Partou Dulwich Sports Ground Day Nursery & Pre-School

We have been part of the DSG family since January 2014 when our first daughter joined. We have been extremely happy with DSG and continue to be so. DSG is a wonderfully friendly and caring environment with lovely staff. We have noticed recently new and fun resources being introduced, which is exciting, offering even more activities. The garden and decking are major highlights of the nursery, as is the fabulous setting in the green sports ground. The staff always offer much care and support to the children and we hugely value the handover, which is given at the end of the day to enable us to hear what the children have done that day.

My son has started settling in the baby room the second week in September. He has shown great interest in the natural resources used in his activities. The staff has welcomed him into the room allowing him to be comfortable and explore at his own pace. I love the fact that he is having healthy cooked meals for lunch and tea.

Couldn't recommend the place more.

We think this is a fantastic spot. Our daughter has been very happy here for about two years, three days a week, and has flourished. The staff make a real effort, are very attentive, caring and nurturing and have a strong bond with the kids. The children are all lovely and there is a great atmosphere and relationship between them. Recommend it without hesitation.

Nelly's Nursery - DSG provided my elder daughter with the social and practical developmental skills to transfer seamlessly into reception year at infant school. She loved her time at DSG and has fond memories of the friendly family atmosphere, created by the staff and children. My younger daughter is so happy at Nelly's and surprises us every day with new life skills she has learnt; practising during the day there. We chose Nelly's due to the 'family ethos', and despite management change during our time there, they have truly maintained this attribute. The staff are all professional and trustworthy, yet inviting you into a relaxed and mutual relationship with your child's carers.

We absolutely love the nursery. The peaceful setting, the amazing workers in the baby room, the small numbers of kids and great caretaker-child ratio, it’s all fantastic. It’s easy to park or to walk to from West Dulwich or Herne Hill. We feel great about our daughter being there!

Very happy with Nelly's Nursery - DSG. Friendly and caring key workers and other staff. Good communication both verbal and drop off/pickup and via mail. Lots of interesting things to do. Staff handle issues sensitively. Good menu and communication re food eaten/naps etc.

Having moved from an underwhelming setting we are delighted with the progress she has made. The setting is very settled with low staff turnover which was very important to us. All of the practitioners are very knowledgeable about our Daughter and her personality which we love.

Nelly's Nursery - DSG is an excellent nursery. We moved our son from another local nursery and he settled in so well. The staff are proactive in getting to know your child and give individual verbal feedback every day. It is well organised and the activities are age appropriate and engaging. Our son is very happy.
