Great nursery with lovely staff. My daughter went to this nursery few years ago and when it was time to choose a nursery for my son- it was a no brainer.
They go above and beyond to look after my little one and their support throughout his development is amazing.
Observations are do through the
app and I can always see what hes been up to during the day.
Could not recommend Busy Bees Riverside team and nursery enough!

Our eldest started in September 2025 and his speech and confidence have come on in leaps and bounds. He absolutely loves nursery, he talks about his friends and his teachers all the time and loves telling us everything he's been up to whilst there.
Our youngest started in January 2026 and she has
already settled in perfectly into the baby room.
The staff have been incredible, nothing is too much of an ask for them and we love how much our kids love their nursery!

Fantastic company, staff and atmosphere! Having been to a different "private" nursery prior, I can honestly say that Busy Bees surpassed our expectations from when we moved over a year ago till date.

My eldest child attended thie setting from 8 months old she started primary school, and our younger girls attended from 8 months old for 10 months (until we moved house). I genuinely feel the staff loved my children - nothing was too much for the staff to undertake. Those early days in the baby room
- the staff were amazing. We were so impressed, that our first choice was another Busy Bees setting in our new home town. My children loved attending here. I never had to peel a crying child off my leg at drop-off, and 95% of that was down to the environment the Busy Bees staff created at nursery. I received regular updates throughout the day and they always came home happily tired.
The rooms were immaculately clean, well-kept and engaging and the outside space allowed for lots of fun activities. The food was excellent and varied - we often joked that our children ate better than we did. The leadership team was always excellent - approachable, friendly yet professional. Thank you all, so much.

My son has been at Busy Bees for nearly two years and we have been really happy with everything. The staff are great and take a genuine interest in each of the children. The activities are all really varied and interesting and the facilities are very good (particularly the garden areas). My second
son started there a couple of weeks ago and I have again been impressed by how they have been with him and how quickly he is settling in.

My son loves nursery and the staff there. He has made good connections with them and you can tell they care about the children. He loves the food and always comes home happy. He has learnt valuable skills at each stage of being at Busy Bees and I always feel safe leaving him.

Outstanding nursery, staff are excellent, professional, friendly, and caring. They are extremely informative, keeping us regularly updated with all the learning, activities, meals and naps our little girl is having throughout the day. She is very happy there and we feel comfortable with how she is

Absolutely brilliant! My daughter loves, loves, loves the place and the teachers. Her picky eating and speech has improved so much within a short period of time. I'm amazed by the whole place. The teachers take great care of the children, giving information constantly about my daughter's day. I'm
grateful for them so much. They understand how hard it is for a mother to leave their child somewhere and they make the transition so easy for child and parent too. Thank you to the staff, forever grateful for them.

After moving to the area, and trying two other nurseries, I came across Busy Bees at Riverside. I have a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old. I was able to visit the premises. I wasn’t sure how I felt about going to a chain as I felt that family feeling or connection might be lost, I couldn’t have been more
wrong! Firstly the actual nursery is gorgeous, it’s clean, spacious and well designed, it has a lovely feel to it, with high ceilings and so many windows. I love the wooden toys and the Scandinavian feel. The team set the rooms up so well with so many different activities. I love that they encourage you to share what the children are up to at home, so they can incorporate it in some way. The team are top-notch and a credit to the company. After trying two nurseries, I finally found somewhere where I felt my children would be treated like family and not just a number. The nursery manager, in just a few weeks, has become a friend, she is amazing, well organised, caring, and clearly loves what she does.

My twins are at Busy Bees since last year. They have been amazing with them, helping them to improve confidence and social skills. We are starting school in September and I feel I have made a great choice by choosing Busy Bees for them.

I was really nervous about how my daughter would settle at nursery, particularly given that most of her life has been in lockdown. The manager was really understanding and offered sessions to help settle my daughter prior to her starting four full days a week. This process was not rushed and I
believe it really helped to settle my daughter. She loves going to nursery and I have noticed in just a few months that she has developed so much with her movement and speech. All the staff are so helpful and communication is great. I can check on a website throughout the day to check up on what she’s been eating and how long she’s slept for. I would definitely recommend Busy Bees at Northampton Riverside!

I have two year old twins that attend the nursery, they absolutely love it here. The staff are amazing and cater for their every needs, they keep me updated with everything from what they have eaten to when they change their nappy. They are also fed well with a wide range of foods, highly recommend

Staff are lovely and my son seems to love it here. The food is great and he has tried things we would never have at home. Always comes home happy and love the updates we get through the app throughout the day.

My child has just recently started in preschool and I have seen a big change in her and it has brought her out of her shell a lot. She is always talking about her friends and staff in the car and at home. She has grown up loads since being in that room.

My son has settled in very well, quite impressed with the way kids are being taught numbers and words.
Thank you very much for trying different types of food as well. Overall nice and clean atmosphere for kids to learn in a healthy way.

My son has settled in really well at this nursery thanks to the caring and attentive staff and great selection of toys and resources to keep him occupied. We love that staff are always happy and welcoming and often singing! The food provided is excellent and the nursery is clean and spacious.
Communication at the beginning and end of the day is excellent and parents are further encouraged to support their children’s learning through the UP app. I am happy in the knowledge that my baby is happy, safe and well cared for here. I would highly recommend Busy Bees at Northampton Riverside.

We have been really happy with this nursery. The facilities inside and out are great and it provides plenty of parking which is great for drop off/pick up. All of the staff are professional and friendly and make both parents and children feel at ease. The children always have lots of fun activities
to take part in and there's always new ideas being thought up. The building and facilities are clean and modern and the outdoor play area has been designed with lots to do and provides plenty of cover/shade on hot sunny days.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees for 3 years 7 months, she has always enjoyed her time at nursery and has been encouraged to learn new skills with a wide range of learning equipment and being able to make her own choices. She has transitioned well from baby room to preschool and has good
relationships with the staff. I have always been kept well informed of her development and progress.

Nursery has good opening and close timing for us to leave him early and pick him up late. Overall quite big nursery in siz\e and good room size. Lots of activity for kids and also all good food for children all day around. Just think need more key teacher's in preschool for 1-1 attention on kids as
I can see too many kids in preschool.

Fantastic company, staff and atmosphere! Having been to a different "private" nursery prior, I can honestly say that Busy Bees surpassed our expectations from when we moved over a year ago till date.

My child has just recently started in preschool and I have seen a big change in her and it has brought her out of her shell a lot. She is always talking about her friends and staff in the car and at home. She has grown up loads since being in that room.
