Stars Pre-School Ravensthorpe is open between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, term-time only.

The nursery provides children and families with a secure, caring and stimulating learning environment.

The professional, dedicated early years team provides children with the tools and learning experiences they need to develop their full potential play and learning in stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.

Children at the nursery can consistently access the outdoor area for fresh air and exercise. In the garden children have the opportunities to run and climb on the outdoor equipment in a safe environment.

The staff and atmosphere in the nursery are amazing. At the beginning, my daughter had some really hard times, but the staff for an amazing job to help her. They found the right way how to involve her in daily activities.

My son has additional needs, and this nursery has provided him with the support and help he needs. They go out of there way to help if I have any issues, and are very approachable about anything. Facilities provided are really good, my son loves the play area outside.

Definitely recommend this nursery. Both my children have attended over the course of almost three years so far, and I’ve never had one problem. All the staff are lovely and brilliant, and my children have enjoyed their experience.

Job Title: Manager Joined: 2021

Hello! I’m Kayleigh, the manager of Stars Preschool, Ravensthorpe. I have worked in Early Years for 11 years now and worn a variety of hats, but this one is the one I am most proud to wear.


I have been part of the Stars family since 2021 and have had many fun, exciting and memorable moments already.
I am Level 3 qualified in early years and a Level 3 SENDCO lead for our setting.


I am passionate about creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment where all our children can learn and develop with our carefully thought-out curriculum that encourages exciting and new experiences for every individual child.
But most of all… I LOVE to have FUN and be silly with the Ravensthorpe team and children
