As both an experienced childcare professional and a new parent, Haleema truly understands the importance of trusting someone else with your little ones. With an uncompromising approach to safeguarding, Haleema works tirelessly to maintain rigorous policies, thorough risk assessments, and the highest training standards for our team. Her passion is creating a vibrant, playful, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe to explore.

Meet Sadia, our Deputy Manager at Banana Moon Stoke Poges!

With nearly 18 years of experience in childcare, Sadia brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine passion for the early years. Having previously served as a Nursery Manager, she possesses a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards of safety, happiness, and care.

Sadia’s role will be dynamic; she’ll be floating between our rooms to mentor our team, boost staff confidence, and introduce innovative ways of learning. Her focus is always on hitting those vital developmental milestones while ensuring our teaching remains top-tier.

Fozia brings a dynamic and purposeful energy to our setting. She is known for her direct and focused approach to early childhood development, ensuring that every learning opportunity is maximised. Her passion for education is most visible through her incredible creativity; Fozia loves hand-crafting unique props for the children to use, bringing their imaginative play to life in tangible ways.

If there is a fun or "messy" activity happening, Fozia is likely at the heart of it! She is a firm believer that children learn best when they are fully immersed in their environment, and she takes great joy in designing sensory-rich experiences that allow children to explore, experiment, and have fun while they learn.

In her leadership role, Fozia works closely with the management team to uphold the highest standards of safety. She is diligent in ensuring that all nursery policies and procedures are adhered to, providing a secure and structured environment where creativity and safety go hand in hand.

Amrita is our nursery administrator. She works remotely and helps support the nursery with emails and advertising. She does come into the nursery from time to time.
