I have nothing but good words to say. They were brilliant. They supported me and my grandson. All staff were friendly and caring. I can not sing their praises more. I will miss my chats with the manager.

Top class service, my little girl loves it here. All the staff are professional and welcoming, best nursery experience myself and my wife have experienced.
They really focus on child’s development and care for each child’s individual needs.
Dinners also have a very extensive menu.
My wee girl just
loves it here.

The nursery is brilliant and the staff have been amazing with my son, really brought him out of his shell. His communication and social skills have vastly developed since being there. The only downside I would say is the outdoor space for the babies, wobblers, and toddlers is too small. It’s a tiny
grass area out the front.

I am of very high opinion of Clearly Kids Day Nursery, Bangor. All staff are very caring and professional. Communications have been always excellent. My son is happy at the Nursery since day one. Highly recommend Clearly Kids Day Nursery, Bangor, and a big thank you to all staff.

Our daughter started nursery on 10th January for her settling in week, and took to it like a duck to water and it’s all thanks to the girls in the baby room. They have been excellent with her from day one and catered to her every want and need. They have given us a sense of comfort and security and
we couldn’t be happier with their care for our daughter. She had her first-year injections so felt a bit unwell the following week and they were on the ball with calling us for permission to give her medication when they noticed her temperature had gone up. They’ve listened to us, and are genuinely superb at their jobs.
10 out of 10 so far from us. The app is also amazing, and so informative. The daily photos make us smile every time one is uploaded of our daughter enjoying herself at Clearly Kids.

Great nursery - my son loves going there and has built great relationships with the staff. They are very hands-on with the kids development and raise any concerns with you. They are also proactive ensuring my son's educational needs are met as he has grown older and work with his preschool.

Our son started at another nursery and when we moved house, we moved him to Clearly Kids in Bangor. Clearly Kids has been a welcoming and homely environment. The staff have been very accommodating and it is lovely that they all know him so well. When he moved into a new room the new staff took the time
to find out his interests and provided toys and posters that he would like which made the transition much easier. He has made some lovely friendships with other children and has grown into a chatty and sociable child. He enjoys being able to play with all the outside toys and we enjoy that he can do lots of messy play in nursery! Brilliant opportunity for him to be able to go out to the farm, he loved getting to go in the nursery cars!
The only negative comment is that we now have to pay for the week after Christmas even though the nursery is closed. Both my husband and I continue to work over the holidays so we have to find alternative childcare.

My two girls have been going to Clearly Kids Day Nursery since 2019 and they absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly and nothing is ever an issue for them. Management are really good with any problems brought to them and nothing is ever a bother. The chef cooks great nutritious meals and snacks
from scratch in the nursery which seem to go down well with my girls. The nursery has helped with my girls socially and emotionally. We feel like we are part of the Clearly Kids family.

Great experience, can't complain about anything. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly and are all great with all children. Always reassure us that our child will be fine even when he seems like he doesn't want to go in the morning.

Clearly Kids Day Nursery excels on all fronts and has provided us with the perfect blend of child care at each key stage for our kids, this currently includes afterschool care and school pick-up/drop-offs. The staff are a credit to the nursery.

We have been using Clearly Kids Day Nursery for five years with our eldest, our youngest started in baby room and has worked through the rooms. All staff in all rooms show a genuine interest in both children and always go above and beyond. You can tell it's not just a job for staff, they all love what
they do and genuinely are there for the kids, not just the pay.
Management have been a godsend, more so lately and have helped change days at short notice. Nothing is ever too much of a bother.
The drivers are all lovely and friendly too and always show interest in the children too.
Our son absolutely loves the food too and several days he would eat more than one plate or bowl so I'd say that is a thumbs up for the cook too.
I can't fault anyone or anything about Clearly Kids and if I ever did have any issues management's door is always open and they are very approachable.

Fantastic staff in all areas of the nursery - after-school room, management, chef and the staff that do school pick ups!
Great communication from management - always return emails and answer calls which is important if you need to make any changes to pick ups, collections etc.
Most importantly for
me is that I have full trust in all the staff that my daughter will be well looked after in my absence and that she feels happy and safe in the environment they provide while I am at work.
There is a range of activities from outdoor play to arts and crafts and role play available, and as children are coming from a variety of schools in the area there is always children of a similar age to mix with. Likewise, my daughter enjoys helping the adults to occupy the younger ones!
A brilliant nursery that I highly recommend.

Clearly Kids have provided both our children nothing but happy times in their nursery.
The staff are all very friendly and have always been happy to support us with anything we have needed as a family, from different school collection times to dietary requirements, etc.
Due to a change of circumstances
in our family life, we have had to take both girls out of Clearly Kids Nursery. My oldest daughter has been very upset about this as she now sees them as family and part of her week. We as parents also feel our youngest child has developed well since being in nursery and in the care of the Clearly Kids staff.
We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
The Manager and Deputy Manager are both very approachable and personable.

Clearly Kids Day Nursery is fantastic. The manager and the team are very warm, welcoming and understanding. No question/request is too small. Both my boys have been very happy here.
I have rated a bit less for value for money - but this is not a reflection of Clearly Kids or the team - it’s the overall
system that is very expensive for parents. Having lived in Australia, childcare was 50% cheaper for the same quality. I hope the government puts in place more support for childcare facilities and parents to make childcare more affordable overall.

Our son was 1 year old on 23 Feb 21. He started with Clearly Kids in Bangor in December 2021. We had been very nervous about leaving him and the settling-in process as he has Cystic Fibrosis. He has medication every time he eats, other daily medications, daily physio, and soiled nappies are plenty due
to his medication. We felt explaining Cystic Fibrosis to other childcare providers very uncomfortable, and felt like he might be hard to deal with, so didn't feel his care would be a priority. However, on our first visit, his face was a picture when he saw the big fish tank! The Manager was so supportive and highlighted they had dealt with Cystic Fibrosis, and mentioned they would get a medical plan sorted, and that was music to my ears and the cherry on the cake. Since then he has had the best of care, food, love, and most of all fun. We love the staff, they work so well with us and go above and beyond. They are so interested in how they can help him further and he couldn't be happier. Thank you all xx

After visiting many nurseries in the area, myself and my husband decided that Clearly Kids was the best for our 7-month-old baby boy.
Right from day one, the staff in Clearly Kids have been fantastic. They are so welcoming and are brilliant with our son. Which put my mind at ease straight away.
The
Manager and Deputy Manager are amazing at their job and are always on hand, even for a chat!
The staff in the baby room are so friendly and professional. They are amazing with our son and he loves to see them. They keep us updated with observations on the app throughout the day as well as a rundown of our son's day at nursery.
A chef makes fresh food daily and our son absolutely loves everything, he has yet to refuse anything!
I would recommend Clearly Kids if you want your child to be safe, cared for, and in a homely environment.

Barbara

Barbara Dickson

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2002

Barbara has managed Clearly Kids Bangor for the last 10 years, but she has worked for the Clear Group for 18 years previously in Greendale.


Barbara is passionate about Early Years and being inclusive within the community. The children are the heart and soul of her practice and always remain a priority. She is passionate about professionally developing our team, the staff are the main asset and help the children learn, develop and learn new pathways each day.


Barbara said that Early Years remains one of the most important stages of our lives, and in our ethos, we would provide this positive experience for our families.


Barbara has an Early Years Degree alongside a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Adele

Adele

Job Title: Room Leader Joined: 2015

Adele has an NVQ level 2 and level 3 in Childcare, education and learning and she has gained knowledge of the Solihull approach through recent training.


Adele has 14 years childcare experience and she currently works as a room leader within one of the Clear Day Nursery's and have done so for 6 years. She is passionate about working with young children and building a partnership with the parents. Adele said she enjoy nothing more than watching the children blossom and build their own individual personalities.
