My little girl loves this nursery. Everyone is so approachable and lovely. My little girl has made so many friends and has developed well socially and verbally. They are excellent with supporting potty training. My little girl is comfortable in her environment. Staff keep parents updated via the app regarding meal times and general information and events. An all round outstanding nursery.

Minibugs Wincobank is a fantastic nursery. The baby room is clean, spacious and there is a wide range of toys and activities. The staff are very friendly, professional and always prioritise the children's needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the team always make me feel reassured and comfortable knowing my child is in safe hands. The meals and snacks and nutritious and varied. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to friends and family.

All staff are friendly and helpful in all ways. They have been amazing at settling in my daughter when she first started and made the transition so easy for her. Theyve brought her out her shell so much and she has become more confident. I couldn't recommend this nursery more to anyone. Thankyou for all there hard work

The nursery is a good place for kids to grow. They really helped my child. I appreciate them for their patience and care towards my child. The teachers are friendly, My child always looked forward to going to nursery because the environment was conducive and friendly

My little one loves going to nursery, all the staff are lovely and always very helpful. My daughter is very fussy with food and always offer her an alternative choice. Very clean and tidy all the time I really recommended.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery always asking when he is going back and has made friends always excited to go. The fact my son is like that shows he is well cared for and meets all his needs. The staff are very supportive of the parents and children's needs.

Choosing a nursery for my child was one of the most important decisions I've made as a parent and I can honestly say that Minibugs Wincobank has exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in for our initial tour, we felt a warmth and genuine care that set them apart. What truly impressed me is the staff. They are not just caregivers; they are nurturing, attentive, and truly invested in each child's well-being and development.

My boy loves going to this nursery! He's 2 years old and has attended the nursery for the past year. His speech and understanding have improved greatly since going here. It's good to get updates through the day via the app on what he's been up to and eaten etc. The staff are really friendly and great with all the kids.

Best local nursery. I have been sending both my daughters here as soon as they hit 1 year old. I can trust them with my kids and there is constant communication relating to events, updates and changes. The team are very helpful and very patient with the kids. My daughters always enjoy their time. The team is welcoming and positive with feedback. Thank you Minibugs Wincobank.

My son enjoys his time at nursery and always looks forward to coming in. The staff are great and friendly. Since starting nursery, my son has made so many friends and his development has come on so well. The app is also great, getting updates every time he's eaten, toilet and activities. It puts my mind at ease knowing he's doing well.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Have gone above and beyond for both me as a parent and also my child. They know every child's individual needs and help in any way they can, whether that be home life or nursery life. Would recommend it to anyone. Staff are absolutely fantastic, and you are always greeted with a big hello and a smile. Management is fantastic, and SEND worker goes above and beyond for children's different physical, mental and educational needs.

My daughter started here in January, and the staff are so warm and welcoming! She’s taken time to settle, but they’ve helped her so much, and she’s thriving! She adores the girls who are alongside her daily. It’s such a lovely, clean nursery that has everything possible for the children, and also, the food they offer sounds amazing from the menus! Lots of options, and it changes week by week.

I like the Wincobank nursery. My daughter likes to go there from the beginning. In the beginning, she did not speak English but the nursery staff were teaching her a lot. They ask me every day how is she and if she needs special attention, they care for her. I always get information about her day, how was she, what she has eaten, what she did etc. I definitely recommend them.

The nursery has been so helpful over the last couple of months with the birth of my newborn and my eldest child's change in behaviour. I cannot thank all the staff for all they have done and are continuing to do. They have been amazing, my child started when she was 11 months old and she has created such an amazing bond with the staff! No matter what is going on they are ready to welcome you with a smile. I am so thankful I have sent my child here and I will also be sending my second when I return to work. They all go above and beyond to communicate with parents so we don’t miss anything. Thank you all for your hard work! It’s very much appreciated.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since 2021 and I must say she has settled there very well. She has additional needs and I have been amazed at how this nursery has taken its time to help her and get the help she needs. I have now enrolled my little boy in this nursery and I have full confidence he will strive the same as my daughter. Definitely recommend this nursery to everyone!

My grandson started Minibugs in September 2022. Since being at the nursery his development has really come on. The staff are so friendly and polite and always have a smile when you see them, they are always there to listen to me and to my grandson. I'm so happy I chose this nursery for my grandson. I would recommend it to everyone if you want your child to learn and enjoy playing. Minibugs is definitely the best nursery to go to take your child/grandchild.

Absolutely brilliant nursery so supportive and clean. All the staff are lovely, management is perfect there isn’t anything that they won’t do. My daughter came from a different nursery that she hated she settled in amazingly here at Minibugs she loves all the staff, always happy to go I'm more than comfortable leaving her and know she is well looked after and happy. The playroom is lovely, the outside garden is too I don’t think there is actually anything that I’m unhappy with. The meals are all freshly prepared on-site. She is always clean after her session. I’d definitely recommend Minibugs.

Does not offer flexibility for the working family. Timing sessions are structured towards the setting that paying parents cannot afford. Could not offer a flexible approach due to lack of staff and no compromise. Security concerns in a morning, where staff are not present downstairs and babies have to be carried upstairs to be mixed with the older children. One access door outside allows anyone to walk in as a parent leaves. App detailing the child’s day has had full records missing. Late accessing the door on the collection and dropping off times, where the collection time being logged from when the child is passed over and not when the buzzer is pressed. Too much of the food is meat substitute based. Finally after being left from the nursery a month ago, fully paid up and notice given. I’ve been sent another invoice for February! This has caused a lot of stress and shouldn’t have been allowed to happen! Concerns over data protection. Better nurseries locally. Give this one a miss!

My grandson started Minibugs in September 2022. Since being at the nursery his development has really come on.
