The learning progress we can see from our child attending the nursery is constant. The activities available for the children ranging from day trips to London, science experiment sessions in house, library trips and forest school sessions are brilliant. The themed indoor activities for the children are
exciting and interesting for them and it is clear that an effort has been made. The outdoor environment is again inviting and has a lot of variety and also well built. The staff genuinely engage with our child and the feeling is reciprocated as they enjoy being there.

My daughter has thrived at Monkey Puzzle Sidcup. She attended childminders and another nursery before joining Monkey Puzzle and we wished she had joined earlier. A great setting, amazing key workers and supportive team of staff. Everyone in the building always greeted my daughter by her name and are
always welcoming. The nursery has fantastic new themes each week relating to learning but which are fun for my daughter too. The food offered is healthy, lots of different options day to day and I’m always amazed at what my daughter is prepared to eat at nursery and refuses at home! A fantastic nursery all in all. Well done Monkey Puzzle Sidcup!!!

I'm overall very satisfied with the nursery. My son goes since he was 9 months and been in nursery for 2 years. I found the staff friendly and the management team very approachable.

Really pleased with the staff and management. My child loves attending and has built good relationships with all the staff. I like that all the staff know the children even if they don’t work in their room. I love that they organise day trips for children including trips to the zoo and aquarium and
do science activities. The food menu is also good. The room space and garden is so big and is so much better than other nurseries. I will be sad when my child leaves.

A brilliant nursery where both children attend and are currently in pre-school and the baby room. The staff are fantastic with my children and I always feel at ease leaving them every day. I love the fact they have so much space to play and they always come home clean and happy. I removed my son from
another nursery and wish I had done it sooner - the difference is astounding. I love the fact they go on little trips and get people to come in to give talks: policeman etc. The food is also all fresh and they get dinner which is also an added bonus when you work. Whats nice is you see the owners every day which is nice. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant Nursery! My daughter has learned more in the past three months than she did at her previous nursery in almost nine months. The environment is a good balance of structured and free play. The staff are lovely and create a disciplined and loving environment.
My family is very pleased with the
service.

My daughter (21 months) started at Monkey Puzzle in January this year and I could not be happier with the way she has settled in. The staff make such an effort on every level - educational activities, good routine, fantastic food, warm and friendly, outdoor fun. My daughter is always happy when I collect
her, couldn't recommend more highly.

My 3-year-old son has been very happy since starting at this nursery in March 2017.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. Communication is exceptional with daily updates via an app and regular newsletters. There's a real focus here on providing a varied and stimulating environment for
the children. There are monthly themes/topics in the rooms and trips to different places e.g. Science & Maritime Museums, local library at no extra cost.
Visits are spread across the week to try to ensure that all children get a chance to go to. Education is great with my son regularly doing phonics and counting in a fun way. There is also a good focus on science. The pre-schoolers are prepared for school even being given simple pieces of homework sometimes. The rooms are bright and colourful and there are 2 gardens one with play equipment and the other with a mud kitchen, sand pit, plants. My son tells me that the food is very nice too!
A highly recommended childcare setting!

Our 2.5-year-old son has attended the nursery since December 2016. We are extremely happy with the care our son is receiving and the great progress he is making.
We have seen such a difference in his confidence, social and verbal skills since he started attending Monkey Puzzle.
The daily updates
from the nursery (via App) let us know how our sons day has been and observations sometimes include pictures and videos.
They organise outings, nursery visits, themed events and a lot of other fun things that make us want to be there with our son, than at work:)

My 17-month-old daughter has attended this nursery since it opened in November 2016. It is an excellent nursery and my daughter enjoys her time here.

It was daunting looking for a nursery in preparation for going back to work, but the wonderful staff and excellent facilities made Monkey Puzzle an

obvious choice.

The management is very proactive with their communication and keep me updated with upcoming activities and events. They use an app to let me know how my daughter gets on during the day and update it with observations including some photos.

I thoroughly recommend this fantastic nursery.

My son really enjoys going to Monkey Puzzle in Sidcup. He is very enthusiastic and constantly talks about his experiences, especially learning his phonics! His development has excelled since attending (beginning of Dec 2016), specifically his verbal and social skills.
Although this nursery is situated
further away from us than other nurseries, we are happy to do the extra travelling due to the facilities, development and inclusiveness that this nursery offers.
The open play space is very well arranged providing the children with different types of toys to help with all elements of their learning.
The online app is very informative and makes us feel we are part of our son's learning journey, no matter where we are.
We have found all the staff nurturing, friendly and approachable at all times. They are very knowledgeable and proactive in dealing with any questions we may have.
We would highly recommend this nursery to our friends and family.

My daughter attends this lovely nursery. She is enjoying the nursery and looks forward to going in. I am kept up to date with her learning via an app. The staff are very friendly and my daughter is learning new things. She has become very confident at meal times and she is regularly taken on trips.
I really like the theme based learning as my daughter wants to explore with different things every day and this nursery allows her to do this. I would recommend this nursery as it is well managed with brilliant staff and activities are very fun for the children.

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle since she was 22 months old, being one of first few to join when it opened in Nov 2016.

What set this nursery apart from others was the friendly atmosphere, the lovely team and fantastic facilities. Having a key worker assigned to a child, following the

EYSF program also appealed to me. The girls who look after my daughter are lovely and great at their job. A daily diary update is sent to my phone via an App as well as messages and a Learning Journey. The rooms are large, bright and colourful. Each month there is a new theme so rooms are rearranged/given a fresh look accordingly keeping my daughter engaged. Trips/visits/themes are organised. The safe out door garden area/natural garden area/interactive whiteboard room are great.

My daughter always looks forward to nursery. She gets a balance of indoor/outdoor activities and plenty of stimulation. I have confidence that the staff at Monkey Puzzle will prepare my daughter well for school.

My 22 month old son has been going to the Monkey Puzzle nursery in Sidcup for the last month since it opened in November 2016. Prior to this, he attended another local nursery. The 2 nurseries are incomparable and I am already able to see such a difference in my child. My son's confidence has increased
and he is reluctant to leave when I pick him up!

The facilities at Monkey Puzzle Sidcup are second to none and there is much to keep my very active son entertained throughout the day. Staff are caring and it is clear that management invest time in child development. I am also kept up to date with my child's learning and daily diary online.

Nurseries can provide more of a babysitting service rather than truly looking at positive ways to develop the children in their care. Thankfully the Monkey Puzzle nursery in Sidcup falls into the latter category and I hope that this continues as my son really enjoys being there.
