My daughter joined Northend Nursery in 2022, and I can confidently say it has been an incredible experience. She started as a shy and timid little girl, understandably so, being a Covid baby but has blossomed into a confident, happy child, and that's all thanks to the wonderful team at Northend Nursery.
She

was always well cared for and absolutely adores her key worker. I'm truly grateful for the dedication, warmth, and professionalism shown by the entire staff. As someone who understands firsthand how demanding this work can be, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for all that you do.
The management team is approachable and supportive, which gives parents like myself real peace of mind knowing our children are in such capable hands. Thank you!

My son attended this nursery for little over two years and I must say that I was extremely pleased with how he progressed. My experience at Northend nursery is very lovely. At first I was concerned bringing my child because of my experience of racism in my area, then I met the manager and the teachers and they promised and made sure my child will be just fine. I can't recommend Northend Nursery enough. Both of my sons attended and I've had nothing but positive experiences. I chose Northend after seeing how comfortable my eldest son felt during a visit - the staff were warm and welcoming.
My second son had a speech delay and the nursery's staff worked with

him patiently, laying a solid foundation for his development. Now, two terms into reception, he's reading and I'm so grateful for their support.
When I was pregnant with my third son, I had late hospital appointments and the staff kindly kept my second son until I could pick him up. Their understanding meant a lot.
The only downside is that the nursery isn't open five days a week since COVID but this didn't affect us. I'm so thankful for all Northend did for my boys. If you want a nurturing, supportive environment, this is the place.

Overall Experience

In a time where the cost of childcare (especially in London) can be prohibitive, Northend has been an absolute miracle. They have kept costs affordable for working parents rather than taking advantage of the 'London tax'.
The staff are constantly friendly, welcoming and caring. When we first came to

Northend our son was only a few months old, so leaving him for such a long time was naturally a nervous experience. The first day when he came out absolutely beaming and having had a wonderful day, we knew we had found the right place. Our experience has only improved with time too.
The app used to communicate is very helpful, and the care and attention given to every child is truly exemplary.

Would highly recommend this nursery, the love and care they give the children is beautiful to watch. The garden and play areas are amazingly clean and tidy. My daughter has flourished since attending this nursery and always looks forward to going.

Thank you so much to the staff members who look after our children here at Northend Nursery, we have noticed massive improvements in our daughter's abilities, there have been really tough challenges that are met with an answer by the staff members who really do 'home in' on the problems our daughter

comes across (such as, brushing teeth).
The staff members are always warm and welcoming at all times and do their absolute best to help answer our questions, I know it's difficult sometimes but you really can see the development/improvements in our child's speech/communication... our daughter seems to have a better understanding of the world around her and how everything works... sometimes I will say wow because she is so smart at understanding certain things.

My son started this nursery in September and I can't express how much my son has enjoyed going. The improvement in his speech and social interactions has improved massively! Overall Experience

Northend has been a fantastic nursery for my children and I have felt at ease knowing that they are well looked after by staff. The communication that I receive throughout the day, via the app, is very reassuring, as I get updates on how they're doing, as well as notifications if there have been any

accidents. The staff genuinely care and it's clear. The pandemic has affected many businesses and the nursery has unsurprisingly had its share of challenges. As we move forwards and under pressure to return to 'normal' life, the current 4pm finish creates problems with work, as it restricts the number of days we can go into the office or work effectively from home whilst parenting. We need more communication and empathy on this as I'm sure many parents are facing questions from managers as to when this will be resolved. I would hate to have to move from Northend due to this, but it's becoming increasingly likely that we will be forced to. It's a real shame as the kids have and are thriving here

My son started preschool after the Easter term and coming from nurseries and, childminding backgrounds myself, I was anxious about sending my son to any setting due to the agency workers, apprentices and practitioners in general.
My son absolutely loves Northend Nursery and showed the most interest

in this setting despite viewing a few others, he has settled in so well and tells me how much fun he has and how kind the staff are which is lovely and reassuring to hear from my 3-year-old.
All staff appear very genuine, caring and supportive on a whole and are very informative at handover at the end of the day.
