Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery is a setting in Borras on the outskirts of Wrexham.

The setting is committed to offering children a warm, loving and stimulating nursery environment where they feel safe and supported to develop to reach their full potential.

Cherry Hill Nursery provides a well-planned programme of activities and events that allow for each child to develop to their individual requirements and staff aim to entertain and encourage children to be inquisitive and active learners.

The nursery's team of highly qualified and experienced staff ensure that each child's needs are met, and support children to grow in confidence and become more independent, while providing children them with a strong foundation on which to build their future education.

Cherry Hill is located in a large house near to the A483 and Wrexham Industrial Park, with good access to nearby Chester and Wrexham. The nursery is set in its own grounds and provides children with playrooms and quiet rooms where they can play, learn and interact. Children also have the opportunity to use the nursery's secure outdoor play area, complete with stimulating activities and a nature trail.

Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery is also registered to deliver Welsh Government programmes - Flying Start (2 year old funding) Funded Early Education (3 year old funding) + The Childcare Offer (also 3 year old funding).

Excellent nursery. The commitment and dedication the manager puts in every day of the week is amazing. I have had children attending the last five years and never had any concerns whatsoever. Children are happy and well stimulated in a safe environment. Thank you.

My little girl started back in January this year (2023). My little one is non-verbal and all staff are fantastic with meeting her needs. They have helped and supported her with learning basic Makkah Thanh and know her very well when she needs help with anything. She gets excited when going to nursery
so I know she’s very happy there. And the progress she has made is unbelievable! And they have helped with getting her the right help with moving onto school. I honestly can’t thank the staff enough for meeting her needs and working around how fussy she is at meal times, having the time and patience. A big thank you to all the staff at Cherry Hill and thank you to the manager for putting things into place for her as well as moving on.

Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery have been amazing for my daughter. She has loved every second of her time there and the staff have taught her so much! They are all so friendly and have helped bring her out of her shell and into the sociable and confident girl she is today. We will all miss Cherry

Over the last 5 years, I have sent all 3 of my children to Cherry Hill Nursery, now down to the last 1!
The staff have always been fantastic with the children, leaving them wanting to go in on their days off!
They have a great structure in place for learning and play, and the outdoor facilities are
great.
I would highly recommend Cherry Hill to anyone looking for a nursery in Wrexham.

Outstanding nursery from beginning to end for my little girl, she has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Cherry Hill last September.
She has loved every second of her time there, the staff are all so so friendly and caring towards the children. They keep you up to date with any concerns they
may have had and tell you all about what your child has been up to.
I would 100% recommend Cherry Hill to anyone looking for a nursery. Brilliant.

My daughter came here after leaving an awful nursery that was supposed to have five stars. This has got to be the best nursery in Wrexham by far. I've had no worries leaving my child here at all. The staff are all lovely and have very high standards of care and have been extremely helpful along my daughters
journey through toilet training. Because of them and myself my daughter is now toilet trained before she heads off to nursery school. This has been extremely challenging for us due to travel, but their caring staff helping bringing up my bright and very clever daughter up has made it completely worth it. The manager goes above and beyond with her love and passion for her nursery and keeping the home nice clean tidy food stocked up regularly and the outside looking tidy and the kids love it. Every celebration and every decoration is made with passion. A place of love and care for our children. I love who my daughter has grown up to be with their help so five stars from me

My child has attended Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery since March 2022 and loves it. She loves the activities they do and has a really special bond with her key workers and adores the nursery manager. I cannot recommend Cherry Hill enough.
My daughter thrives in this setting, she is so bright,
I attribute this to the care and attention she gets here. She looks forward to going in every day. The support she (and I) receives from the workers is amazing. I will be sending my little boy there too when the time comes. Thank you so much to all of the staff!

My eldest, little girl started Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery after a bad experience at another nursery, the staff were so understanding and really helped settle her in and eased us, as parents, and she settled in, in no time. She has developed a tremendous amount since starting and is always so
excited to attend nursery each day. Her little sister also started attending last year and is also enjoying her experience there, the staff are great with them. Highly recommend.

Wonderful nursery. Staff are amazing and really care about the children. My daughter loves attending and is always very tired when she comes home, which shows how fun-filled the days are there.
From the grounds to the food and play areas, it's a truly wonderful place and I'm so happy this is the nursery

Our son is leaving Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery in a couple of weeks and we have had a wonderful experience with them over the last three years. He has come on so well with the help from Cherry Hill and we would recommend them to anybody looking for a nursery. The staff are always so friendly,
kind and helpful. He talks about them all the time and he will definitely miss them all when he leaves! The nursery itself is a lovely environment, especially their outdoor/play area and the chickens! As parents, we can’t speak highly enough of Cherry Hill and we are very excited for our second child to start there soon.

I can't speak highly enough of Cherry Hill Chidren's Day Nursery, its leadership and amazing staff. Our 2 children were accommodated by Cherry Hill over the last 6 years. In that time I can confidently say that not a single concern or negative thought at any point. We were able to drop them off every
day with the complete confidence that they would be safe and happy...... priceless! Every morning I would drop them off smiling and happy and would pick them in just the same state. The staff truly made me feel that the children were a priority and have a 'personal' touch rather than just doing the job.
Communication was faultless on an ongoing basis and also each day, I felt confident each evening that I knew what the boys had been doing, eating, feeling.
Anything we asked of the nursery was met with a 'nothing is too much trouble' approach.
For me, it was a sad day the last day at Cherry Hill, an end of an era. Both boys left Cherry Hill really well prepared for the next chapter. Thank you so much!

As soon as I was shown around Cherry Hill I knew it was the right place for my son. He was undergoing speech therapy at the time and struggling to be understood speaking very few words. Within a few weeks at Cherry Hill his language and speech developed and soon turned into a chatterbox. I never worried
about him when I dropped him off, even if he was having a bad day. The nursery manager and the whole team at Cherry Hill have created a home from home environment, my son loved his time there. A wonderful setting for children, with a nutritional homemade food, educational resources and loads of fun!

Cherry Hill staff all have such positive and happy personalities. I always felt at ease leaving our daughter there.
The team is clearly well established and experienced.
Cherry Hill is always neat, clean, and welcoming.
My daughter always came home shattered, clearly busy with the activities that
she had participated in.
During COVID, communication was open and the manager took every plausible step to get children and staff back safely but also quickly which I personally was very grateful for.
Staff always gave me a rundown of my daughter's day and took the extra time to help her eat and so on.
I would thoroughly recommend the nursery without hesitation.

Our son started at Cherry Hill in September 2018 and since our first visit we knew it was the right place for him. It is such a homely place with excellent facilities and wonderful staff, nothing is too much trouble and the care is second to none. He has always been happy going to nursery and comes
home every day excited to tell us what he has done and who he has been playing with. It is so lovely knowing he is happy and that he is being well cared for. During the COVID pandemic lockdown Cherry Hill remained open and supported key worker children. We were kept up to date on the current guidance regarding nursery and once again the care was above and beyond. We can’t speak highly enough of Cherry Hill. Thank you.
