All the staff at Nuffy Bears make sending my daughter to nursery a much more comfortable experience. Everyone is friendly and willing to listen and address anything we want to discuss regarding my daughter’s care and learning. My daughter started quite shy and the staff reassured me and have watched and encouraged her to become more confident every day.

Nuffield Nursery have been so amazing and accommodating since my son started. I dreaded leaving him and returning to work, but the staff here are fantastic. I get regular updates and photos of him playing throughout the day. If I feel anxious or worried about him, all I have to do is message on the app and I get a reply in minutes. They have been extremely accommodating to his routine, ensuring they stick to his normal routine. I have had lots of updates on his milestone targets and what they are aiming for next, which as a first-time mum I love because I always stress about him hitting his milestones. He seems to love the food! He eats more at nursery than he does at home! The meals are always different and nutritional. Overall, my son is thriving at Nuffy Bear Nursery. He is happy, hitting milestones, eating good and sticking to his normal routine. Returning to work and leaving him was so daunting and scary, but the amazing staff here made it so much easier by being so supportive.

Lovely nursery. Kind and caring staff. My little boy and girl love going. Staff always update me on the online system and are always sharing photos of what they have been up to. Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend Nuffy Bear to anyone. My son has been going here for 2.5 years and absolutely loves it. The staff are so caring and get to know parents and children on a personal level and keep us well informed on our son's progress throughout the year via an app, conversations at pick up and parents evenings. They do plenty of activities above the day to day learning, such as going to soft play, going out for walks to collect leaves and they regularly have visitors attend like firefighters and dentists etc. as well as having parties (which parents can usually attend) for special occasions. The staff are very approachable and friendly and are always on hand to answer any questions and queries that I may have. My son also loves the variety of meals offered and the nursery are brilliant at catering for his allergy and making sure that he has never been left out because of it. We love it here and feel like part of the Nuffy Bear family, I'm so glad this is the nursery that we chose.

As a parent, I feel well-informed of his progress and involved in plans to push forward his development. Thanks to the whole team for the great work you do.

As you know it is always hard leaving your children, so finding the right nursery was important. I've been coming to Nuffy Bear for 2 years, both my children attend now and I could not fault the staff or the facilities, they are all lovely and they go above and beyond for the children always making sure they are happy and both my children have great bonds with them. I know they are looked after well, they always look forward to going to nursery and that makes me happy.

Our little girl loves going to nursery. From the moment we looked around, the communication we received has been amazing. Every big and little step going on with your child you are kept informed and given the opportunity to raise any concerns or questions. I was nervous when our daughter moved rooms but they ensured she settled in gradually and provided regular updates. The nursery manager is approachable and clearly cares about how the nursery is run and will get stuck in and help where needed and make sure she is visible to parents. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds and that's all down to the staff, they invest so much of themselves in the kids and it is clear to see. She has gone from being shy and reserved to super confident. Her key worker is fantastic and you can see the bond she has with everyone. We get daily updates and regular pictures showing what they are getting up to so you don't feel like you're missing out. Big thanks to all the staff- they are fab!!

My two year old son attends Nuffy Bear Nursery twice a week and he really enjoys it. The staff are excellent and this is backed up in the short time it took him to settle in. We have seen so much improvement in his development, which has really accelerated since he started back in February. Before choosing the nursery we heard a lot of positives and it has delivered on all fronts. Thank you!

We arrived at this nursery after a very poor experience at a different (and outstanding rated) establishment, in which children were pretty much abandoned outside all day (and in any weather) on the excuse of 'letting them enjoy nature' or whatever, and in which a culture of back-covering, as opposed to proportionate response, was rife. Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Gloucester could not have been more different. For starters, our children's health benefited a lot - infections became fewer and further apart, and nappy rashes became exception rather than norm. The children's psychological well-being also improved markedly; they started to visibly enjoy going to nursery, rather than cling to our legs on drop-off and leave in tears in the afternoon. Staff are welcoming and helpful at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Gloucester, and genuinely focused on children well-being. Staff turnover is also very well managed, as changes in key person have never been overly problematic. Fellow parents, be assured: this place is great.

My oldest has been in nursery for over two years, my youngest started a few months ago and they both really enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and engaging and it’s obvious that the kids think so too. I’m kept well informed about their learning, activities that they do and upcoming events. Really enjoying following their progress on the new app. Overall very happy that I chose this nursery and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

From the moment my partner and I looked around we had a good vibe, that vibe has continued. This is our first experience of a nursery so we didn't know what to expect but we've been so impressed. All the staff love our little boy. Each member of staff I've dealt with has been professional, friendly and has a good sense of humour. I love that they tell me what he eats as that helps me for inspiration on meals and how healthy the meals are. Would definitely recommend it.

They have helped my child come out of her shell and helped her getting ready for school life. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The staff are always happy to help with any concerns I had and try and solve the problem asap.

My daughter has made some incredible bonds with them all and often talks about the staff team at home.

Thank you for providing a safe, stimulating place for my child to grow and develop, knowing she was well looked after and having the best time whilst gaining new skills, gave me peace of mind.

And now she is off on the next adventure they have helped provide her with the skills she will need and I am confident she will flourish because of this!

Both my children attend Nuffy Bear Day Nursery, my daughter (4) started when she was 10-months-old and enjoys every day, leaving with the biggest smiles! My son (1) has settled in really well too. The staff ensure they really get to know the children and families and do everything they can to make the children feel comfortable. Since lockdown rules have eased they have really got back into the swing of things with numerous visitors to enhance the children's education and development, including firemen, dentists and reptiles. The staff are great at giving daily updates and have helped so much with my daughter.

The nursery manager was really welcoming on the phone when I initially called to see if I could look around the nursery. I explained that my son hasn’t been left with anyone and we’ve recently relocated from another city so all the staff we had contact with were very understanding and was more than happy for me to be present when interacting with my son, trying to make him comfortable. A friendly, chatty and loving bunch of people are who I want around my son and it makes me as a parent, much more relieved when I know I can leave him in their care. My son has speech issues that the nursery is working with me on and they are always happy to chat about his progress and learn his characteristics to be able to help him.

We have used this nursery for both children and my youngest will start school in September! Our key worker really knows our child and I am always appreciative of their care. The manager is always welcoming and we love that swimming lessons are included in the preschool. Our little one has truly thrived, is always excited to go and is ready for school, thanks to the staff. I will be sad to no longer see them all but wish the nursery well!

We moved to this nursery in July 2020 due to the previous nursery facing closure due to Covid. It was the best decision we could have made for our son.

With the nursery being part of a huge organisation, funding, equipment and supplies for the children are available in an abundance! The support networks available during Covid to keep the nursery functioning as business as usual even throughout high periods of sickness have been incredible.

The staff are the most amazing asset. Everyone is kind, nurturing, supportive and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are well looked after by the organisation with good employee perks meaning staff are happy having a positive impact on retention meaning consistency for the little ones.

Management is wonderful and hands-on and I couldn’t be happier with the childcare facilities

I would highly recommend Nuffy Beats to anyone. I have 2 children that currently attend and they both absolutely love it. The staff take the time to get to know each child and help them to develop. My daughters have an excellent relationship with their key workers and I know when they are at nursery that they are being so well cared for.

My 18 month old daughter loves going to Nuffy Bear. The staff are so friendly and very supportive of my child’s development. She has a lovely relationship with the nursery team. When I pick her up I’m welcomed with a big, happy smile and I enjoy hearing about all the fun activities and food she has had for that day. Since joining the nursery, we have noticed a growth in her social interaction, motor skills and speech. I would highly recommend.
