My daughter has done her week of settling in and the staff were amazing with her. The manager is brilliant at explaining everything to do with the nursery and was brilliant with my daughter and reassuring me. I can't recommend this nursery enough, there is so much for the children to do and the nursery
is very open inside which was great when checking to see if my daughter had settled. The staff really were amazing and my daughter left happy I can't wait for her to start now.

Overall I'm really happy with the staff and nursery. Knowing that my child is happy makes going to work so much easier. The nursery is always warm and inviting and the staff are very approachable. Always plenty going on and I enjoy seeing photos of my sons day.

From my first contact with the staff at Clearly Kids I knew this was the place for my children. The open day proved we had made the right choice. The attention to detail at the premises inside and out is 2nd to none.
The staff are all so lovely and caring. They love them like their own. The activities
they do on a daily basis are fantastic. My kids love the nursery and have transitioned extremely well. I feel confident leaving them there knowing they are well taken care of. I can't fault Clearly Kids!!

I have two daughters at Clearly Kids and I could not be happier with the staff and the facilities. My girls love this place so much it takes me 15 minutes to get them out the door, that's how much they love it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, I know my children are being cared for to the
highest standard and I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

Barbara

Barbara Dickson

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2002

Barbara has managed Clearly Kids Bangor for the last 10 years, but she has worked for the Clear Group for 18 years previously in Greendale.


Barbara is passionate about Early Years and being inclusive within the community. The children are the heart and soul of her practice and always remain a priority. She is passionate about professionally developing our team, the staff are the main asset and help the children learn, develop and learn new pathways each day.


Barbara said that Early Years remains one of the most important stages of our lives, and in our ethos, we would provide this positive experience for our families.


Barbara has an Early Years Degree alongside a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Adele

Adele

Job Title: Room Leader Joined: 2015

Adele has an NVQ level 2 and level 3 in Childcare, education and learning and she has gained knowledge of the Solihull approach through recent training.


Adele has 14 years childcare experience and she currently works as a room leader within one of the Clear Day Nursery's and have done so for 6 years. She is passionate about working with young children and building a partnership with the parents. Adele said she enjoy nothing more than watching the children blossom and build their own individual personalities.
