Sharene has spent her entire working career in the Education Industry. Sharene has focused primarily on Higher Education, but diversifying into Early Childhood Development in the last few years where she was part-owner and Director of a Day Nursery in South Africa.

Sharene gained invaluable experience in her time spent in various roles from Marketing, HR, Operations, Educational Development and New Business, in Management and Senior Management positions to Directorships. Sharene is passionate about her new nursery and firmly believes that education is an industry that is always changing, developing and evolving. I hold a Montessori Level 4 Diploma in Education, a Bachelor of Science and a Level 6 Early Years Professional Status. I have 18 years experience as a Montessori teacher, Deputy Nursery Manager and Nursery Manager. I changed career into early years 20 years ago after the birth of my daughter. From that moment child development has been a passion and has stayed with me ever since. I am also the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Nursery. Read less
