Bright Horizons Brockley Day Nursery and Preschool

Wonderful nursery. Lovely staff. My child has become more sociable and engaged in activities since starting last October 24. I have seen the change in them and they really enjoy going in. There is a nice variety of food and in general the fact my child seems happy to go is what's most important to me as it shows they are very comfortable in the nursery environment .

My son started attending Brockley Day Nursery in July this year just before his 1st birthday. The staff were so lovely and welcoming while he was settling in. And now only 6 weeks in, he absolutely loves going to nursery. They have activities organised every day which they notify us of at the beginning of the week. It's been so nice getting regular picture updates of him at nursery participating in these activities. He seems to really love the food too! Overall we've had a great experience and that's all down to how attentive and caring all the staff are. Not just those who work directly with him but also those working in other classes and those in the office. Couldn't have hoped for a better nursery.

Our daughter has been going to Bright Horizons in Brockley for 6 months now. The care provided has exceeded expectations. The staff are all caring, courteous and take a real interest in the development and nurturing of the children. Would highly recommend.

We are extremely happy with Bright Horizons Brockley Nursery. All the staff are so caring and attentive, and we feel very reassured knowing our son is in such good hands. He really enjoys his time at the nursery, and it's wonderful to see how comfortable and happy he is there. Brockley Day Nursery is excellent. From the very first day, the staff have been nothing but kind, caring and very clear on how they look after my daughter. The team who work closely with her show such patience and genuine affection, which makes me feel completely at ease when I drop her off.

We could not be happier with Bright Horizons Brockley. They have been absolutely wonderful for our little boy. He started attending 2 days per week when he was 18 months. He has improved hugely in confidence and with his social and verbal skills. The children are always involved in fun activities and our son loves the food. The team in BS2 are very special - they have been so gentle and caring with our son and he has a wonderful relationship with his keyworkers. The nursery is managed very well. We are really grateful to have such an excellent nursery nearby.

I am certain that my daughter's development is going to exceed here.

My daughter started in the last few weeks in Baby Stars 2, and the team at Bright Horizons Brockley have been so caring and supportive as my little one has been settling. It's been an emotional time, my daughter has big separation anxiety - but the team are so thoughtful, enquiring about her favourite activities and setting them up for her. The room is welcoming, bright and airy with big windows and lots of nice toys to play with, and I have been impressed with every member of staff I have met. would highly recommend

Our first child went to a different nursery and our experience there was incomparable with our first few months at Bright Horizons Brockley Day Nursery and Preschool. We’ve been very impressed.

My daughter started nursery here at 8 months old and has since developed wonderful, affectionate relationships with peers, carers and all staff. The environment is safe and clean, children are provided with age-appropriate activities that stimulate their development and afforded opportunities to play, craft and learn. As a parent, I trust that my daughter is given the best care and supported with knowledge and affection. I would recommend Bright Horizon, Brockley without reservation to any parents looking for a reliable, welcoming nursery in the area.

Staff are always happy. You never really see any new faces but long-tenured, experienced, kind and knowledgeable carers in the room. Four staff members, in particular, are brilliant and my little one loves going to nursery. They always come up with great activities, take them on little trips and explore.

My son has been visiting the nursery for 9 months now and I couldn’t be any happier with how it is going. He loves to be dropped off every day and sometimes even ignores me when I come to pick him up because his day has apparently been great. The staff are amazing. He gets nurtured and loved, they teach him a variety of things and just make him feel heard and seen. The management team behind the managers are equally amazing. All in all, I would not hesitate to register him all over again.

We’re so happy we picked Bright Horizons! We were really nervous putting our son in nursery at 7 months old but the settling-in process was so smooth and he didn’t cry once. He’s now been there five months and absolutely loves it! We are so grateful to everyone who works there and are super impressed with the menus, the app and the lovely activities the thoughtful staff in BS1 plan for the babies.

Staff are brilliant and very loving with the kids. Great family atmosphere with all staff knowing and getting involved with all the children. Run exceptionally well by the manger who is a friendly face every day as well as being extremely efficient and reliable.

Our daughter has been with Bright Horizons, Brockley Day Nursery and Preschool for two years now from when she was very little in Baby Stars, graduating to the more adventurous Little Explorers class and she absolutely loves it there! We've found the staff to be incredibly kind, accommodating to change and keep us informed daily of our daughter's activities via the app. She's really made some true friends there (especially the chef), we've learned so much as parents getting support from the awesome staff and we're so thankful that this nursery is in our lives.

We've sent two children to Brockley, Bright Horizons and couldn't be happier. The staff are universally lovely and you can tell how much everyone cares about the children. We very much feel that the carers take an active interest in the children's well-being and we've been very grateful for their help and advice from everything from potty training, to battling various toddler illnesses. The activities are thoughtful and fun. Our son, exactly like our daughter, loves being there and is clearly thriving.

Brilliant nursery, couldn’t imagine my child going anywhere else. The staff are so helpful, kind and caring, I really appreciate them. My son loves nursery and has such a great relationship with the staff. The management team are thoughtful and kind and the key workers are phenomenal.

The carers in Baby Stars 1 have been amazing with my little one starting last month. They are calm and caring and have made the settling-in process so easy. My daughter settled so quickly and always comes out with a huge smile.

My son started to attend the nursery in September 2021, he loves the nursery and the carers. The settling went smooth and my son cannot wait for Wednesday and Thursday to meet his friends. Staff are really professional, friendly and always ready to cooperate with parents to meet their needs. My son is not a big eater, so to help him to have a better approach with the food, they started to read books and did activities related to healthy eating and I really appreciate all the effort that the carers made to help him. All the managers are also fantastic at welcoming the children with a big smile in the morning and really helpful and flexible to accommodate varying work schedules. I cannot ask for more... excellent childcare provider!
