My Sunshine Day Nursery & Pre-School Mortlake

I am very happy and comfortable that they are taking care of the little one and recommend them to everyone I know.

My son has been incredibly happy at My Sunshine - he absolutely loves going. The setting is really welcoming and staff are wonderful - kind, caring and fun. We get excellent communication from staff via the app so one is always aware of the child's activities, food intake, sleeping etc. and we receive lots of lovely photos every day. There's a fantastic array of activities arranged every day. The staff are very attentive in observing, encouraging and recording each individual child's development.

We feel very sad that we are moving away from the area and will need to find a new nursery for him. I really don't know how we are going to find anywhere that is as good as My Sunshine.

Our daughter attended My Sunshine Day Nursery & Pre-School Mortlake nursery for 2 years and from the very beginning has been so settled and excited to go to nursery every day. She has absolutely loved it and as parents, it has been great to see her learn and develop so much as well as knowing she is having a lot of fun!

My daughter has attended My Sunshine Day Nursery for over 2 years now. She started the day after she turned 1 - it was tough leaving her to go back to work, but the staff in the baby room made it as easy as it could be. My daughter loves going in and I love seeing what she is doing and following all the info on the Famly app. I cannot rate the staff highly enough - not just super professional, but also warm, kind and understanding. The third-party activities on offer are incredible - tennis, French, heartbeeps and the creativity of the staff is amazing. No one day looks the same. It’s a warm, happy and highly engaging setting - highly recommend.

My son has been going to My Sunshine for 2 years and we couldn't be happier. He absolutely loves it, staff are very friendly and really care about the children. There are lots of different activities every day to keep kids entertained.

My son has been at My Sunshine since he was 11 months old and we have been delighted with the care and love he receives. He loves his teachers and all the fun activities they do on a daily basis (from tennis to French, to Sporty Mini's, cooking and gardening). The manager and her team go above and beyond for the kids and the parents. They have always worked with us to provide continuity for our son and to make sure any changes at home (such as a new sibling) are taken into account. Thank you to the whole team for all you do.

This is my updated review (taking into account the current Covid-19 crisis). Nursery management and staff have exceeded all our expectations during these challenging times! Good hygiene and safety standards, efficient management (handling of absences, backup plans, precautionary measures), open communication with parents, etc. Most importantly, my son is happy and he thrives in My Sunshine! My Sunshine Day Nursery is simply wonderful. Fantastic management, great care in every room with a fabulous set of activities every week from French, Hartbeeps to tennis. Our little girl loves it and so do we!

My Sunshine is a loving, safe, and stimulating environment. It’s very well-run, with management and staff that care. The learning and social aspects are fantastic, my son loves going each day and comes home with a huge smile. Thank you for providing a home away from home!

I can’t heap enough praise on the whole team at My Sunshine. They are so professional in their communications. They are all clearly dedicated to the children. The array of different activities each week is superb. Our daughter absolutely loves it there. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Staff are very caring and friendly. Activities are so varied and entertaining. The app keeps us updated throughout the day on all their activities and we see plenty of photos. Our daughter seems very happy here.

My second child is about to graduate from My Sunshine and I cannot wait to have my third discovering the wonderful world they are setting for them there. As such, the nursery becomes better and better every year, it’s been fabulous to see what they have been offering the children, how happy they are to go and how ready they are for school when they finish their time in preschool.

We’ve had a fantastic experience at My Sunshine Day Nursery. We sent our baby at 7 months of age and were worried he was little and it would take a while for him to settle in. But the staff were incredible and we are so amazed and proud of his development over the last 3 months. Nothing is too much trouble and he absolutely loved going to nursery and seeing the staff and his friends. They do incredible activities from obstacle courses to messy play and outdoor time in the garden. Highly recommend!

My son has been so happy and has had an excellent development since being in the hands of a very very capable, knowledgeable, loving and warm staff at My Sunshine Nursery. He is always smiling going in and coming out. The nursery is extremely organised and has very clear plans in terms of what children will be doing week to week (per-school) a lot of fun learning, a lot of interactive plays and always something new to keep them excited. We have our second one on the way and have no doubts that we want him to go to my sunshine too.

I love the nursery a lot, considering the amount and richness of activities they have with a great focus on children development. My son enjoys going there, there is a park nearby where children have outdoor activities, there is a good balcony at the facility where they can have fun during bad weather day. All news and activities are reported by the app Famly.

Our little girl loves it here! The team do so many activities with her, and they also give her lots of love and affection. What is clear too (unlike other nurseries I have seen) is that the team genuinely seem to enjoy their job and always have a smile on their face! We also love that we can log in to their app throughout the day and see what she’s been doing as well as receiving twice daily photo updates. Plus the meals she gets are so varied; she is definitely broadening her palate!

My son has been with My Sunshine Day Nursery & Pre-School since 2018, and he absolutely loves it! His day is filled with an abundance of fun, learning and special activities interspersed by delicious and nutritious meals. The staff are lovely with a genuine level of care for all the children, while meticulously following and encouraging their development.

Our 11-month-old son joined My Sunshine in July and has loved every minute. The team have been incredibly professional with COVID and information flows have been excellent. The nursery easily accommodated our request for a quick onboarding process due to work commitments and our son settled in very quickly. The nursery workers are all fantastic and our son is smiling as he arrives at the gate each morning and when we pick him up each afternoon. The range of fun activities he gets up to each day are more than I could ever think (or be able) to recreate at home. A really special little nursery. Would thoroughly recommend.
