My two children attended here, sadly our house move meant we’d have to look for a new setting. Clean, well-equipped and modern setting. Staff are very friendly and welcoming towards my children, which when looking for nursery spaces I felt others lacked. My children truly flourished here, before they
started I had slight concerns about some milestones they hadn’t quite hit yet, due to being children of the lockdown, but the staff are very proactive and supportive which now means they are well ahead of what is expected in their new setting. They always keep you well updated during the day using the app. They were able to accommodate for my son’s dietary needs and he was always given a good variety of foods. Massive thank you to all at Minibugs for being such a massive part of giving my children the best possible start.

I moved my son to this nursery as the one he was in at the time was not suitable for him as he had a broken leg and could not get around. I was recommended this nursery by a few people and can not recommend it enough. Not had one problem since moving him here.

I honestly cannot fault this nursery. My son has been going here for 2 years and even though he is non-verbal they have gone above and beyond to support my son and me. I find that their communication is great and I feel so comfortable that he is going to have a great day and be safe every time he goes.

Both of my boys love going to nursery, they walk straight in or jump up for cuddles off the staff. They are developing all the time and learning new things, there is a great emphasis on the learning and crafting being current (Valentines, St. Pirans Day, Christmas, Mother's Day etc)

My son has been going to Mini Bugs St Austell since he was nine months old and he absolutely loves it. His progress in development since joining has come on so much which is brilliant to see. The staff are brilliant, they keep me well updated throughout the day and on collection. Really can't praise
them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff are amazing and my son thoroughly enjoys his time at the nursery.
The staff are attentive, informative and patient. They are always happy to follow new routines based on what we do at home.

Since joining the nursery last month my daughter has come on so much and we can't praise the nursery enough for getting her to where she is now, she is thriving and loves the nursery. She has become such a happy little girl who just loves to make friends and is thriving with her toilet training too.

My daughter looks forward to her sessions at Minibugs and loves all the assistants that work there. She is very confident and looking forward to starting school. This is all thanks to Minibugs and the supportive learning environment they have created for little ones.

My daughter always arrives at nursery happy and is happy when I collect her, which says a lot. I enjoy getting updates each day of what she’s been eating, nappy changes and activities although I feel these aren’t always consistent and some get missed. What she’s eating is particularly important to us
currently while we are weaning. The girls are very friendly and approachable and clearly take good care of all of the children in their care. I love that they merge the baby room and 2s room so that different ages can mix together. The activities are mixed and varied and often things I don’t do at home. Overall I’m very glad we picked Minibugs.

The staff are so friendly and really good with my little boy who is shy. They are really bringing him out of his shell. He’s always happy at nursery and doing fun activities. They always provide yummy meals for him which he enjoys every time. I love sending him there because I know he’s safe and happy.

My little boy started at the nursery almost a year ago and absolutely loves it and has developed amazingly, same as my eldest daughter, who attended when the nursery first opened until she left for school she's now eight and remembers her time there, and our youngest will start this year too. This nursery
is absolutely amazing at enabling the children to develop their full potential and thrive.

My son has been going there since January and struggled to talk and play with others but this last month I’ve seen such an improvement with his communication and interaction.
There have been times when my son has had a few off days but the staff have always reassured me and given him the attention
he needs.

My little girl has been going to Minibugs for a couple of months now. At first she was very unsure, as she’s such a mummies girl and he didn’t want to leave my side, but the Minibugs staff have been amazing with her and now every time she goes in she’s so happy, and tells me she’s going in to have a
good day. They have been amazing yet again as when my twin boys were there they were so good with them. I can’t recommend a nursery enough! Thank you Minibugs!

My son joined Minibugs in July of 2020 due to Covid delaying his start in the April. From day one, they have been amazing. My little boy at the time was showing signs of being non-verbal and having sensory problems believed to be autism. They allowed him to start in the July when restrictions should
have had him starting in the September. They have been amazing in helping me get the help and support I needed to get him a diagnosis as well as getting his support workers on board and doing what was needed, from his SALT worker to Senco to even the paediatrician. They have done wonders in getting him a much needed EHCP, which we are still in the process of doing, but without their help, I wouldn't be as far along with it as I am. They are amazing with him, but especially two members of staff in the room. They are great with using visuals to help him communicate in his own little way. My daughter also started in January of this year, and she has had an amazing start to nursery life.

My little girl loves the nursery, she has so much fun, and she enjoys going in. The girls are amazing with her; she's always happy. She loves learning, there are lots of activities that my little girl can do, and she's enjoying it.

My little minibug has been a member since June 2019.


Over the last 12 months, the nursery has been great at adapting to the changes that covid has presented, they have continued to keep parents updated, provide accurate details and offer practical advice.


As my minibug has entered the school readiness

programme she has loved all of the activities, the school readiness staff have kept the parent app updated with the activity types and the little one has loved bringing activities home to further her learning.


The new manager has been a great addition to the Minibugs team and taken to the mangers role covering all aspects you would expect.


It has been great being able to get back into the nursery recently and see the children and staff interact and bring back that connection with the key workers.

My little boy started in the baby room in January, to start with he’d cry at drop-offs but the girls would reassure me when I’d come to collect him that he was fine after a few minutes. Now he’s happy at drop off when I leave him and seems to be having a better time each session. He’s started becoming
more confident around other children since coming too. I can’t wait to see how he will progress as he grows.

Minibugs is a fab nursery. The ladies really look after the children as their own, they listen to your anxieties and ease them.
I would recommend this nursery over and over again.
My little boy started April 2021 and has never once cried, he loves getting up and ready for nursery and enjoys every
time he goes.
I am definitely impressed and will miss them all dearly in September.

The nursery is great, my kids love going and the staff are amazing. The staff are very helpful and always happy to answer any questions you have. They support the parents and will happily work with parents. They can play outside when they want it is an open room where the children can flow between different
areas.
