Kids 1st QE

Our son has been attending Kids 1st QE for almost a year. He started attending when he was 9 months old when I was returning to work and I had spent hardly any time away from him. I was anxious about leaving him but, from our first visit, all the staff made me feel confident that my son was in the best hands.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this nursery. But what has impressed me most is that the staff genuinely care deeply for my son, and they share my excitement and pride when he learns new things. The staff have also helped me on a personal level by taking the time to sit with me and talk to me when I have had low periods because of postnatal depression.

My son looks forward to going to nursery and I look forward to hearing all about his day. I also love to look at the videos, photographs, and assessments on the online parent zone whenever I want to and wherever I go.

I feel very lucky that we are part of such a supportive community that really cares.

I cannot recommend Kids 1st QE enough, first class childcare in a purposeful, quality setting with staff who care. What more could I want for my child?

The app they use is good and keeps you up to date on a regular basis.

Lovely nursery full of very good learning equipment. Staff well trained and caring which makes leaving my child there a lot easier. Informative, telling me what's happened each day. Clean environment food is healthy and freshly made lots of activities as well. Well managed nursery.

My son started at Kids 1st QE back in June and I could not have asked for a better nursery! I was very anxious to leave my baby and go back to work but after speaking to the nursery manager regarding my anxieties I was offered some additional settling in visits. On the inductions I was greeted by friendly staff who took the time and effort to listen to my worries and answer all of my questions. They made a real effort to get to know my son and although a little unsure at first by the time he had attended his second visit he didn't want to leave! The resources are fantastic and I love that the children have free access to the gardens throughout the day. The staff team is brilliant and the relationships the staff have with the children is amazing to see. I love being able to check on what he has been achieving on Iconnect, the activities provided are fabulous. I could not recommend this nursery more highly!

I couldn't rate Kids 1st QE highly enough! After our daughter was a little apprehensive to begin with, the staff have gone above and beyond to help her (and us!) settle. We are now so confident about leaving our daughter and it's heart warming to watch her pack her bag and sleep with it next to her because she's so excited to go! The nursery itself is exemplary. The staff, curriculum, technology are more than I could have imagined but by far the best thing is that we feel like we're part of a family there and that's the most important thing for me.

I am extremely happy with the quality of care at Kids 1st QE. The environment is excellent and the food is fantastic. My son has milk allergy and the nursery have been brilliant at ensuring his dietary needs are met. The team are wonderful and I feel they genuinely care about him beyond it being their job. He started at six months old and has settled in fantastically. It is hard emotionally being a mum and working full time but I know that my child is in the best possible hands so I don't need to worry about his well being.

Our little boy started last month and has loved every minute so far. The staff are all excellent and have made both him and us feel extremely comfortable. He runs in in the morning and we have to convince him to leave! The facilities are outstanding

My daughter thrives under the care of Kids 1st QE. During the month of March she underwent a number of assessments by her child carers and all were carried out with particular care and attention. She is thriving metacognitively, physically and her mental health is in a really positive state. She enjoys every minute of her time in Kids 1st. She enjoys socialising with her fiends, building relationships with peers and child care assistants and her day to day routine of playing and most importantly learning.

All the children seem so happy and we couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you to all the staff for leaving my mind at rest when we leave him.

The care for our child has been first class. Every single day we are greeted with positive professional and thorough staff. Activities have been tailored to our son's home experiences. If he's been unwell we've received updates and extensive information on pick up. The online 'parent zone' is brilliant.

Leaving my son was the hardest thing I've had to do but the staff at QE were so supportive. I couldn't ask anymore and I'm delighted we chose this nursery!

My daughter loves attending the nursery so much she cried when leaving and asks when she can come back. Nobody better to review that the feedback I get from my daughter!

My son Started here in November 2015. I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. The staff are extremely attentive and have been fabulous settling my son into the nursery as he was upset leaving his previous nursery. The resources on offer are of a high quality and there is plenty variation available. I just know he will flourish and thrive here at kids 1st Q.E and I am so happy I chose to move him.
