Teddies Tots Day Nursery

My son has been going to Teddies Tots Day Nursery for nearly three years and he absolutely loves it. Every staff member has such a skill with children, my son goes in and leaves with such a smile on his face and has made a really sweet group of friends there. Every day there are so many activities for them to do and make a learning activity of every cultural holiday which I think is so good, especially considering the importance of inclusion teaching from young ages. I’m so happy that we are able to go to Teddies Tots Day Nursery and they’ve really helped my son so much. I also love the fact they encourage outside use in their little garden and the children love it.

This nursery is brilliantly run. Our son has been going to Teddies Tots Day Nursery since just before his first birthday and is now in the lower preschool. He absolutely loves it, he has learnt a range of new skills and has come on leaps and bounds. Staff are so friendly and keep us up to date via the app which is really useful. They also do lots of development plans to see how he’s doing. All in all it’s a great nursery, dedicated staff, well run and cannot ask much more from the Teddies Tots Day Nursery team.

Teddies Tots Day Nursery is a home away from home for my babies. I have two children at Teddies Tots Day Nursery, one for the last three and a half years and due to leave soon, he will be so sad and another little one who has just stared in the last few months. She was a Covid-19 baby so was super clingy, nervous and instantly settled due to their warm atmosphere and ways. I love how much they do with the children, the cooking, the amazing and unusual ideas they do in craft, silly and messy play, fun in the sun and out and about walks. Not to mention the most recent effort they put in for preparing them for school. I’m impressed at every angle. Happy mummy.

I’ve had two children in this nursery and have always loved it, as have my children. This review is purely for the last year though and how well they managed our children’s needs as well as their staff in the pandemic. As a parent, they made me feel safe and secure in the knowledge that our children were safe. They had many provisions in place that weren’t easy to change with children that age. They always communicate everything and my children are extremely happy there. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking and will be sad when my kids leave.

Teddies Tots Day Nursery is a great nursery, my child has been with them since she was twelve weeks old and they have cared and nurtured her since then. The staff are great and think of imaginative, fun and varied activities. The staff care about the children and want them to get a good start to their education whilst having fun and building social skills. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

What a fantastic nursery! Our daughter settled in remarkably quickly and has made such fantastic progress since joining in January 2020. Her development has come on leaps and bounds. The nursery always go above and beyond my expectations. So much thought is put into the activities and routines. I love hearing about my daughters day when I pick her up and she is non stop talking about everything she has been up to. The staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The use of the app has made seeing what's going on in the nursery a joy and something a lot of nursery's don't have. Above all else, Teddies Tots Day Nursery have been fantastic during the Covid-19 pandemic. They remained open from June 2020 and have done everything possible to make the nursery safe for all the children and staff. I will be sad when our daughter finishes at Teddies Tots Day Nursery next summer but will be more than prepared for school. They have given her the very best start in her education.

Such a great nursery! All the staff are so kind, friendly and their communication is excellent. Having never left my daughter throughout my maternity leave I was nervous about leaving her but she really enjoys her days at nursery, the staff were fantastic at helping her settle in. Would highly recommend Teddies Tots Day Nursery.

My son has attended Teddies Tots for the past year now. We looked around different nurseries in the area but none were as good as Teddies. The staff are so friendly and caring, the communication is excellent, the nursery itself is super clean. My son has come on leaps and bounds in all areas and I believe Teddies has played a huge part in this. It really is a gem of a nursery and we are so glad we chose it.

My daughter started going to Teddies Tots Nursery in 2018. From the beginning, I was extremely delighted with how my daughter was developing. Every day she comes home extremely happy with all the activities and learning that she has done. All the staff are very well trained and prepared to teach the children. It was a pleasure for my daughter to be at this nursery and I can highly recommend to anyone to bring their children to Teddies Tots. Thank you for looking after and preparing my daughter for school.

I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent who wants the best for his child. As a nursery, they have a perfect balance for playing and learning. My son has grown into a really confident boy plus he started to speak quickly in English, as the mother language is not the English one for us. The staff are so hardworking and they provide excellent childcare. My son's key worker has been brilliant and really patient in the process of learning with my son. We are really grateful to all the staff.

Teddies Tots is such a lovely nursery. The staff are great and my child enjoys his time there. I think they have a great structure and routine with plenty of activities preparing my child for school. I feel reassured leaving my child in their care knowing he gets plenty of TLC when he needs it, and I'm amazed by his positive development since being there. He loves the food!

I have 2 children that attend the nursery. My daughter is in uppers and my son in middles. They both absolutely love coming here and have great relationships with not only their key workers but all of the staff. I looked at quite a few nurseries in the area but none had the warm homely feel that Teddies has. I’ve been particularly impressed with the way that uppers has now been made more ‘school’ like and have no doubt this will make the transition for my daughter much easier. I’m always kept well informed of what they are learning and how they are both progressing. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The children are always involved in various activities and challenges.

My two youngest sons attend this nursery in groups a year apart, they absolutely thrive here and love going in every day. It is wonderful to see them develop and grow both academically and socially, they and I could not be happier with this fantastic place of learning and playing. I would highly recommend.

The nursery also benefits from it's own soft play area inside. The nursery is also kept very clean each day. We feel very comfortable leaving our daughter here each day and know she is in safe hands.

My children love attending the nursery, I have seen them thrive and learn so much over the years. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery to any parent.

The staff are hardworking and they always have an excellent range of activities for the children to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursey to anyone.

Very good nursery and excellent and lovely staff and my daughter loves going there and learned a lot of things and made some good friends as well.

I love love love this nursery because all the staff are so hardworking and they truly love the children and care for them. My child is the uppers class and he loves it there with the staff in that class. They have helped push him to the next level. He still shares a special bond with the middles staff members too. That’s what I love about the nursery, the children share special bonds with all the staff. I feel this has come from the top with the owner and managers. They have that kind of ethos.

It's made going back to work easier than I could have imagined, knowing he is in such a stimulating and safe environment.
