The Old Station Nursery Bromsgrove

This nursery have always gone above and beyond for my child. For the 2 years she was there she was always happy to go and the communication has always been phenomenal. I would recommend My First Friends to anyone looking to get their child into a nursery.

Absolutely fantastic, I'm sad my little boy has left for reception. Fantastic nursery, always there if you need advice. The head is absolutely darling, fantastic nursery and fantastic staff. Would recommend My First Friends to everyone.

Amazing nursery! Really helped with my child's development due to him having additional needs. Always kept in the loop about anything that is happening at nursery! Highly recommend this nursery. Lovely and friendly staff, very approachable.

My First Friends Bromsgrove has been outstanding! Our child has been genuinely cared for and supported, he adores the staff team and they have done so much to support his early education. He is due to start school soon and we will all miss them - I would highly highly recommend this nursery.

I couldn’t have picked a better nursery to send my son to. It honestly feels like a little family, the staff are so easy to talk to and provide a safe, friendly, comfortable environment for not only the children but the parents too! They're exceptional! Thank you to everyone! I would 100% recommend.

Best choice we made for our little girl. All the staff are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. The nursery has great facilities and I love being able to use the app to see what my baby girl has been up to and also can see pictures and personalised observations of her day. Being a lockdown baby, so unable to socialise with anyone, it was hard for her to be around so many people all of the sudden, but I can see a lot of changes in her now and she is so comfortable and confident with the staff and friends.

The online learning diary is great, staff are always updating it throughout the day so I can check in whenever I want.

My little boy has attended My First Friends since he was 9 months old (now 3 and a half years) the staff have all been fantastic offering top-notch care. We have never been worried to leave him as he has always had a fantastic time and has been very happy here. I am currently pregnant with his little sibling and will also be sending them here too when the time comes. We loved the fact it’s all-inclusive which really helped us especially in the early days when you're both busy working parents.

My daughter started at the nursery just before the lockdown hit. When she re-attended after the lockdown restrictions were lifted the staff were absolutely amazing. They made sure the kids were thoroughly looked after. The teaching was excellent. My daughter has always returned from nursery happy with her day. I can not recommend this nursery enough. Staff have always communicated very well with me about my daughter's care.

Really pleased I chose this nursery for my little one. All the staff are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Our daughter and son have been attending for over a year now and both are happy and settled. Very friendly and attentive staff who deal with any queries quickly and have great communication. Good balance of learning and play, I especially like the amount of outdoor time and activities that they both are given.

I've seen a vast improvement in my son's confidence, movement and his comprehension since joining the nursery. The staff are absolutely wonderful and seem to love what they do. Every day he is greeted with happiness and positivity at the door, no matter who opens the door and he is returned to me, full of smiles. They have an app which the staff use to update me with his food, sleep, milk, observations etc and this has been a godsend. If I'm concerned, I can email or call them and they usually respond pretty quickly or they will update the app to show me he's OK. The staff are very friendly and approachable. They go out of their way to put me at ease, especially when my son has had a bad night. They have been brilliant at getting him into a routine. Day time naps were one of my biggest worries but they are not an issue any more. Their outdoor play area is great and I love how they have so many events and activities too. Every day he's making or learning something new and I see him developing because of it.

Since starting nursery, my daughter has become really confident and interactive. She does different activities every day she's there and is also fed a variety of freshly cooked food. The app is amazing, I can see what activities she is doing during the day, what she is eating, her sleep, and also see photos! I'm so happy I chose My First Friends!! Thank you.

A fantastic nursery, from my son's first day they put me at ease with leaving him there. The wonderful relationship he has built with the staff, pure excitement when he sees them, is proof of the care and attention they give my son. He gets to do so many fun activities and share the experience with his friends, which has helped him progress so much in all aspects of his development. I find the app they use really good, as I get to see how my son is doing each day, seeing what activities he has done, what he has eaten and how much he as slept, and if you have any questions the staff are always there to talk to whether it be during the day on the phone or face to face when handing over your child. I would highly recommend.

My daughter has been at the nursery since 2017 when I reluctantly returned to work full time. From the first day of leaving her the staff put me at ease, assuring me that she would be fine. Three years later I still have the same view that when I leave my daughter, she is comfortable with the staff and that her best interest is the most important thing. Quite often she doesn't want to leave, particularly when playing in the garden. The nursery is very clean, the staff are approachable and all my daughter's medical needs and behavioural needs were addressed how and when I requested. A fantastic place where my daughter has learnt many life skills and made plenty of mess that I haven't had to clean up!

This is an amazing nursery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and also very approachable if you need to discuss anything. My son has been going for four months now and loves it. I'm so happy with the progress he is making there.

Being the first time I have had to use a nursery for one of my children and being just a little baby, I have been pleasantly surprised with how quickly she has settled into nursery life! Her key worker has really taken on board all of her little quirks that comfort her as well as following her routine.

My oldest child attended the pre-school at My First Friends Bromsgrove and developed so much confidence in the 12 months she attended. It was fantastic preparation for starting school. Now my little one is in the nursery and she has a smile for the staff at the start of each day, which is lovely to see. I've found all the staff to be friendly and particularly like seeing the regular updates on the app about what the kids have been up to.

The nursery staff are very welcoming and friendly. My son has settled into this nursery really quickly.

He became another child and he is more confident and sociable.
