Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery is a setting in Borras on the outskirts of Wrexham.

The setting is committed to offering children a warm, loving and stimulating nursery environment where they feel safe and supported to develop to reach their full potential.

Cherry Hill Nursery provides a well-planned programme of activities and events that allow for each child to develop to their individual requirements and staff aim to entertain and encourage children to be inquisitive and active learners.

The nursery's team of highly qualified and experienced staff ensure that each child's needs are met, and support children to grow in confidence and become more independent, while providing children them with a strong foundation on which to build their future education.

Cherry Hill is located in a large house near to the A483 and Wrexham Industrial Park, with good access to nearby Chester and Wrexham. The nursery is set in its own grounds and provides children with playrooms and quiet rooms where they can play, learn and interact. Children also have the opportunity to use the nursery's secure outdoor play area, complete with stimulating activities and a nature trail.

Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery is also registered to deliver Welsh Government programmes - Flying Start (2 year old funding) Funded Early Education (3 year old funding) + The Childcare Offer (also 3 year old funding).

Cherry hill nursery is a fantastic child care setting. Both of my children have/are attending, they have so much to offer for a variety of needs/ages and my children absolutely adore the staff they are all so amazing!

Brilliant nursery, the staff there are lovely and make sure it's a home away from home for the children. Great outdoor space with animals too which my daughter loves! She does lots of baking there too which she really enjoys.

Both our daughter and son attend cherry hill. Our children love the experience. When our children started we was given a tour . We are kept updated with our children's progress all the way through.

Both my children have attended Cherryhill, we chose this daycare based on their friendly welcome and high standards. My youngest son has been attending Cherryhill since he was 3 months old, we needed somewhere that we could trust. This was an easy pick based on the experience with my eldest son. The
building itself is a huge big house which reminds me of a home from home which is an easier transition for the children in my opinion. The staff have always been amazing with my children. They got to know and understand my boys very well which enabled them to meet their needs. This made me feel more content when leaving my Children here, knowing they are being well cared for while I was away. Well done Cherryhill, keep up the amazing work!

My Daughter has been at Cherry Hill for nearly 1 month.
As a first time mum I was understandably nervous about leaving my daughter with anyone and as the time come nearer to having to put her into nursery so I could work, I was dreading it more and more. However, when we went to view Cherry Hill, it
instantly felt warm and welcoming, and after attending settling in sessions, I felt at ease leaving my daughter with Cherry Hill staff.
My daughter goes 4 times a week, has a home cooked meal, breakfast and snacks each day and has so much fun with all the activities.
The staff are great, my daughter feels comfortable with them already. A full explanation of what my daughter has done everyday is given on pick up and also written in her personal book.
So glad we chose Cherry Hill, and look forward to my daughter making more wonderful memories.

Our son has been at this nursery for the past two years, and it's been a really positive experience from start to finish. The staff have all been warm, caring, and attentive, and we've always felt confident he was in safe hands.


The manager has been especially supportive and made the whole experience

feel personal - almost like leaving him with family. He's developed so well during his time there and clearly enjoyed every day.


Although we're sad he's moving on to school, we're already planning to send our youngest here next year. We've been very happy with the care and attention our family has received.

We moved our children from a well known nursery to Cherryhill the previous nursery although receives good reviews, we found it to be cold with judgmental staff and our children never settled there. Cherryhill was lovely warm and welcoming, staff felt more like loving friends and family but more importantly
our children loved it there and they were sad to leave when they started in primary school time - they still talk about Cherryhill, you won't find a more perfect place.

Lovely setting for the children with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Lots of choice of activities for the children, with a lovely neutral decor. Also has some pets for the children to enjoy including chickens and goats. A home cooked hot meal was provided every day too.

I cannot thank the staff at Cherry Hill Children's Day Nursery enough.
My daughter attended from 16 months old up until she left for school.
The incredible and beautiful people who work here, are just phenomenal. They aren't just 'nursery workers', they absolutely become family and are such a huge
role to look up to for the kids.
My daughter was always so happy, excited and loved going to Cherry Hill, and 3 months later, she still asks to go back and visit everyone.
I would not think twice about recommending Cherry Hill to anyone I know.
Every child is in safe, caring and loving hands with every person that works for them.

Outstanding nursery!
Glad I picked this nursery when I moved to the area, I knew from the minute I visited that it was a lovely environment.

My daughter absolutely loved it here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Dialogue was great between staff and myself and I always knew what was going on and what my daughter was up to.
My daughter got so excited to go to nursery every day and couldn't wait to get there.

Our son was there from age of 1 all way up to 4 years old. He loved it there and the manager and the team are brilliant. We are expecting a baby girl early next year and if there is space when she's older we would definitely send her to Cherry Hill.

My daughter attended Cherry Hill for two and a half years and I always felt confident leaving her there knowing she would be exceptionally well cared for. My daughter has food allergies and these were always catered for and the staff ensured she was never left out of special treats on Christmas or Easter,
making sure they had bought something just for her that she could have. I particularly liked the focus on being outdoors and the goats were an extremely wonderful addition who were much loved by the children! The staff helped her develop and grow and supported us through particularly difficult toilet training with their expert guidance and support. As a single parent, it was crucial for me to have the back up of a reliable and stable environment whilst I went back to work and Cherry Hill never let us down. Would highly recommend to any parents considering for their little ones.

We chose Cherry Hill because of the amazing welcome we received and the family feel of the nursery. My little boy started attending the nursery when he was 5 months old and he settled in so quickly. All the staff are highly attentive and supportive, making the transition of putting him into nursery
so much easier.
The facilities they have and the outdoor space with the chickens and goats is brilliant and everyday offers a variety of different experiences and development.
I would recommend the nursery to anyone and cannot thank all the staff enough for how they have helped in my little boys first year.

Cherry Hill is a very caring nursery. In my experience, the staff put my child's needs first. They were exceptionally good on days my child was under the weather and the nursery was like a home from home.
The management organise wonderful seasonal events for the children that go above and beyond.

I cannot recommend Cherry Hill Nursery enough. The staff here are what make this nursery what it is. They are so warm, welcoming and friendly. From day one my daughter absolutely loved it. They have brought her on so much, more than I could have ever imagined and I will be eternally grateful. Special
thanks to the manager who you can tell genuinely cares for each and every child, the thought that goes into different seasons/celebrations of the year is amazing. You're kept well informed of where your child is at and any concerns are always listened to. Thank you again for all you have done.
