Kids Planet Litherland

Absolutely lovely nursery. Staff were fantastic, especially one staff member in particular. The level of support I received from her with my SEN children, I couldn’t have asked for better support, everything from EHCPs to additional funding was provided for my babies. Best decision ever sending them to Kids Planet.

My son went to this nursery for two years beforehand he had never spent time away from me. I can not find enough good words to say about this nursery and its staff, they are amazing, my son is non-verbal they always went above and beyond with him from understanding him without his words to feeding him when he only eats certain foods to helping me with forms, helping me get my son into a specialist school we would have been lost without them. My son would not be at the stage he is in life now without them. If I could have kept my son in this nursery till he was 16 I would have. I could thank them from now till the end of time and it would still not cover how grateful I am for the stuff they did for not just my son but me too. Amazing place, I cried my eyes out the day my son left even to this day we go past this nursery and my son gets excited thinking I am taking him there.

Really happy with the activities provided and the progression between the rooms, the excellent communication with parents, the lovely outdoor area and the lovely staff who are always happy to help and greet my little one with a smile every morning.

Really happy with the service provided with the nursery. This is my second child here and I love how supportive they are in helping my kids grow.

My son has attended Kids Planet Litherland since he was 8 months old, he is now 3 and a half years old and loves nursery! The staff all know my son very well and are very friendly and supportive. Activities are used to engage and support his learning. My son has a complex allergy and chef and staff are great at ensuring he is catered for and does not miss out. Fantastic!

We're really pleased with my child's progress since starting nursery. She always comes home with a smile and a full stomach.

Couldn't ask for anything better for my son and daughter. Absolutely amazing nursery, nothing is ever too much and the environment, activities and menu are amazing. The best in the area by far would recommend to anybody.

Lovely playground outside. Many activities inside and outside. Kids are never bored in there. Always fully update on the app about meals etc. Everyone is happy to help always. Supporting my son with his interests.

Amazing nursery full of kind, thoughtful, knowledgable and lovely staff. My little boy has so much fun every time he goes and there are lots of events throughout each month which is really great. He loves the food there and the meals are healthy and delicious. He loves his sign language lessons and all his transition to his new room has been very organised and we have been kept informed of ho she has been getting on. We could not recommend the nursery enough and wouldn't send him anywhere else.

My son has been attending this nursery for 1 year. In that year he has made incredible progress with his speech and communication. My son has speech and language issues and could say no more than a few words when he started at Kids Planet. Now, he is speaking in full sentences and communicating his wishes and feelings much more clearly. I largely put this down to the staff at nursery and his interactions with his peers. The staff are wonderful with my little boy, even though he can be challenging at times.

The activities are educational and age-appropriate and both independent and supported by staff.

I am communicated with daily regarding meal times (what he has had and how much) and, when he was in nappies, this was updated throughout the day too. I also get pictures and updates throughout the week and regular assessments to monitor my son's progress. I requested a meeting to discuss my son's progress and was given so much time and understanding. The perfect setting for children.

The staff are lovely, always helpful and the children have learnt so much here.

My child needed extra help and they could not fulfil her needs so I pulled her out to put her in a nursery that could help her. The nursery did not like me doing this and made up a false report to the social services. Lucky enough I had evidence, so it was an open and closed case with the social services, but did cause us stress.

Both my boys have attended this nursery and have really enjoyed it. Currently my 1 year old is here after having to put him into childcare earlier than planned. The girls have done an amazing job and put me completely at ease in a situation I didn’t want to be in so soon. I know my child is looked after and cared for so well and he enjoys every minute he is there. He adores the girls (all that look after him) he has come on leaps and bounds and I can’t thank them enough.
