My son started at Shooting Stars just after his second birthday. He was very nervous to start with but staff were amazing in getting him settled and loving going to nursery! He gained confidence and had great fun playing with his friends. Facilities were great and the staff were amazing. I always felt comfortable leaving him there with nursery staff. He’s had a great time at Shooting Stars - couldn’t ask for a better first nursery experience.
Thank you for your review Elle, we are delighted that your son has had such a lovely experience with us at Shooting Stars. We also appreciate the time you have taken to leave your feedback. It means a lot to all of the staff team and management and helps prospective families to get a flavour for Shooting Stars. Thank you.
Overall an absolutely wonderful nursery in all respects and I have watched my daughter grow in confidence and character since joining over a year ago and couldn’t ask for anything more from them!
Thank you for your review, Seema, we are delighted that your family has had such a lovely experience with us at Shooting Stars over the last year and that your daughter is happy and making such good progress at nursery too. It’s great to hear that you find the NurseryCam access reassuring and we...
I've never felt so relaxed knowing my son is so well looked after. Staff are amazing, and you can tell they genuinely care about the children and take pride in helping them to thrive.
The nursery setting is spotless, don't think I've ever seen any dirt!
The menu is amazing, and my son often has thirds!
My son has thrived since joining, I'm so happy we chose this nursery.
Management is amazing also, really caring, supportive and will always go out of their way in anything they do.
Even if they are busy, there's always a welcoming, friendly face to say hello to myself and my son.
Really can't fault anything!
The electronic diary and verbal parent handover are brilliant and detailed and keep me well informed how my daughters day has been. There's always a variety of exciting activities for them to enjoy and the rooms are well equipped with various things and also the outdoors is lovely and spacious too which includes a big built-in sandpit which my daughter loves. I can 100% recommend this nursery for the care they provide. Well done everybody at shooting stars.
Since the day my daughter started at Shooting Stars, she has thrived there. The staff are so welcoming and caring. The facilities are immaculate, it really is a fantastic nursery. My daughter enjoys it so much I upped her I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of enrolling their child in a nursery.
My 2-year-old started nursery Jan 2020 and has settled in perfectly. The staff are brilliant with him, attentive, thoughtful and kind. He loves going to nursery and seeing all the other boys and girls. I’ve noticed such a change in him already it’s lovely to see him develop after each session. The food menu is great, the garden large and full of activities, the rooms are homely and full of all the essentials to build young minds. The staff give me detailed updates verbally and via the online learning journal after every visit and Nursery cam does give me the peace of mind I was after, it’s fab watching him play and eat every now and again too. I’m really glad I chose Shooting Stars. Thank you.
The ability to book half days and early starts is very supportive of flexible working arrangements and shift works. The team have gone beyond all expectations working in partnership with us to support my child’s speech development. They bring peace of mind and take the guilt away from a working parent when you pick your child up and hear of their fun-filled day and the friends they have made.
We started the search for a nursery for our daughter when she was only 2 months old, as finding that ‘perfect nursery’ takes time, many questions and a lot of research. There was no other nursery that answered every question with confidence and clear competence and there wasn’t any other nursery which had the welcoming, warm and caring atmosphere that Shooting Stars had. Our daughter has been there for coming up to 12 months and every day we take her in, she is smiling and excited to see what the day holds for her at her nursery. You simply can’t ask for more than that! Every staff member cares, and every staff member has a clear passion to support the development of every child. As a parent I couldn’t ask for more and I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. Working within the early years sector myself, it takes a lot to be able to confidently recommend a nursery and also be able to describe it as ‘the perfect nursery’, but this nursery for us is exactly that.
We moved our daughter to this nursery for location purposes and we cannot believe the difference in the quality of care she receives. The staff have all been amazing at listening to the individual child's needs and have provided much reassurance and support when required. All staff are very approachable, are quick to inform if there is ever an issue and really involve the kids in play. My daughter has loved the dance teacher that comes in each week, the animal man who bought in various animals for them to handle and is shortly going to be attending a farm trip. None of this was offered at her last nursery. My younger child is now attending and needed a lot more help settling which was not a problem, she had lots of settling in sessions and I can call for updates throughout the day. Most recently I mentioned to nursery my daughter was having issues with her morning routine and by the end of the day, they had ordered books and had class discussions to talk about morning routines. Fantastic!
My 3-year-old daughter has been at Shooting Stars for just under a year now, the staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The electronic diary and staff/parent communications are brilliant and keep us very well informed each day. The nursery is clean and safe and provides a great atmosphere and learning environment for the children.
My son has been attending the nursery for nearly a year and a half and absolutely loves it! The staff are brilliant, approachable, friendly and very professional. My son has a food allergy which they really understand and cater for, he is also a fussy eater and again they have adapted the menu to accommodate this. I would highly recommend the nursery. I have also recently had another baby and will definitely be sending her to Shooting Stars.
The nursery was brilliant, it’s a shame we had to leave, the staff was very accommodating and really friendly.
Very happy with our experience at Shooting Stars Bromsgrove. The food is amazing, the staff are kind and caring and the environment is very clean and fun and stimulating for the children. We would definitely recommend.
The staff are amazing, very friendly and easy to talk to! My daughter has really enjoyed her time at Shooting Stars, we have always felt comfortable and happy at the nursery. Would highly recommend this nursery
My daughter has been attending the nursery (full time) since the age of 10 months (now nearly 3 years old!). We absolutely loves it! The staff are very friendly, approachable, professional and always willing to help with any query/issue we might have. My daughter has made a great bond with every member of the staff especially her key person!. She has developed amazingly since she joined the nursery. She always busy doing lots of activities including painting, arts, crafts, sports etc. The indoor and outdoor facilities are excellent. Cleanliness is always 100%. The food is healthy and nutritious. Thank you very much for the great nursery. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends!
My son started at the nursery almost a year ago and as a first-time parent, it is always an apprehensive moment choosing the right place to provide care and support to your little one. We have not regretted a single moment of choosing this nursery.
The staff are amazing and he has formed a wonderful bond with each member there (especially his key worker) - recently learning how to say each of their names which melts my heart. He has gone through a lot of developmental stages - the staff support him (and us) in every way through the good and the bad.
They do lots of activities to stimulate them and Parents/Grandparents/Carers are often invited to special events they host. There is such a warm and inviting atmosphere and the constant sound of children laughing and having fun which I personally love to hear and shows how hard all the staff work to keep all the little people happy.
She loves going into nursery each morning and has developed a real bond with her key worker which is lovely.
The nursery is always clean and the food menu is updated regularly and is full of healthy meals and snacks.
We feel that our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending Shooting Stars nursery and like that they are always doing new activities with the children to keep them stimulated.
We would not hesitate to recommend the nursery. Thank you :-)
My son has been attending Shooting Stars for over a year now. The care and attention he has received have been tailored to his needs. The development he has made since attending has been excellent, including support with toilet training. The resources and environment are the best we have seen locally. The friendliness and professionalism of the management and wider staff team was also a deciding factor in choosing Shooting Stars. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.
Shooting Stars Bromsgrove is absolutely wonderful in every aspect. As a parent, it’s important to feel 110% happy with the childcare your child receives and we couldn't be happier with the experiences and care our little boy is getting from his time spent at the nursery.
I would highly recommend this lovely nursery the staff are so friendly and welcoming our daughter has settled in really well thanks to the staff in her room and she enjoys going now and doesn't want to leave when it's time to fetch her.
