Bright Horizons Haydon Hall Montessori Day Nursery

I could not have asked for a better nursery for my child.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery my daughter attends. From the moment she started at just 20 months old, it's been evident that she loves it there. As a bilingual child, I appreciate how the nursery seamlessly incorporates both English and French. They even went the extra mile by requesting a dictionary to ensure my daughter understands every word she encounters. The staff are not only kind but also highly professional, providing a nurturing environment for her to thrive. I'm grateful for the positive impact they've had on my daughter's early education journey.

I have been impressed with the level of attention each key worker provides to the child. This is certainly evident in my twin’s development who are quite advanced in certain areas as a result of the team spending time reading and communicating with the children regularly. Whilst we are moving house and therefore have had to move nursery, in comparison, this nursery definitely stands out against the others on many fronts.

Absolutely amazed by the team here at Haydon Hall Montessori; they have truly assisted in building my daughter’s confidence and development in skills for all areas and increased her vocabulary. All staff communicate quickly and are always happy to help with any queries. As a mother, it is always important to know your child is enjoying and excelling in a nursery, and I can safely say, I am over the moon.

I have seen her become more confident during her time there and it is all down to the way the staff engage with all the children. I would recommend this Montessori setting.

What a wonderful Montessori nursery. The staff at Bright Horizons, Haydon Hall are very professional and attentive. They have been very thorough with observations, assessing progress and updating us with any development areas we can help with at home. My daughter has loved her time there and has really flourished. She would still be attending if we hadn’t of moved to a different area. She has left with a huge amount of independence from serving her own breakfast and pouring her own drinks. I cannot say enough about how amazing the manager and the teachers have been, thank you for all of your hard work and support.

The whole team have been nothing but supportive and very helpful with all three kids. They take extra care in making sure they have everything they need to bring the best out of our kids. I feel content knowing they are in safe hands. The whole team listens and do take on board any feedback given too and always strives to progress. They don’t give up on challenges and more than eager to help out extra if need be. They really have been an asset to my eldest son, and I could not have done it without this team.

The team at Haydon Hall are very professional, responsive and supportive. My son really enjoyed his time there. The atmosphere is very inclusive, fun and full of learning opportunities! It is an excellent choice and we will be returning as my son early loved the facilities! Well done to the Haydon Hall team!

The staff at Haydon Hall are very friendly, attentive and professional. My daughter really loves attending the nursery and is very attached to her key worker. It is wonderful to watch my daughter flourish and learn so many new things. I also love how the nursery is so diverse in the teaching it provides to the children e.g celebrating Diwali and introducing the children to different cultures. Seeing my daughter enjoy nursery and grow so much, is really reassuring to our choice of nursery.

This is the second nursery we've tried and although the first one was good, this was noticeably better. The teachers are excellent in their knowledge of Montessori and you can see the passion when they explain the various activities and principles. Very nurturing environment and the staff provide regular updates via the app and in person. My daughter has really flourished in this environment and I hope your little one does too!

Wonderful nursery with exceptional staff, who are attentive and caring. My 3 year old daughter loved attending this nursery and I enjoyed the frequent updates of her learning and activities. I cannot say enough good words about the manager and the teachers, thank you for all your support.

My daughter has now been with the nursery for almost 2 years. In that time, the staff have been great at nurturing, guiding and encouraging both my child and us as parents. Communication has been good and helpful, even during the difficult Covid period. I can honestly say the team have been a lifesaver for me and my family, with their continuing support in helping my daughter.

We have been amazed by the quality of care and teaching at Bright Horizons Haydon Hall. The staff, including the managers, are down to earth and we have really felt that our child's best interests have always come first. This has always been the case during the pandemic, the heat wave and other tricky circumstances. I love how much they value outdoor play. Our son is happy to play in all weathers as a result come rain, shine or cold. My son always tells me he likes fresh air! During toilet training we were supported very well and they made the transition for us really easy, even though it took three weeks, there was never any hesitation from the staff, only their full support. The teachers have all been fantastic and some have been there for over a decade. The managers are really open to feedback, and suggestions and they also are teachers too, and it makes a real difference. We wouldn't want to send our second child anywhere else, we really love Haydon Hall nursery.

I would recommend the nursery at any time. The staff are super friendly and the learning is very targeted according to the child’s needs. My son has developed a lot over the years and much deserved credit I give to the nursery.

My daughter has been at Haydon Hall for the past two years and my son was also at Haydon since he was 9 months old till he left when he turned 3 years old. Both the children settled in really well and quickly. Their key worker made the process of drop off and starting nursery very easy. My daughter started during lockdown, so I was particularly apprehensive, but the nursery provided photos and lots of tips to help her settle. This gave me peace of mind. Both children were always happy to go in, hardly any tears! The manager is fantastic and he knows every child. Though Bright Horizons is a large chain of nurseries, the manager brings a warmth and energy that makes it feel like a community. Even though my son has left, the staff ask how he is getting on. With two members of staff in particular who make a wonderful team. Any problems or issues, they will always try to resolve, eg, late club, extra days, swapping days etc. Over the years, we have got to know the staff of Haydon Hall well and they have always been so kind, caring and patient.

Fantastic nursery with fantastic staff. My eldest son had been with the nursery for three years and he absolutely loved it and we were amazed with the care and confidence he got from being at the nursery. He has just completed his first year at school and still reminisces about his time at nursery. My youngest son is at the nursery and he absolutely loves it. His key worker is fantastic and we are so pleased with his development. I can honestly say that all the staff at the nursery are wonderful and they have our child’s interests at heart. I highly recommend this nursery.

Both my children have been at Haydon Hall for over a year now and I cannot praise it enough. All the staff are so attentive and both my children's key workers are amazing. They do their best to implement any information we provide, to help our children with their individual development. Both my kids have strived and progressed so much whilst being there. It's the best Montessori nursery in my opinion!
