Bright Horizons Haydon Hall Montessori Day Nursery

Really impressed with this facility. My daughter only started in September and she has learnt so much already. The way they teach the kids is very clever and has given me lots of ideas of how to implement some of these learnings at home. Will definitely recommend to others.

Our daughter started at Haydon Hall at the start of the year. She has settled very quickly and all the staff (and the other children) have been very welcoming and supportive. We feel very comfortable dropping her off each morning and she's been really enjoying learning about Asia and Chinese New Year.

Our son attended Haydon Hall Nursery for around 3 years. During those 3 years, he really enjoyed his time in learning and having fun. The nursery really helped him to grow his learning, think through to excel etc. The environment and staff were very good. Managers always listened to us and took the necessary steps to address our concerns. It had been a proactive approach with a very clear focus on health and safety whilst our son enjoyed bits of his time there. Also, the improved facilities including new garden and soft play area was one of the latest key highlights. We would recommend Haydon Hall Nursery to our friends and family. All the best to the managers who were always there to support us.

I would certainly rate Haydon Hall as a 5-star nursery. Starting from the admin to the management and to the teachers, they have really got amazing staff and stupendous facilities. Kudos to your hard work.

My daughter has been in the toddler room for almost a year now and I have been so pleased with the level of care she has received. The staff are caring and friendly to both me and my baby. My older daughter went to a different nursery and so I can compare standards. Haydon Hall has genuinely caring staff and that makes all the difference.

We used Asquith Montessori Haydon Hall Nursery School as back up care when our 18-month-old son's usual nursery was closed so had concerns that he would be upset in an unfamiliar setting, however when we arrived we could not have been made to feel more welcome by the manager and staff. Our son was instantly made to feel comfortable and had a brilliant time. We really appreciated receiving a full rundown of the various indoor and outdoor activities he had been involved in as well as a lovely card with photos, artwork and a big thank you from his new friends. At pick up my husband was again greeted by the manager and encouraged to watch our son during circle time before taking him home which is something we've not seen before. Dietary requirements were readily accommodated and overall the whole process was made very easy for us, with excellent communication from the manager before, during and after. We would definitely recommend this nursery, it is well located and children, staff and families are happy to be there.

The team are more than welcoming. They accommodate last minute request and always put the children’s welfare first. My daughter has always run into the nursery and has a wonderful relationship with her keyworker and all the team in the room. It will be a great disappointment to her when she realises that she won’t be there next year as she will be in school.

We would like to pay a fixed amount of fee every month. It’s much easier.

I have been very happy with the care provided for my child at this nursery. I always feel comfortable leaving him in their care and know that he will come back happy. I believe he is fed well and taught to the standard required for a toddler. Thanks to all!

The setting and the surrounds are a great environment for any child to spend their day. But more improtantly the staff at Haydon Hall are professional, caring and hard working. They invest time into understanding each child and their individual personality and encourage each child to be self sufficient. I would strongly recomend this nursery.

Friendly staff always helpful when any questions or concerns arise. Lovely setting! Great variety of menu for lunch.

Daily updates on progress and behaviour, allow teachers and parents to work together to overcome issues to allow the child to progress.

The nursery has been a wonderful setting for my daughter. The 'teachers' and administration team have always been so wonderful, loving and warm from the first day she started there. No request is too much and they always make time to have a discussion at the end of the day with regard to how her day was and what she did. The EyLog is such a great tool that they use to give us information on the daily activities and also the summary report is very informative. Overall we are extremely happy with the nursery and their continuous hard work.

I have had two children attend Haydon Hall and have found the Montessori to be operated at a very high standard. The manager and her colleagues provide a nurturing and welcoming environment for parents and children. The only aspect that could be improved is perhaps providing more guidance and understanding of requirements for local private schools.
