Northern Nursery I really appreciate this Nursery .It has helped not only one child of mine but Three.Very good Nursery,Very good and caring Teachers who value every child.The have clean environment ,Food for kids are very nutritious.safeguarding is always on point

Can't recommend this nursery enough. I found Northend after a disappointing experience at our first placement and they are a breath of fresh air.

The staff are active in their roles, engaging and educating the little ones every day with a range of thoughtful, fun activities. My daughter is on the spectrum and the way they have been there for us with her care plan, additional needs and supporting me emotionally has helped the whole process so much. I couldn't have done it without them.

She has thrived under their care and I will always be grateful to every one of the amazing women who have helped her catch up and hit unexpected milestones during these important years.

My children attend Northend nursery,and they are the best all the staff are very supportive and caring very polite and treat the children very nicely . I will surely recommend them more and more thanks to all the staff for the love and care towards the children

The management team is approachable and supportive, which gives parents like myself real peace of mind knowing our children are in such capable hands. Thank you!

My son attended this nursery for little over two years and I must say that I was extremely pleased with how he progressed. He was happy to attend the nursery every morning and became very attached to not only his main carers but all the staff in the nursery. The team is very kind and supportive and I have no complaints to address. I would highly recommend this to other parents.

I brought my son to this nursery 14years ago to date and could not fault their professionalism and support. I am now returning with my daughter I know they will do a great work with her too. Thank you Northend.

The only downside is that the nursery isn't open five days a week since COVID but this didn't affect us. I'm so thankful for all Northend did for my boys. If you want a nurturing, supportive environment, this is the place.

My child attends this nursery and I am so happy with the care he receives. Every member of staff is so friendly and approachable. Nothing is ever too much for any of them and I am so pleased with my son's keyworker she is so caring and helpful with everything.

The nursery is a lovely, friendly and very professional place. The staff are very welcoming and I can see my grandson loves being there. They are really working hard with him as his speech is behind and it's improving all the time. The reaction between the children and staff is wonderful.

The app used to communicate is very helpful, and the care and attention given to every child is truly exemplary.

I am very pleased with the level of support given by staff in looking after our son and his speech and play skills have really improved over time so, l do believe the staff are doing a great job. More grace to your elbow. Cheers

Would highly recommend this nursery, the love and care they give the children is beautiful to watch. The garden and play areas are amazingly clean and tidy. My daughter has flourished since attending this nursery and always looks forward to going.

My son started this nursery in September and I can't express how much my son has enjoyed going. The improvement in his speech and social interactions has improved massively! The staff are lovely and very welcoming and take good care of Ellis. The early years assistant educators are amazing with him and are brilliant staff! He loves every day at his nursery.

The staff have been absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and confident to leave my little bubba. They are on hand to answer your questions and they clearly love what they do, which gives me peace of mind as a parent that my baby will be well cared for.

Northend has been a fantastic nursery for my children and I have felt at ease knowing that they are well looked after by staff. The communication that I receive throughout the day, via the app, is very reassuring, as I get updates on how they're doing, as well as notifications if there have been any accidents. The staff genuinely care and it's clear. The pandemic has affected many businesses and the nursery has unsurprisingly had its share of challenges. As we move forwards and under pressure to return to 'normal' life, the current 4pm finish creates problems with work, as it restricts the number of days we can go into the office or work effectively from home whilst parenting. We need more communication and empathy on this as I'm sure many parents are facing questions from managers as to when this will be resolved. I would hate to have to move from Northend due to this, but it's becoming increasingly likely that we will be forced to. It's a real shame as the kids have and are thriving here

All staff appear very genuine, caring and supportive on a whole and are very informative at handover at the end of the day.
