We had our daughter start at Clerkenwell Mount in January when she was 13-months-old and were so nervous about the transition (she had only ever been home with me for the last year). The nursery manager was very understanding and flexible with us, and we really felt like she had our daughter's best
interest in mind (rather than nursery "rules" like some other places we've heard of). Our daughter had a tough time transitioning, but the nursery staff let us take it really slowly, and we've eventually gotten to a great place where we feel really confident that our daughter can stay for a full day and be happy. The nursery manager was incredibly patient during this whole time - never making me feel bad for calling to check in every day. We feel like we've really found a gem of a nursery and like this will be a long-lasting relationship (feels like a family vibe).

Very professional and feel our daughter is being taken care of properly. She comes home explaining what she did with a smile and a confident look. They offer natural, healthy snacks/lunch which she is currently getting used to slowly and we appreciate the team taking time for her to adjust.

The staff at Clerkenwell Mount Day Nursery have been really nice and helpful, especially during our settling in period when Covid restrictions were still in place. My daughter has settled well into the baby room and I love seeing all the fun and themed activities she gets up to each day, as well as
the delicious food she eats via the app which was so reassuring for me as a parent returning to work. My daughter’s confidence has also increased and I can see that she is learning so many new things every day that she is there. The nursery has a lovely, welcoming environment and I highly recommend them.

Our son very much enjoys going to this nursery, and he made strong bonds with both the other children in the toddler room and his key person. As parents, we are impressed by the activities that he does at the nursery as these are really focused on developing his learning, communication, social skills

I’m very pleased with Clerkenwell Mount Day Nursery. My two kids attend it, and they enjoy it a lot. Few reasons:
1) Team is amazing! Unlike bigger local nurseries with a huge turnover of staff, here, some people are for many years. They know all families and help to progress child’s development.
2)
Management team is great. They understand the constraints of working parents and always respond quickly and willing to give options
3) It’s a small nursery, thus every child is treated personally with a lot of emotional involvement from the nursery team. Once again, unlike bigger nurseries with huge classes, here, you’ll find a more personal approach with team members spending good time at the pick up to tell how kids’ day has been. Online diary is also detailed and well updated.

I am very pleased with the experience my daughter has at the nursery. She started attending at 8-months-old and has been thriving since.
She has a close bond with her key person and staff, you can tell they really care about the babies and children. Management and staff are all very friendly and do
their best to adapt whenever possible. The pandemic has been challenging but the nursery has taken a lot of steps to ensure safety, even if it means more work for them.
There are always fun and varied activities scheduled which supports the children's development and growth. My daughter has progressed a lot thanks to the care, attention and support she receives at nursery. She always seems happy to go!
We enjoy reviewing the reports on the app every day and wish there were more pictures to spy on our little one having fun!

Our son loves Clerkenwell Mount Day Nursery. This was his first nursery experience post-Covid and we thought it would take him much longer to settle, however, the staff are great and he was settled in less than a week. He is happy to go every morning and happy when we pick him up. We can tell he is
learning at nursery as he comes home each week with new skills and interests for things we have not exposed him to so we know he is getting it from nursery. The staff are friendly and loving and have been great to work with, getting families and themselves through Covid.

Wonderful nursery, amazing and supporting staff. My son has been going there for eighteen months now and is absolutely thriving. The classrooms are separated by age group (babies, toddlers etc.) so are tailored to their individual needs and growth. In spite of Covid (and no parental access to the classrooms),
Clerkenwell Mount Day Nursery has done a terrific job of keeping us informed of our child’s development and daily acitivities. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to the Clerkenwell Mount Day Nursery team for playing a big role in my son’s learning experience. I couldn’t have put him in a better nursery to give him a head start in his learning life. The level of teaching is amazing, my son is already bilingual, one day he
came home counting in three other languages. Having little amount of children in a nursery is such a bonus that the children are getting more one to one time which focuses on their development. I cannot wait for my second son to attend this nursery.

Clerkenwell is a wonderful nursery; it’s a home from home. The small teams give it a real family feel, creating a safe environment for the children to thrive. I like dropping my little one at this nursery in the morning because I know he will not only be in a safe space, he will be taken good care of and he will learn so much! Clerkenwell Mount Day Nursery doesn't bill itself with big method names but does a really great job in terms of building children
confidence and independence. I realised that one of the first months he was there, he was still pretty young and I was still working through the weaning phase at home and all of a sudden he started complaining that he wanted to use the spoon on his own and went on using it perfectly. When I asked his key worker the following day she said "yes, well of course he eats on his own". Since then, every day I just await to discover which new life skill he's been equipped with in nursery.

I have recently moved to the area and have put my son at Clerkenwell Mount Day Nursery. I have been so happy with the care and attention they have provided.
They are professional and caring, this is evident by how quickly my son has settled in. He is clearly learning a lot from being there which is
clear from how he has developed since starting Clerkenwell Mount. The staff are very responsive to any questions or queries I have had as well as being accommodating for unforeseen circumstances.
I would highly recommend them.

Our 2.5 year old daughter has been attending Clerkenwell Mount for over a year. She loves going to nursery and runs in every morning, excited to see the staff, who are so kind and clearly care about the children. The nursery always arranges an amazing range of activities, including games in the garden
and crafts and singing, all of which we get photos and comments on via the app. I also really like the food that is provided a great variety meaning my daughter eats better than me most days! The staff have all been so considerate and helpful over the lockdown. I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking.

My two kids have been attending Clerkenwell Mount nursery, where we started in 2015, and where we've been since then! My daughter started when she was 7 months old, and she then spent four wonderful years at the nursery. When she left for school, she was fully ready to start her new adventure in reception
thanks to the amazing nursery staff who prepared kids very efficiently for school. My daughter is now thriving at school and I have no doubt that her two pre-school years at the nursery helped her grow in confidence. She's been particularly well prepared for phonics, writing, and maths, in which she developed strong skills. My 3 years old son has been attending the nursery for three years now. He loves it and he talks more and more of all the things he learns at the nursery every day, and we're amazed to discover how much he knows already! Clerkenwell Mount nursery is a very safe and warm environment for our kids to grow and develop their curiosity and creativity.

My two sons (currently 1 and 3 years old) have been attending Clerkenwell Mount Day Nursery since they were 6 months old and we have had an excellent experience for both of them. The staff are lovely and caring: my two sons are really happy to go to nursery in the morning and have developed great connections
with the staff. We have also been really happy with the activities proposed to the children (from the baby room to pre-school room), tracking of development and homely atmosphere. In addition, the management team are really accommodating, which has been really helpful over the years. Highly recommended!

My son has been attending Clerkenwell Mount Nursery since 1 year of age (now 3) and we only have great things to say about the nursery and the care he has been given there. The nursery offers a community feel, given the scale and each child receives close attention from the caregivers and allows for
close bonds to be formed with the other children. They have always been responsive to our needs (sometimes changing) and very accommodating. And what’s been most important, is that our son has always been happy and excited to go in every day.

We needed to find a new nursery for our little one in the middle of lockdown, as our former one shut down. The management and team were excellent in setting up calls, working with us to ensure our little one settled in well, especially not being able to tour in person. Having been there for a few months,
we are pleased to share that the nursery has been brilliant:
- Management is always available, responsive, and welcomes feedback. Big shout out to the manager and deputy manager for being so great.
- Excellent team who not only provide a great rundown of the day (in addition to daily updates on the app) but are so warm and friendly. Our little one (along with the other children) are hugging the team, full of smiles. A thank you for being so fantastic to the toddler room staff.
- Activities are excellent. From dinosaur themes, sports activities, making fairy wands, yoga, water fun, football, etc.
- Food and chef are fabulous! Pastistio, jollof rice, boeuf bourguignon, chow mein, where all is devoured daily.
