Overall Experience
Nice nursery staff is very friendly and I observed the bond children had with the staff shows children are happy there. Would recommend but was quite pricey for me to afford at the time. A good start to a new nursery from my experience as I was showed around.

I am happy with the level of care the staff provide to my daughter. They communicate very well with me. I don't have major concerns. Overall I am very delighted to find this nursery all set places for my daughters. The staff are brilliant, amazing and this nursery is another comfort place for my children however the finance department is very inefficient and I am struggling to get a correct bill.

I am glad you are happy with the care for your children and that you have taken the trouble to share your experience. We work hard to ensure that all families have a personal service. I recognise the issues with the billing this past month for a few parents with siblings at the nursery. This is mainly due to the newness of the pricing structure and the growth of the other side of our business. We are currently employing 2 new staff to join our over stretched admin crew. I do apologise for this. We are having a new phone system installed also so it is easier for people to get through. You will see an improvement there. Thank you for your comments.
