Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham

My son has been there since he was 10 months old. Couldn't be more happy. It is great that they have clubs coming to the nursery e.g dance and sports. The only thing that could make it better is to do more reviews often with the parents to discuss what we can do to help develop our little ones learning. Or perhaps using the app to add it there. Also not to mention that every day you have a report from the day which some nurseries don't do.

Excellent nursery with a kind and caring team. We have had 2 of our children come through Banana Moon, with the first being taken care of during the start of the pandemic. They have both developed and thrived in the supportive environment and have greatly enjoyed the many experiences that the team has put on over the years (eg baby chick hatching, Christmas markets, fire engine visits etc).

It is a great nursery. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. They make the setting interesting and have lots of different activities throughout the year. Food is good quality. My son is happy there.

Our experience with the staff at Banana Moon has been wonderful. I was nervous about entrusting my baby son to a nursery from such a young age but he loves it there and is so well cared for. He's excited to be dropped off every day and always leaves in a great mood. The staff are superb at providing daily updates through the app and at pick-up. I feel like I always have a sense of what he's up to, how he's feeling, how much he's slept, and what he's eaten. The nursery has a small, intimate feel that has allowed us to feel personally connected to my son's carers. Thank you to the manager and staff!

I have been extremely pleased with the nursery where my 3.5-year-old daughter has been attending for the past year. The staff are caring, attentive, and dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children. She was previously in a different nursery, she had a massive problem and would not interact with other children. At Banana Moon, the staff focused on social development. My daughter has not only learned valuable skills but has also made friends and built her confidence during her time there. I am grateful for the wonderful care and education she receives at this nursery, and I highly recommend it to other parents.

The staff at Banana Moon Caversham are extremely kind and friendly. It is a warm and caring environment where our child feels safe. He is learning and growing through his time there, and we are very happy we chose Banana Moon.

I love the book swap area and it’s nice to see the children’s creations around the nursery hallways.

The staff are really welcoming and helpful. My son’s room leader, she has been really communicative and I feel like she is really invested in and cares for him. Three members of staff have also been particularly great with him and he has really blossomed in their care. They do a huge range of interesting activities every day and my son is so happy and chatty when I collect him, I love hearing about his busy day and all the tasty food that he’s eaten.

We are very happy with Bananamoon. Our little girl started Baby Moons in September and the staff were so reassuring to help us adjust and settle in. Seeing her bonding with the staff, learning and growing has been wonderful, she has recently moved to Teenie Moons and is having a great time! The staff are so caring and always ask how she is each morning and tell us about her day when we come to pick her up, they are also great at communicating if there is anything we need to know during the day. She happily walks in each morning and greets the staff with a hug, and doesn't want to leave at the end of the day! Thank you.

Our experience with Banana Moon Caversham is amazing. The staff is always willing to help, if they sense that you are worried about something they always take an extra step and are keeping you updated via the app. Our son has been enjoying the nursery very much, and every day is a fun day for him, along with quite a lot of learning. Would most definitely recommend the nursery.

The team in the Baby and Teeny rooms at Banana Moon are lovely people who care deeply about the little ones in their care. Our little one has a brilliant time, eats well and comes home happy. We couldn't ask for more and would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter has been going to Banana Moon Caversham since September 2021, she wasn't even 2 at that time, but she settled in fairly quickly and now she is very excited to go there every morning. She has made loads of friends, she is now very bubbly, talks a lot, and learnt amazing things. They do many activities daily which are helping with their development. So yes, I do recommend this nursery, was the best decision to register her here.

I also have a son in the preschool room who started the nursery back when he was in the baby room and he absolutely loves the nursery too.

Our little one started in baby moons last month, and he absolutely loves going to nursery. A lot of fun activities are organised every day, and with the nice weather, they spend a lot of time outdoors in the garden. The staff is very approachable and responsive to our queries, and the extended hours are essential for working parents.

It's good. Lots of fun activities for my son. He is more interactive and playful now. The carers are friendly, polite and cheerful. It has provided a positive impact on my son. They have lots of outdoor space for playing. They even take kids out to the fire stations or parks.

Our children are very happy at Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham. They were supported well to settle in. The staff are always friendly and positive. We enjoy looking at photos on the app to see the fun they have had during the day.

Couldn’t recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham enough, our little boy loves it there, can’t wait to get to nursery in the morning and he talks about it all evening. Since joining he has become so much more social and interacting with people, and his speech has improved dramatically. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. We also love the app where we can see our child’s day from what they have been eating and sleeping and photos of all the activities they do. So glad we chose Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham.

Our daughter has been with Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham for over a year and has enjoyed every day spent there. They have allowed enough space for her to grow and learn whilst also providing excellent care and attention. The most noticeable part of our experience with Banana Moon is that all members of staff treat us and our daughter like the most important one in the room and I’m sure other families feel this too. Even if the team member isn’t from the same room as our child, they know her and show the same care and attention as if they were her direct key worker. The rooms are all clean, bright and look exciting, the meals and snacks are well thought out and communication from the team to parents regarding upcoming events or changes is good. Overall, we would recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery Caversham.
