Suzanne began her journey with Bright Horizons in 2012 as a Nursery Nurse, steadily advancing to a management position.
With a deep passion for Early Years education, there is a strong dedication to working with her team to provide an enabling environment for children to develop and grow. Loving her day-to-day job, Suzanne considers it an honour to watch children grow and develop under her care.
Suzanne has two children, a four-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son, who keep things lively and engaging. The family enjoys spending time together and going on fun outings, making the most of their time together.
Beth has been passionate about Early Childhood Development since beginning her career in the nursery sector in 2015. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles, from Apprentice through to Regional Manager, gaining extensive experience across all age groups and in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
She is committed to providing the highest quality care and education for children and families, and believes this can only be achieved through a skilled and dedicated team. Supporting the professional development and continuous learning of her colleagues is something Beth values highly.
At nursery, Beth particularly enjoys spending time outdoors with the children. She recognises the importance of outdoor learning, whether it’s growing food, exploring physical movement, caring for nature, or creating imaginative ‘recipes’ in the mud kitchen. She is also passionate about the Future Earth programme, helping children to understand sustainability and how to look after the planet.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys hiking, going to gigs, and spending time with her family and her cat, Lily.
Isabelle is the Deputy Manager at Dandelions and has been with the nursery for over 13 years, working with children of all age groups. She is passionate about creating a safe and inspiring environment where children can grow, develop new skills, and explore the world around them.
In her role, Isabelle works closely with the team to provide high-quality care and education, supporting children’s milestones and fostering their confidence and curiosity.
Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys dance and kickboxing, as well as spending time with family and friends. She is dedicated to making each day a positive and enriching experience for the children and families at Dandelions.
