Rosie and Jim's at Wyken Pre-school

This is an excellent nursery. The staff are all very friendly and supportive. There is a happy caring environment. Very professional. We have used this nursery for 3 of our foster children and if appropriate, we will be using Rosie and Jim's at Wyken Pre-school in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Staff are friendly and professional. My child's speech has improved a lot from going to nursery and he is getting a lot better at sharing, he always comes out of the door with a smile on his face at the end of the day.

The staff are friendly, helpful and listen to any concerns. They truly care about the progress, development, wellbeing and individuality of the children in their care. The setting is well maintained and has a good layout. My son has come on so well since starting here in January and I had no hesitation in him moving up to the preschool group in September, as I know he is in good hands. I can't thank the staff enough for the part they have played in making him who he is today.

My daughter has been very happy to come to Rosie and Jim's. She loves the teachers and they all made us both feel very welcome from start to finish. My daughter is sad to be leaving a certain teacher but they have set her up to enjoy school.

For the last 18 months, my daughter has been attending the Wyken setting and I can honestly not fault the care she has received. All of her teachers have been so caring and friendly towards her. I am very sad now the time has come for her to leave, she will miss the nursery very much.

My son has thrived since attending Rosie and Jim's. He really enjoys nursery and cannot wait to come to school every morning. The staff are very good with him and have put a lot in place for him. I would highly recommend.

My experience with Rosie and Jims has been amazing. My daughter has always been well looked after. She has also learnt so much since being here. Couldn't fault them in any way.

Before starting at the nursery my daughter was quite shy, her speech was only really starting out and could only say a few words. Since going to nursery I've noticed a positive change in her, she loves going and her speech has come on so much since being there. She is now mixing well with the other children and getting more confident each day. The staff are lovely too, would recommend.

This nursery has really brought the best out of my little boy. Very accommodating and the perfect place to prepare for school. Lovely staff.

The atmosphere at nursery is so pleasant. The children are always so happy. You can tell how passionate the staff are about their children.

The staff are such a credit to this setting.

My son has been going for 2 years from December. Especially the care my son has received has been excellent. He has been helped to bloom and develop. The staff do there best and give a lot of support to both child and parent. I would definitely recommend to all parents. They guide and develop their children and if extra help is needed they go above and beyond to get the help needed.

Couldn't be happier.

I was happy with this nursery and my child was settled there for a year until all staff changed and caused my child to become unsettled and unhappy to attend. Also seen on 2 occasions a member of staff shouting at children, made me feel uncomfortable to continue sending my child here.

On moving my child I got the learning book and since the staff change nothing had been updated and I received a few scraps of paper of my child’s recent activities.

Very good. My son has been having some problems listening and they are really helping.

Since my daughter has been attending the nursery since September 17 she has become more confident and come out of her shell more. She loves coming home to tell me the new things she has done that day. Also, the staff are now very approachable and she has taken very well to the increase from two days to four days.

Amazing preschool for both my child who attends aged 3 and 4. They have been there since age 2 and 3. They are amazing with both my boys and they have progressed really well and they communicate with both me and children and if I have a concern they will deal with it 5*.

This is my son's first nursery experience and I couldn't be happier with how the staff have supported and encouraged his settling in period. They fill the days with educational but fun and engaging activities which I can already see is bringing him on and preparing him for school.

All the staff at Rosie and Jim's at Wyken Pre-school are lovely they've been really helpful with my daughter and her needs. Everyone is so friendly and the setting is great, there is a lot for them to do.
