Banana Moon Day Nursery in Rothwell, staff always try to see everything from a parent's perspective.

CCTV operates throughout the nursery to protect children, staff and parents. A finger print biometric entry system is also used. This system allows nursery personnel to quickly register every parent and carer's fingerprint.

Children can have fun exploring the world of colour, shapes and texture through the use of toys, adult interaction and sensory experiences.

The children go outside every day to get exercise and learn more about the world. All age groups benefit from daily outdoor activities.

Sleep rooms have cots and sleep mattresses and every child has their own bed linen which is cleaned in house. At all times, staff strive to keep to parents' desired sleep patterns and routines.

Nutritionally balanced meals are made using fresh ingredients, suiting different food preferences and dietary needs.

My little boy (2 years old) loves Banana Moon Day Nursery Rothwell. He has settled in both the baby room and 'Mini-Moon' room fantastically. The staff are wonderful and I cannot thank them more for all they do for us looking after our son.

My daughter has been attending here for about a year now and she absolutely loves it. She even makes excited squeals as soon as we arrive in the car park each morning. The staff are lovely and genuinely care about her. They work so hard to ensure that the children enjoy a fun learning environment. My
daughter's mental and social development has come on leaps and bounds and I have no doubt that this has been helped enormously by being at Banana Moon Day Nursery Rothwell. I can't recommend them enough!

Now at almost 3, she has learnt so much and developed quickly due to all the activities and learnings she experiences at nursery. We love the opportunity to have parental interaction with family sessions at Christmas

We have been very happy with Banana Moon. The staff are lovely and are great at thinking up lots of fun, engaging activities for the children. It is a warm, friendly environment. My son eats all his meals so I have to conclude the food is great. The weekly music classes are a bonus.

I was very anxious when I started to view nurseries for my then 5-month-old child. That was until I visited Banana Moon. From the moment I entered the reception area my expectations were exceeded by the team. The settling in sessions were thorough and I felt they went above and beyond to get to know
my child and our family. When my child's first full day came around there were no tears from him or me as he was settled and I was relaxed and confident he was well settled. My child has been attending the nursery for 4 months and I continue to be impressed. The range of food is excellent, activities engaging and fun and I always feel happy and confident that he is enjoying his time there while I am at work.

Banana Day Nursery Rothwell Moons care for our child is very good, activities are varied and obviously enjoyed by the children. There are lots for the children to do and they are encouraged to play with things that entertain and appeal to them. The food is very good and the staff are very good at letting
us know what has gone on through the day. My only slight issue is at pick up time the room can be a bit chaotic.

My son is about to leave baby moons and go up to the next room. He is fully supported by his key worker and new key worker and already is responding well to his next milestone. We cannot speak more highly of his key worker and the staff in baby moons they are really friendly, supportive and like my
son's extended family. He loves going and now starts talking fondly about nursery in the car and at home. We couldn't ask for a better place for him to be. We love it.

I am really pleased with Banana Moon. The staff are all very friendly and I feel that my little boy is well looked after. They offer an excellent variety of food. They have accommodated whatever I have asked for, eg napping, milk, food etc. I feel that the care is worked around the needs of the babies
and not the other way around. His key worker is brilliant with him. I receive regular feedback in regards to how he is doing. On the whole I am really impressed with Banana Moon.

The staff are amazing. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting almost a year ago. My son loves going to nursery, he gets his coat and shoes in the morning. The staff are always really friendly and happy to help any way they can. As a first time parent, I really am grateful for this.
