Kids Planet has been operating for over 20 years on the Wirral and has an excellent reputation in the local community providing first-class early years education for children from birth to five years old.

Fantastic Team they are all very professional and supportive. Would recommend to anybody as it is a really safe place for children to develop. My daughter could hardly speak now and she says half of her teachers names and it's through there's encouragement that's my daughter is progressing very well

My son has been in kids planet since he was 9 months old he's now in pre school and he's loved every minute of it, the staff are amazing I've never had any problems and if I've ever had any queries the office staff respond very efficiently. Would recommend this nursery to anyone and would definitely
be using again if I have more children in the future

Absolutely an amazing nursery when my child started September 2024 she never spoke and they didn't half bring on her speech and are so good with all the children my daughter loves going there, staff are all amazing

I am so pleased with the care provided for my little boy! I cannot thank the staff enough for being so warm and loving towards him, and reassuring me when I needed it.
The staff are passionate about their work which makes them wonderful practitioners!
The management team are also very helpful and

Absolutely love this nursery, staff make such an effort for the children. I had viewed a few nurseries and this one just felt right. My child has been in here over 2 years and is now heading to primary school equipped for his next adventure. His speech and learning came on so quickly after starting
here and I couldn't speak highly enough of it.

Highly recommend this Nursery as the staff our fantastic, very caring and compassionate. My child really struggled to settle in and the staff went above and beyond to help her settle, as well as being very supportive to myself during such a difficult time. The learning skills and activities they provide
are excellent. The nursery feels very secure as you cannot get in unless you have access. They monitor this very closely.

I have no concerns with the nursery and the staff. My son took a few tries to settle in and the staff were very patient and understanding.
Since then my son has really loved it and enjoys going in.
A particular staff member uploads the learning story on the app with my son's progress which I really
appreciate.
She took time with my son to really help him settle, thanks.

My daughter often feels upset when dropping her off at nursery but she is always welcomed by smiling faces and lovely members of staff who always put me at ease and ensure she is settled once she gets in.
The staff I have dealt with from baby to tots and now the toddler room have all been fantastic
and are such hard working caring people.
I am very happy with my little girls progress, the staff care about my daughter's development and do engaging activities every week to encourage her growth and understanding.
All updates are uploaded on the nursery App along with photos of what she is getting up to each day which gives me that extra comfort when I'm at work.
The food choices are brilliant as well, plenty of variation each week.

My son loves preschool room, loves all his teachers and friends. He doesn't have a bad word to say about nursery. It's great how much time they spend playing outside. The updates on the app are lovely to see what they have been upto and looks like the learning activities are so much fun. Staff are always
friendly and helpful to me. There are also lots of initiatives to help lower income families such as the coat swap scheme and the food bank scheme.

This is a fantastic nursery both my children, ages 3 and 1 are thriving, they get excited to go in and are happy playing when picked up. The staff are warm, welcoming and take a real shine to each and every child. The staff are really good at updating the app to show us what the children have been
upto that day and updating us on meals and nappy changes. The outdoor space allows the children to roam freely and explore using their imagination, the children are always outside too which I love.

My little boy started the baby room when I went back to work and I felt so at ease straight away. The staff are so friendly and thorough. They will send me little messages letting me know he's okay. The communication is great and the range of food he is eating in there is great. Thanks so much baby

My son had never really been alone with anyone but close family and was finding it hard to adjust even though he is so outgoing. The nursery accommodated him to do as many settles as he needed before starting his usual hours.
Now when we ask if he would like to go to school and see his friends, he
reply's 'yeah'.
We are happy with how much he is enjoying himself and this will stand him in good stead for when he starts school properly.
We also love as a family that we get updates about his day through the app. from photos to what food he has had to his nappy changes.

We could not be happier with KidsPlanet. We are first time parents and the reassurance we feel on a daily basis knowing that our son is so well taken care of, means the absolute world to us. The staff in the baby room know my son so well and are just truly wonderful with him. We can't thank you enough.
We love the app, seeing our son's daily photos gets us through the day.

We love Kids Planet Litherland. The staff are amazing, so caring and encouraging with my little boy. The setting is beautiful and I love how the nursery goes above and beyond for inclusion and diversity. The extras they provide such as the haircuts and photos are brilliant initiatives.

boy loves the food and diet is varied and nutritious. The communication is excellent and I love the daily photos/videos of my little boy. I recommend this nursery to everyone.

My daughter has settled in really well at the nursery . She's always happy going in seems like she has fun; especially when they get to play outside in the garden . When she goes in she puts her arms out to go to the girls that look after her , which has really helped put me at ease leaving her. The

Our daughter continuously is developing and her key worker is fantastic. Our daughter loves all the staff in her room and is always happy to go in. Since joining her new room her language, empathy and just general attitude has improved so much and I truly believe the staff are helping our little girl

Lovely nursery and nursery staff have been great settling the children in, especially in the rising 3's room.
I find that some of the office staff do not appear that friendly or approachable though.

My daughter has been in the toddler class since September and has progressed so much in a short amount of time. The staff always have a lot of time for my daughter and will discuss how she is getting on both before class and after class. I have found that the staff have really helped me when it comes
to preparing my daughter for her new baby sister. My daughter's key worker is brilliant at keeping me up to date with how she is getting on with her skills each month and will always tell me things that need improvement so that we as parents can assist at home also.

Alexandra Cullen has over 10 years of experience in childcare to her role as Nursery Manager at Kids Planet Litherland. She holds a BA (Hons) in Education with Early Childhood and has developed a strong foundation in all aspects of early years education.
Alexandra has a wealth of expertise in key areas including Early Years development, Safeguarding, Special Educational Needs (SEN), and Mental Health First Aid. Her passion for nurturing young minds and her commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment ensures that every child in her care is supported to thrive.
