My daughter has now been in the baby room st Busy Bees at Northampton Riverside for 8 months 3/4 days a week. Her key worker and all staff are absolutely fantastic. I was initially worried about the nursery being a chain, in that we wouldn’t get a personal feel and my daughter would be just a number,
however I was very wrong! All of the staff, from the office, different rooms and chefs are all friendly and always say hello to my daughter and know her by name.
My daughter loves going to nursery. I enjoy seeing the updates and photos on the ParentZone app, and the staff really do care about her development and have helped her nap routine at nursery. The staff will do what they can to help support her, and we’re incredibly grateful.

My son is very happy and settled in this nursery. He is always happy when he walks in and sees the staff.
My son's key worker is very friendly and approachable and meets all of his needs. The other staff are welcoming and he is also happy to be around them.
I would recommend this nursery to other
parents. There is a wide and different variety of indoor and outdoor toys to play with.

I currently have 2 children in Busy Bees, Riverside. One in the baby room and one in the preschool. Very modern, clean nursery. Lovely big garden with good activities out daily for my children and approachable, friendly staff.

Both my son (4) and daughter (18 months) go to this nursery.
I love the setting and the outdoor space especially. There is a big shaded area which means the children can be outdoors no matter what the weather. I like the fact that there are plenty of activities for the children and lots of different
toys.
My son knows his key staff really well. My daughter really struggled to be away from me and so found settling into nursery quite hard. The staff was very accommodating and compassionate and after what I thought would take months for my daughter to settle in, she was happily playing and being independent after just 2 weeks. She now loves going and gets on really well with everyone.
I feel the staff really cares about all the children there and all the children seem happy and comfortable.

My son has attended here for a year, the building is secure and easy to park to drop off and pick up.
The reception area is always clean and presentable. Reception is always manned by a staff member to welcome you. My child started in the toddler room and now moved onto preschool room, the staff do
make this setting welcoming and a true credit to the manageress and the Busy Bees brand. They are helpful, polite, and genuinely happy to care for the kids.The breakfast is a buffet of cereal and toast, crumpets, croissants. The children can eat as much or as little as they like which I love!
Lunch is a rota that changes in season and includes fruit, veg, meats, veg options, rice, pasta, fish etc, a true balance of a child’s diet!
The garden is well maintained and spacious.The rooms are big and spacious with lots of toys.
I am moving my child from this setting due to house relocation, which I am so sad about as I know as a parent, I am truly happy knowing he enjoys his time there. He will be sad to leave.

Very pleased with staff and all facilities.
My little boy has settled in very well.
He is currently in his third month and really enjoys it. The manager and all staff in my son's room are all very engaging and attentive with him and he has struck up a real bond with them all.

My son has been coming to Busy Bees for nearly 2 years now, he loves coming here he loves his friends and all the staff. The staff are brilliant they helped him potty train and develop his speech! They have taught him so much over the years and I couldn't be happier.
I also love the fact the building
is secure and he loves the healthy cooked food.
