Hungry Caterpillar Day Nursery - Hanwell

My son is enjoying his time at the nursery! He just can't wait to go there and be with his friends and careers. It's been a big part of our life for the past two years. Can't fault it; everyone is so kind, and my son has learnt so many skills being there! He loves the food also! Thank you all for giving my son the best care and teaching him all these skills!

The facilities are better than other nurseries.

The nursery uses the app which has made life so much easier, I am able to book extra days and check on my child's progress. Absolutely love it!

My daughter has been at Hungry Caterpillar's for 15 months now and absolutely loves it, she has progressed really well. The staff and management are professional, friendly, kind, caring and understanding. I receive daily updates via an app, as well as progress reports and I love the regular photos I receive on activities. I appreciated all of the efforts the team put into keeping things running during the pandemic and the communication with parents during this time.

An amazing day nursery! Fantastic and friendly staff and manager. Secure and safe environment. My child really enjoys attending here. The nursery also provides regular feedback on child development and information about the activities my daughter participates in and the snack and food she has each time. I have absolutely no worries about the care provided.

My son started during lockdown, so I can only judge from my son’s behaviour and my interactions with the staff at the gate. I trust the staff to be caring and professional. From my dealings with them, they seem to really care for the children. They also organised lots of nice activities like an Easter egg hunt and even a take away breakfast for Mum's for Mother’s Day. My son is always running to nursery, he loves it, I’d say even more than the previous one. I think they take him outside to play a bit more often than at his previous nursery, which suits him well. Just a note about the settling in period, which is free, the child can only spend two hours at the time during settling in, meaning you need to arrange childcare separately for that period or take two weeks off work. At his previous nursery the settling in was ramped up with days getting longer and longer. It wasn’t free but suited full time working parents better with a child already used to full time nursery.

Very friendly and professional staff. Great management. My child loves activities inside and outside. I'm very pleased with my child's overall progress. She's happy there and that's very important for me. Highly recommended. Thank you and all the best.

Very helpful and caring professionals, always willing to provide useful tips and advice when needed. They are very inclusive and have great activities for parents as well as children, such as Mother's and Father's Day and Easter egg hunts. Very good facilities and outdoor space for the children to use.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Hungry Caterpillar Day Nursery - Hanwell and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. Our son has been attending the nursery for 6 months now and seems to really enjoy his time there. The staff are super friendly and have a great rapport with the children. The communication with parents is fantastic and staff always take the time to provide some feedback at the end of the day. Our son seems really happy at Hungry Caterpillar and we feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. It is probably the best one if not one of the best in Hanwell. The staff are brilliant, like an extended family. The level of care is superb and facilities for the children excellent. They have a lot of indoor space, outdoor gardens are lovely and activities plus year-round events for the children. The meals are great and you are kept up to date with your child’s progress during the day through the online portal. Both of my children gained confidence and social skills here and absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!

The manager is nice and a good person - helpful and understanding.

I love the nursery. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My kids love the nursery. They keep me informed of what's going on with my kids like what activities they have been doing and what they have eaten. I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

This really is a great nursery with fantastic hardworking staff.

So happy with this nursery and the level of childcare they provide. As a very anxious mum, I was worried about sending my son to nursery so young but he loves it there. The staff are so nice and always make time to update me on my son's development and answer my questions.

Overall the nursery is good and a nice environment, supportive and nurturing. The caregivers can be little proactive to children’s needs.

Very good preschool. My child has been going here for a year and I am very happy with the preschool. My child is encouraged to get involved in many activities.
