Our son only attends for two half days at the moment. But adores going to "school". The staff are always attentive and plan loads of engaging activities for the children to partake in.
A good nursery with lots of positives. Staff are professional and helpful, engaging with the children and provide relevant feedback.
My son settled into Dandelions Nursery with ease and seems to really enjoy his days there. The staff are friendly and caring.
Wonderful nursery. Genuine warm and caring environment. Lots of varied activities and a good menu. Excellent management. Highly recommended.
Lovely nursery with lovely staff.
Food is great - well children always eat everything.
A wide range of activities for the children.
Children seem happy there.
Childcare is just so expensive.
The staff are excellent and friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to children's development and my daughter is very fond of all the staff there. An excellent place and I am glad I found it.
Excellent nursery; staff are really friendly and helpful, the facilities are great (especially the outside space) and my child is really happy here. I am always impressed by the variety, imagination and inventiveness of the activities that she does. She has developed really well since being here. I would recommend to others.
Dandelions at Andover has been a wonderful nursery for our daughter - she has now attended for over a year. The staff are caring, engaging, communicate really well with us as parents, and provide a friendly, happy, interesting environment for the children. Through potty training, toddlers testing boundaries, colds and sniffles - I really feel like we work as a team between staff and parents to keep her safe, happy and learning gently but firmly what behaviours are acceptable and not. Thank you!
The nursery itself is a great set-up. Session times are very straightforward and food being included makes the whole experience all-encompassing and simple.
The staff truly are wonderful and I have always felt confident leaving my son with them, especially as he is so at ease.
I have been so impressed with Dandelions and we are all very sad to be leaving as we are moving house. You have developed our son at one of the most crucial stages and we are extremely grateful. Thank you.
We have put both our children through Dandelions at Andover and it gave our now 6-year-old daughter the best possible transition into school. Now our son is in his final year at the setting having been there since 6 months old. He is already completing many year R tasks and even practising getting dressed for PE. He loves the staff and extensive outdoor activities, I think it will be hard for all of us to part company but thank you for the great start you have given our children.
The staff are very friendly and the children seem happy, the building could be better and the room is quite small although I appreciate that the nursery can’t do anything about that.
My child loves attending this nursery. The staff are all friendly and professional, I get an update from her key carer on regular basis on how she's developing. The activities they do are all fun and exciting, exploring different things and learning along the way. My child has come on leaps and bounds since attending Dandelions.
Dandelions is a great nursery. My preschool age child loves it. She is currently enjoying all the things they are doing to prepare children for school such as learning to write her name and doing PE. The staff are very good at updating me on what my child has been doing and we regularly receive photos showing my child doing different activities along with an explanation of what they are doing.
The staff are great at explaining thoroughly what the child has done during the day and keeps track of all their creative efforts for you. In addition, the nursery has lots of successful events: sports day, stay & play for parents, jeans for genes day, breakfast bags for parents... super staff and a lovely nursery!
I have been extremely happy with the care my daughter receives at Dandelions Nursery and Preschool. The staff are professional, cheerful and motivated. A lot of thought goes into programmes developed for children and I can tell my daughter enjoys her time there which eases my guilt slightly when I head off to work. The management team really engage with parents and children alike and are keen and willing to try out new things.
My daughter has attended the nursery for 1 year from age 7 months. It's the hardest decision trusting other people with your child, but I can go to work happy in the knowledge she is safe, having fun and is loved by those looking after her.
Her development has been incredible through this time and it never ceases to amaze me the things they learn at nursery. The food is fantastic and she has a wide range of meals through the week- the chef is brilliant with allergies too. They tailor activities to suit each child's interests and spend a lot of time outside. They also cater to busy working parents by storing the nappies you bring in, wellies etc which helps not having to bring them in daily.
We can't recommend the nursery highly enough.
My son absolutely loves going to this nursery. He has come on so much with his development since he has been here and that is down to the excellent staff. All staff are friendly, welcoming and brilliant with all the children. They are always professional and do so much with the children to make them grow.
The nursery itself is always clean and great space for the children to play and express themselves. Management are fantastic, always greet you with a smile and happy to help with anything you ask them to for your child. I would recommend this nursery to anyone as it truly is the best in the area.
The way his face lights up when he sees me in the afternoon to tell me how his day went gives me a reassuring and comforting feeling that he's being well looked after.
The staff go over and beyond to attend to his needs and I thank them for their patience and understanding. My son also enjoys the delicious meals prepared by the nursery that rarely he doesn't have seconds. The meals are healthy and well balanced. I am confident that when he starts big school, he has been well prepared by Dandelion.
I'd recommend Dandelion Nursery to anyone who is looking for a nursery for their little one. You can be assured that they will be well looked after and also have with other kids and the friendly staff who are also professional in their own right.
My daughter goes to Dandelions Nursery and she loves it a lot. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I love the amount of space available at the nursery for the children to run around and I find the nursery clean as well. The staff at the nursery have also been helpful during those times when I needed extra hours because I needed to rush to the office. I love the nursery and will definitely recommend it to anyone.
I feel supported, reassured and happy with the care of my children.
My youngest has just started and throughout her settling in sessions, the staff have been keeping me informed of her progress, reassuring me and recounting detailed stories of what she's been doing and how she's enjoyed it. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and everyone. All of the staff are approachable, knowledgeable, caring and truly wonderful! This nursery provides that personal touch and it is a fabulous environment for my 2 children. Thank you everyone, you're amazing at what you do.
