IntoPlay Day Nursery @ Barnwood

My Son is 7 months old and absolutely loves spending 1 day a week at IntoPlay. Using the app to see what he’s been up to and receiving photos and videos of him keeps us reassured that he is happy. Would definitely recommend to other friends and family with young children.

My son has been going to IntoPlay @ Barnwood since he was 10-months-old and he is now 25-months-old. On the whole, we’ve had a good experience of the nursery. His key person when in the under 2s room is fantastic and honestly, very motherly, which is exactly what you need when you leave your child with someone else. Every time we pick my son up, he is always smiling and full of energy. He is happy and that says a lot of the environment he’s been in that day. I’m particularly appreciative at how the nursery staff try and accommodate my last-minute changes to the childcare I need. In general, they are a friendly bunch with lots of positive energy.

My boy is so happy here, it is his second home and I couldn't have picked a better one for him. He loves it. All staff, including management, are great they do so much with the kids too. Highly recommended.

Lovely nursery, caring staff who do a variety of activities with the children every day and a great outside space for the children to explore.

My daughter has been attending since she was one and she is now four. I have always been impressed with the high standard of care given by the staff. Being at preschool has progressed her even further and she often tells me at the end of each day what she has done/learned that day: Chinese New Year, Yoga, good/bad foods for teeth, the meaning behind Poppy Day to name but a few. The staff have recently introduced an alternative food choice being available when the child really doesn’t like the hot meal on offer, which is great. I highly recommend Intoplay to anyone looking to start their child at nursery.

My son has been here since he was four months old. He is now four years and I have never considered taking him anywhere else. The staff have always been so caring and great to talk to about any behavioural issues either at home or at nursery. They build strong relationships and really get to know your child. The food always smells amazing when you walk in as everything is cooked fresh on site. There haven't been many dishes my son won't eat. Great activities keep the children occupied during the day and there are even different educational themes to learn from. Enough to tire out my little cherub by the end of the day.

My son loves it here. I'm confident that he will be well looked after whilst I work. The staff here are amazing and really get involved with the children. Highly recommended.

Everyone at IntoPlay has such a big heart and this passion, energy, commitment and love is given to the children every day. As soon as you enter, you can feel the warmth and the genuine desire to make every day meaningful. The children have a variety of activities and are educated and developed with a very thoughtful approach that is fun. The staff are extremely professional and have the children at heart. To leave your child every day for others to nurture is one that requires trust and IntoPlay have been just superb. The outdoor space is also utilised when the weather allows. Everyone that works at IntoPlay deserves recognition for their hard work and the commitment they show each day.

We have been very lucky to find this excellent nursery and can actually say that all four of our children have had the same key person in the babies room (our youngest being 10 months and eldest being 9), which I'm sure must be rare. Our children all adore the nursery manager and sometimes I think they'd all rather be there than home! That being said, we have always been very happy (and the children) with all of the rooms and staff, and we believe our children's adaptable and sociable natures are a credit to the nursery. Worth also noting this is the first time we have ever taken time to publish a review. We can't recommend this nursery enough, and after doing so to 3 of our friends, they have also put their children into IntoPlay.

We have been so happy with IntoPlay from babies, 2-3’s and now preschool rooms. The love and care that is given have been excellent and professional. We value that they go outside whatever the weather and have enjoyed all the extra activities such as ‘music with mummy’, yoga and go go beans. We are regularly treated to a performance at home! They are challenged in their thinking and developed to be well-rounded children. When you leave your child for the first time you are very apprehensive but IntoPlay are fantastic in all that they do and leaving your children there every day you know it will be filled with love and fun!

I looked at 6 different nurseries before choosing IntoPlay it was very difficult for me to part from my daughter going to work but the staff helped me and my daughter a lot settling in and making sure I felt she was safe and happy and I definitely chose the right one for my daughter. She loves it there the staff are really friendly and helpful and do a lot of things with the kids.

They always do lots of activities and my daughter has learnt so much since being there.

IntoPlay is fantastic. Our youngest currently attends Barnwood and our eldest was at Longlevens, before starting school. The staff are incredible so accommodating whenever we’ve needed to swap hours and both our boys have absolutely loved going. Our youngest comes home so happy every day and I feel reassured that all of the staff take the most amazing care of him. Would absolutely, and have, recommended IntoPlay to anyone.

My son has come on so well since starting at IntoPlay. His behaviour has improved massively and I thank IntoPlay for their help in that happening.

The only problem will be him leaving to go to school in September!

I would highly recommend Intoplay Barnwood. I started my little boy here at six months and I was so nervous but all of the staff were amazing from day one. If I ever want to call to see how he is, they take the time to speak to me and when I drop him off in the morning they are so welcoming. The girls at the nursery have become like family and I never have to worry about anything when my son is there.

I cannot recommend Intoplay Barnwood enough. My son has CF and I was nervous with sending him to nursery at first but the staff/management team have been fantastic. Always a friendly atmosphere and I can see the staff love their job and my son absolutely loves it. He always runs straight in and is full of smiles.

My daughter used to attend the nursery before she started school. She enjoyed going. Always happy when I left her and she had a lovely relationship with all the staff. My son has now started in the baby room. He enjoys going and they take their time to get to know each child individually and get to know their likes and dislikes. I have already recommended the nursery to my sister in law. I find the staff friendly, happy and very caring. They are always happy to help.

Very happy with how my child is getting on and is very happy there and has learnt so much. All staff really look after you.
