Phoenix Park Nursery Nuthall

From when my child started the staff and management have been hands-on and supportive towards both my child and myself including our family. My child is 1 of 3 who has Autism. Since my child is non-speaking. The nursery supports my child by listening, learning, and understanding his needs and wants. I know my child loves attending, He's never once shown any signs he doesn't. On this note I highly recommend daycare.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter has attended since 9 months old - the baby room staff were excellent and made me feel so at ease leaving her originally. She's now 2.5 and we've not got a bad word to say. All of the staff are friendly, kind, helpful and supportive. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery in the area!

My daughter started in January 2024, she has settled in well and has built some great relationships with staff who have been consistent with their approach. I feel that the staff have been very helpful and have worked together with me in relation to my daughter's allergies. You can tell the staff really enjoy their job and do genuinely care for the children, my daughter goes into the nursery happy and excited to see staff which also puts me at ease.

Both of our girls have attended and one still attends Phoenix Park. Both experiences have been amazing. If there is an issue they listen and try their very best to get resolved. Our littlest absolutely loves pre-school. It's amazing, they assist with everything where needed, they made arrangements to help along the way with our oldest as she's a very fussy eater. Fab nursery and amazing preschool.

Both my daughter and son have attended here. The staff have always been kind and caring. Always going above and beyond to make me feel at ease. My son has struggled to settle in and they are trying their best to attend to his needs.

The time taken to develop children is visible, each week it seems that they come home with a new skill. Our eldest was set up brilliantly for her transition to school and I have no doubt that the youngest who is an August baby, will be more than ready too when her time comes.

Caring and nurturing nursery, one of the only outstanding ranked in the Nuthall area and for a reason - it really is a wonderful place both for care as well as the educational and social skills aspects. The staff treat all children as if they were their own and take great care in preparing various activities and messy play tables so the children really do get exposed to a learning environment that helps them grow as individuals and makes them so ready for school. Both of my children attended since it had opened nine years ago and my youngest is about to leave for school, she is so ready for the school transition thanks to the wonderful nursery - we will miss the nursery and will keep many wonderful memories close to our hearts. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

At Phoenix Nursery the staff are passionate and friendly. The environment is positive and facilitates are above the standard that I've seen and safe. The curriculum seems engaging. Communication with parents is excellent. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing nursery! When I was returning to work after maternity leave we were looking at nurseries and after looking at a few we didn't feel the connection like we did after viewing Phoniex Park! A year and a half later my daughter loves her days with the staff looking after her and has come on in leaps and bounds while attending this setting! 10/10 would recommend family and friends to Phoniex Park Nursery!

Phoenix Park has always been a great nursery. My eldest went here and now my youngest is here. Staff are great, on hand to help with any concerns and questions. My child enjoys going to nursery and it's now great to see updates throughout the day on the app too.

Both my children have attended here since 9 months old. One at school now and one still attending - can not fault the service we have received throughout our experience.

All of the staff are fantastic, the food is great and the location for pick up and drop offs is very convenient for us.

My little one absolutely adores Phoenix Park nursery. He settled in so quickly when he first started during the pandemic, and he's easily transitioned to the different groups and rooms. He's developed so much and so fast since he joined and the nursery staff are all so wonderful, kind, and caring. The outside space is great too, with lots of greenery and they do fantastic activities including weekly P.E. sessions. The staff have done an amazing job throughout the pandemic and I commend them all for their hard work and dedication to the children.

My daughter has been coming here since being young, and I've always recommended this nursery to everyone I know! The place is so nice, and everyone knows you or of you and can't do enough for your child and their ability to bring them on more and more.

Brilliant nursery, I couldn’t recommend any other better than this one! The space (now expanding) is used brilliantly and decorated with inviting colourful displays. The staff are very friendly and inviting with lots of smiles and warm gestures. Activities are always creative and well thought out. Development is monitored and logged with parents' evenings held to discuss the progress of your child. Food is all healthy, homemade, diverse, cultured and they cater extremely well for the dietary needs of the children. They always listen and take on your queries and concerns and consider suggestions. They care a lot about the children, parents, staff and their environment. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for an all-around good quality, high standard nursery. Always been very happy here, I’ve never had any issues and I’m always impressed with everything they do and have done in the past.

During the lockdown, we were concerned our son was missing out on valuable learning experiences due to a lack of social interaction. We already had family support for childcare but we knew we needed to look for a nursery for the social aspect. He was also behind in speech so I explained all my concerns on the first phone call and the owner was amazing! Children don't come with a manual and we were first-time parents so all this was new and scary. You wonder what you had done wrong or could have done differently. She was more than happy to listen to me and put me at ease straight away. From just one conversation I knew I had found a gem of a nursery! Since then it took a while for our little one to settle in, but that was him not meeting new people for nearly the whole of 2020. However, every day they smiled and said "don't worry he will be fine" and sure enough he always is. His main contact is absolutely wonderful and you can tell she generally cares for our boy.

After visiting a number of nurseries, we immediately knew Phoenix Park was the perfect fit for our son. The staff are just wonderful and constantly go above and beyond in such a warm, safe and nurturing environment. Our son is always so excited to attend and gets so much out of all the brilliant and varied learning opportunities and experiences. Despite how busy they must be, the staff always make time to talk, whether on the phone or at handover and make you feel like you are part of a Phoenix Park family. We could not recommend them enough.

We have had two children attend the nursery, and both have really enjoyed their time there. Our eldest joined just after the nursery opened, and we were really pleased with how he developed through the years before going into school. Our youngest is still at the nursery and is progressing very well.

My two children have only started at Phoenix Park a few months ago, however, they have both settled in very quickly and love attending and believe that is because of the warm, kind and friendly staff team supporting them.
