Hugs and Giggles Nursery's management is so helpful and they have a clear plan for every child helping them learn and develop. They also have a lovely garden where kids spend a lot of time. It's a very nice place with a homey atmosphere, especially, the team show a genuine interest in all children.

It has been 6+ months since our son is going to the Hugs and Giggles Nursery. We are happy with the amazing Teachers at the Hugs and Giggles Nursery they ensure that your son is not only learning the best but also getting very good emotional care while away from home. End of the day they let us know
how my son's day went. Really happy

I highly recommend this nursery - both of my children attended from when they were just starting to walk to when ready for school, so my involvement with the nursery has been over 6 years. Throughout this time the staff have been great - nurturing, caring and sharing feedback and pride in my children's
development. The continuity of care and staff says a lot about how the nursery is run - many of the staff have been at the nursery for years so can really help the children develop.
The facilities are great - a lot of different activities for the children, helped by being set in a wonderful park with pond and playground to explore. There are regular written reports on how your child is progressing and everything is logged in your child's folder which they take with them when they leave.
All in all, this is a well run and supportive environment for your child to grow and learn in.

I had three children attend Hugs and Giggles nursery since 2013 from the age of 7 months until they left for 'big school'. Each one of them loved their time there and were very well prepared for 'big school'. Always full feedback each evening on how their days were, how they ate, how they slept. Very
safe and caring nursery. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. An overall wonderful nursery.

Do not send your kids here! Really bad management and directorship, under-resourced and overworked staff who have too many kids in any one room. Fees are completely biased for anyone with funding, different parents paying different amounts with no transparency over fees. Very difficult to get a hold
of "Director" that makes all the decisions. Staff try very hard with limited resources but so glad I pulled my daughter out who is much happier in a new nursery setting. Individual needs of the children not explored. Very little activities done to enhance their learning. Poor choice of catering for lunches and snacks. Tea time in house food poor.

Both my daughters attended this nursery.
The staff are incredible, very caring.
I never felt I was dropping my kids at a commercial nursery.
It was a home from home.

I want to say a big thank you to the management and staff of Hugs and Giggles Nursery for the simply wonderful outcome for my son. I moved my son from a previous nursery but within a few months of joining Hugs and Giggles, I noticed a massive improvement in his attitude. He enjoys going in and jumps
with excitement in the mornings. What an excellent team. Thanks so much.

I have two children at the nursery. One started in the baby room and the other in the Star Room.
I was recommended the nursery via a friend who’s daughter also attended the nursery too. I must say I have not been disappointed with the staff or nursery.
Both kids have a load of friends and are
increasingly becoming independent. This is a credit to the wonderful and very helpful staff!

My daughter joined this nursery in March and I must say I noticed a very positive difference in her behaviour within a few weeks of joining.
She is more outgoing, risk-taking and waves goodbye to be confidently in the mornings. I know she has a great day at nursery.
Staff go above and above and
beyond, daily feedback and the setting of the nursery is very unique, in a park with an abundance of space that is very secure.

When my son started nursery he didn’t speak English and was very introverted. The staff at Hugs and Giggles were extremely supportive from day one. Helping him integrate and encouraging him to develop his language skills through structured play.
Sincere thanks to the staff and management team, you
have made a very stressful time in my life just that little bit easier!

We have found Hugs and Giggles Nursery whilst looking for a place for our firstborn to go to and we liked it straight away. Over the year we have fallen in love and now we are sad to leave as our son is moving onto reception. Staff are always friendly and super helpful. Our boy loves going there and
every day comes back really happy. There is also a good amount of learning included into each day. Very individual approach to each pupil. Next year we will bring our second child in! We cannot wait!

It is a very friendly nursery. The staff are lovely and welcoming and my son is very happy to go there. He is constantly asking us to increase his hours. It is a very loving environment, however, it is a very down to earth place so if you are after fancy this is not it. If you are after a loving, happy
environment this is your kind of nursery. There has been a change of management in the last year or so which has made enormous improvement. The management is incredibly responsive and when you ask questions about your child they are very happy to discuss or investigate further if needs be. I shall be sending my daughter to Hugs and Giggles when the time comes.

Initially, my daughter was very reluctant to settle at the nursery, but with continuous support and perseverance from staff/management, she has grown to love the nursery, her carers and the management. It is clear to see that staff most definitely build excellent relationships with the children and
nurture them. After a few months, my daughter's vocabulary has developed leaps and bounds and she is stringing sentences together. She loves the outdoors and I know the team take the kids for park visits and have an adequate garden with lots of fun activities.
Hugs and Giggles are such a wonderful environment and as a parent, I have complete trust in them for my daughters preschool needs.

My daughter had problems settling in for the first two months that she joined, but the staff at Hugs and Giggles have been a great help and have enabled me and my daughter to settle in quickly.
The nursery is very good and staff are very helpful and friendly. My daughter is finally at a stage where
she is happy and settled but also learning a lot.
The atmosphere is cosy and the environment is very clean.
Thank you Hugs and Giggles for helping our girl.
