Bright Horizons Enfield Hilly Fields Day Nursery and Preschool

As you're aware of the incident of another nursery's closure, as parents it has been so stressful but joining this nursery has been an amazing experience thanks to one staff member's help and amazing positive attitude it turned out to be a blessing! Honestly, she has shown such professionalism and kindness in the situation and she always is there to help the parents! I honestly can't express my gratitude for this staff member, thank you so much for having the patience and always going above and beyond to make sure all the parents are happy!

Bright Horizons Enfield Hilly Fields Day Nursery and Preschool has been excellent in helping my daughter to settle into nursery. As a first-time mother, I didn't quite know what to expect from this process but felt really encouraged by the staff and key workers. My daughter is learning so much and her confidence is growing tremendously.

It has been wonderful to see our eldest progress through the nursery from the Baby Room to Pre-School in the last few years, blossoming in her confidence, social skills, interests and learning; and now our youngest is just beginning his journey at Bright Horizons too. The staff are absolutely fantastic, and always go out of their way to be incredibly supportive and understanding to both our children and to us as parents - they all deserve the highest of praise. The amount of detail in the daily updates is always greatly appreciated, as are the photos and the in-person feedback. Our children love the great variety of activities, the visits by a particular drama, dance and music provider, and the large garden space to play in, and have always developed very strong relationships with the staff, especially their key workers. While not the cheapest option, we have absolute confidence in how Bright Horizons are looking after and developing our children and absolute faith in the wonderful staff.

My daughter really enjoys going to nursery here and I feel confident staff look after her well, are nurturing and attentive to her needs. She enjoys a range of activities and loves the large outdoor area.

Fabulous staff who really care about the children. My son’s key worker knows him so well and they will always be more than happy to answer any queries/questions we have. They work together with us during key times, e.g. toilet training, to ensure progression.

The staff are understanding and so helpful whenever we, as a family, need extra help.

Our little boy didn’t settle at a local childminder that our nieces went/go to. We were heartbroken and panicked as there’s very little availability in Enfield. I assume the only reason this Bright Horizons Day Nursery and Preschool had space was due to it being one of the more expensive nurseries in the area. But I have to say that it’s worth every penny! Management is so warm and welcoming. They were really supportive of me during the settling-in period. All the teachers are lovely people who seem to take a keen interest in all the children and almost give the impression of being a proud third parent. My little boy is so happy there. I love the app that shows you how they’re getting on, what they’ve eaten etc. and the daily activity updates and photos make me miss him just a little less. They say everything happens for a reason. The childminder clearly wasn’t the right match for our boy but I’m so glad that Bright Horizons Neelam and Cara is!

The main negative has been the high staff turnover (although many that's not unusual in nurseries). However, I've been consistently impressed with newer staff and how quickly they have got to know our boys and formed appropriate bonds. The management team is approachable and has responded well when I've had queries I would certainly recommend the nursery. It's not the cheapest option (by far!) but I completely trust the staff to care well for my two boys!

We are so glad to have chosen Hilly Fields for our daughter, who has attended since she turned one. She's incredibly happy there - she loves her key worker and other room staff, engages in a huge variety of activities, and eats and sleeps really well. We love that a drama group are brought in weekly for the children to enjoy music and dancing, and the large garden means they get plenty of outdoor time. Nursery management is fantastic, and communication is outstanding - we receive lovely updates on their app every day. We can't recommend it highly enough!

I love this nursery so much, so does my daughter. The management are amazing, always so kind and helpful. When I collect my daughter they always take their time to touch base and inform me in detail about her day. The staff are kind and really make my daughter's day so fun, she always comes home so happy and excited and always has so much to tell me. 10/10 service.

Great nursery and an amazing team. My little girl goes happy every morning and I feel safe and reassured knowing that she is growing in a happy environment! The team is really attentive and works alongside us to make sure that she is developing skills. For four members of staff, in particular, I just need to say a massive thank you for the great job you are doing!

Fantastic. The staff are friendly, engaging and supportive. I enjoy reading the posts about what my child is doing and seeing how they are getting along from the app. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I am thoroughly pleased with my son's progress at Bright Horizons. I have noticed a huge difference in my son's communication and confidence and know this is a testament to the wonderful nursery staff. Two members of staff in particular, together have always updated me with his day and I feel like we are all an extended family. I am actually recommending it to my friends and family, as I am confident in the care the nursery provides to my son.

I have full faith in all the team, to ensure that my child is safe and having a great time.

The cost is far more than all nurseries in the vicinity so we would expect the highest quality provision for the preschool children.

I have only positive feedback to describe Bright Horizons Enfield Hilly Fields Day Nursery and Preschool. Since my daughter joined a little over 3 months ago, she has excelled in her social skills. After never having been around other children due to the pandemic she was luckily immersed in to what is a very warm and caring environment. The staff are all absolutely fantastic, and so caring. I feel at ease to leave my daughter in their care. The photos and updates received daily are so well thought, and considers the learning stage my daughter is currently at. The staff teach the children to be kind and I would 100% recommend this nursery. What a fabulous job they do!

All staff are very helpful and no concern that we don't see the key worker, due to hours, as other staff keep us updated all the time.

I would always recommend this nursery.

Over the last couple of months, my son has improved on his words and his ability to articulate what he wants using his speech. This is a credit to the staff who are proactive in helping my son with his speech and social skills.
