursery. I cannot recommend them enough for all their work and dedication they put towards the children.
