The location of Nelly's Nursery - DSG is absolutely perfect, it’s a nice peaceful area surrounded by the sports ground and is really private. We loved the design of the nursery and the fact that every room has a door to the outside meaning that when the weather is nice, all the children can be indoors or outdoors during many times of the day and it doesn’t just need to be that they have to be moved from upstairs to be able to go outside. I can’t fault the staff in my daughters room. They have put my mind to complete rest with all the communication we have had whether it be through the online portal or phone calls during the day. We could not be more impressed by Nelly’s Nursery - DSG. It is a lovely site and our two-year-old son loves nursery, racing to the door each morning. The variety of activities is impressive and very imaginative. The staff are dedicated, attentive and loving and I’m amazed at how well they know my son, such as his strengths and what he finds challenging. There is fantastic continuity in my son’s care and he has a strong bond with the staff in his room. This is a happy place with a lovely atmosphere where staff make an effort to get to know parents and siblings and I feel more than confident in the staff.

My daughter started in the baby room in January this year and she’s settled in so well. We put that down to the brilliant care she’s received from the staff and management team at the nursery. My daughter gets so excited to go to nursery in a morning and then waves happily to her friends and the staff when we pick her up in an evening. We couldn’t be more pleased and would thoroughly recommend the nursery.

Our daughter has attended Nelly’s Nursery - DSG since November 2019 (with a COVID-break from March-August of this year). She absolutely loves nursery and is so happy to go every day. Because of that, and because of the great care she receives, we’re happy to send her. The staff do a great job of making our daughter feel safe and secure while also encouraging her to grow and learn. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with Nelly's - DSG, our experience has been incredibly positive. The nursery has a lovely family feel which has really helped our son settle. All the staff know his name and take the time to get to know him and his needs. The large garden is another big positive.

Nelly's Nursery - DSG has been a wonderful nurturing environment for my daughter. She’s formed excellent relationships with children and staff and always comes home with a huge smile on her face. The outdoor and indoor facilities are great and are set up beautifully for child-led play. I’ve been impressed with the assessment and feedback process. The food quality is excellent too. The only thing I would like to see more of is more trips outside of the nursery to museums, libraries etc.

Nellys DSG is a wonderful nursery. I really couldn't ask for anymore. Everyone is so friendly and always smiling. Our son is often quite upset at drop off time, but all the staff go out of their way to make sure he settles in after a couple of minutes. They keep me updated on his progress through phone calls, emails and I can always get hold of someone if I need to. Our son has made lots of friends at nursery and learnt so much.

We have been very impressed by the friendly staff, and our son has been very happy attending. There are plenty of toys, he loves the Whippersnappers sessions with singing and dancing. The staff were supportive during potty training and provide plenty of feedback on his day.

Their adaptation to the current crisis has been great. Close communication, such positive staff attitudes and our son has been welcomed back in like we have never been away. The meal plans are great and their attention to detail on the health precautions is very reassuring. We are at the sports ground site and having the playing fields backing directly into the site creates an air of real seclusion and calm.

Nelly’s DSG is a wonderful nursery and my daughter is extremely happy there. Surrounded by green fields and with a willow tree in the garden, the setting is idyllic and I’m delighted the children spend so much time outside at play. The staff are very caring and take the time to get to know the children. The range of activities offered is excellent and there are also plenty of resources available to support the children’s learning. The team have created the perfect environment in which children can grow and flourish during these all important formative years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nelly’s DSG to anyone looking for a nursery in the area.

Nelly’s DSG has caring staff and lovely outdoor space that our child really enjoys. Having visited other nurseries, we chose Nelly's because we felt each child’s needs was attended to with kindness and respect. They also have nice open-ended toys and a calm indoor space. Recommend!

Nelly's Nursery DSG has been such a positive experience for my children. They both have so much fun, have made friends and learnt about how to thrive in social situations. Nelly's has given them individual attention to understand what they enjoy, which is very difficult for both children. When they are, on occasion, upset at drop off I love how individual children are allowed into the staff office to calm down and feel a bit special. All the staff at Nelly's are wonderful, and I feel very lucky that they have diverse and kind people looking after my children.

We are honestly very happy with Nelly’s DSG. Our little one always come back happy. One thing that I really like is that not only the key person knows our little one but all of the girls, even the kitchen lady knows him as well. Really happy leaving my kid with them and knowing he will be looked after.

Nelly's Nursery - DSG is a very competent nursery with a wide range of activities available for all ages. My daughter and son attended and loved their time there all staff are very friendly and highly qualified. The space at Nelly's Nursery - DSG is more than I have seen at other nurseries. I highly recommend this nursery and we are hugely grateful to all the staff for taking care of our children!

We love the fact that we leave our son in such wonderful hands. Our son comes home brimming full of enthusiasm. He has lots of fun with his key worker.

New to the nursery, staff are friendly, the place is always clean and good facilities. Happy so far!

Our little one is in the baby room - every carer knows who she is and everyone cares for her. We were half expecting our little one to have a difficult transition to settle in because she was jet-lagged, changing nurseries and we'd had nanny issues, but the staff made her days happy and I've always left feeling she was in great hands and she had no problem at all settling. On the logistics side, the nursery have been amazing, flexible to us and accommodating; now little one goes full-time and I know if I am not caring for her then the nursery is the best place.

I couldn't be happier with our experience of Nelly's DSG to date. The staff are all extremely lovely, helpful, friendly and caring - just the sort of people you want to be leaving your small child with! My child settled well when she started and I feel the process was managed well. My child loves going each day and talks about nursery all the time. I know she is happy there as she strides in ready for a new day of fun every morning.
