Banana Moon – Stoke Poges opened its door in November 2015 to all of the community.

Taking children from the age of 3 months to 5 years of age they provide a stimulating and safe learning environment for all ages. The nursery accepts 2 year old and 3 year old funding.

A Highly experienced in house chef provides home cooked nutrition meals daily ensuring all dietary requirements are taken into consideration.

Staff are promoted to continue their learning and development through lots of in house and borough lead training by specialists.

Our little girl has been coming to Banana Moon since she was about 7 months old, and will soon be departing to the next step in her educational journey. Banana Moon has provided a caring and loving home for her these last years. She has thrived, and what we really love is the team has helped us select
the right environment for her to move on to. They have given us the necessary advice, reports, and support in finding the right place. I know our daughter will miss the place, but we hope to come back and visit!

We moved to Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges from another nursery and I can honestly say it was the best decision. My son absolutely loves it. We love the daily updates on the app as it shows us the progress he's making. The daily routines Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges delivers to prepare our
son for school is one of the main reasons we chose the nursery, from PE lessons, teaching him to write his name, basic math and recently Spanish. He's exposed to so much more and I would highly recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

This nursery is just wonderful! My daughter has learnt so much through her time at Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges. I have seen a huge improvement with her numbers and letters. The teachers are brilliant and facilities are excellent. Even learning Spanish and science at the age of three. They also
organise visits from local animal businesses for show and tell. My daughter really enjoys her days at this nursery, so much so we are sending my son there in a months time. Highly recommend!

From the beginning, I received a very quick response time from management as well as excellent customer service. This remained the case once my son joined the nursery too. The ease of the settling in period as well as having friendly staff and the manager, has been nothing but amazing. The manager has
been accommodating, quickly responding and assuring me of the best practices and policy in place for Covid-19. The app is informative as well as the monthly newsletter and I’m incredibly happy and blessed to have chosen this nursery for my son.

We have two children at Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges. Our eldest has been coming for just over three years now! Both are thriving and really enjoy their time at the nursery. They run in each morning, excited to see their key workers and come home animated about their days. We feel confident about
their development and are impressed with how learning is integrated with their play, tailored to their skills and learning styles! The team know our children really well and we are always given a detailed handover each evening. We were also really impressed with how they’ve managed through the coronavirus pandemic. There were daily calls with activities during the shut down, which helped with familiarity and then they reopened and the children returned! They were very fair with how fees were managed and we’ve been impressed with how diligent they are in abiding by the guidance. We’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a warm and stimulating nursery for their little one!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was eighteen months old. I instantly felt safe and reassured by the staff and the environment we were putting our child in. My daughter has learned to potty train and eat by herself all because of the hard work and dedication of the staff at Banana
Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges. They take on board any concerns and issues the parents may have and address them promptly. They have been so nurturing towards my daughter's education and a massive support through this pandemic. I don’t know what I would do without Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges and the girls there!

Both my sons attend Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges. My eldest is in preschool and has been attending since he was fourteen months! We looked around a few nurseries before selecting Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges, it was by far the nicest. They have different spaces within the nursery for the
children to enjoy. The girls are all delightful and take such good care of the children. They really learn so much from their time spent there and I credit a lot of my sons' progress from the support of the nursery. Such as manners, writing, social skills and potty training. They get two hot meals a day and the nursery keeps you updated with your child's daily activities, meals/snacks, sleep and nappy output via an app. I'm sure it must be very difficult selecting a nursery in current times, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery Stoke Poges.

This nursery and the staff are honestly amazing! After having a child during the pandemic and going through a whole year at home there isn’t anywhere I would leave my baby! They have made this scary most daunting experience the best, even with all the restrictions in place I feel ever so relaxed and
at ease that my baby is safe and in the most caring hands ever. After only being in the nursery for two weeks he is now eating all by himself and also sleeping through the night in his own room! I could honestly praise them endlessly but the truth speaks for itself. Thank you to all the lovely ladies at Banana Moon, you are all amazing!

My daughter started Banana Moon Stoke Poges in June 2020, whilst in the midst of the Global Pandemic. To state I was nervous about how it would all work, was an understatement. From the moment she started her settling in sessions (which had to be done very differently to the 'norm') I was put at ease
and that is solely down to the staff that work within this establishment. My daughter is absolutely thriving within this environment, her speech has come on in leaps and bounds and she is now such a social little butterfly. She gets so excited to go to nursery and play with her new friends and peers. I am so thankful to the team at Banana Moon and I would recommend their services to everyone!

My daughter has been coming to Banana Moon since May 2019 and the positive changes we have seen since then have been countless. The teachers are warm and caring and the whole team make us feel so comfortable. We used to attend another pre-school in the area and the difference is night and day. I have

My son has been coming to Banana Moon for nearly one year and he loves it here! The staff are friendly and make him feel very welcome from the moment he walks through the door. We moved him from another nursery as we were unhappy and worried about him settling in but the staff have done a great job
with him. Every time I pick him up he does not want to come home and is always excited to tell me what he has been doing.

We moved our daughter from another nursery to Banana Moon in September. She was 20 months old at the time and so we were very apprehensive about the move.


I can quite confidently say, we had nothing to worry about. Our little one has settled in absolutely wonderfully and is happier than we've ever

seen her. She literally jumps out of our arms when we walk into the nursery in the morning.


She has a lovely bond with all her carers and it's so lovely to see her grow and develop into such a happy and confident child. She is thoroughly stimulated and there are lots of activities on a daily basis to keep her occupied.


We could not be happier with the choice of nursery and would definitely recommend it.

If there is a fun or "messy" activity happening, Fozia is likely at the heart of it! She is a firm believer that children learn best when they are fully immersed in their environment, and she takes great joy in designing sensory-rich experiences that allow children to explore, experiment, and have fun while they learn.


In her leadership role, Fozia works closely with the management team to uphold the highest standards of safety. She is diligent in ensuring that all nursery policies and procedures are adhered to, providing a secure and structured environment where creativity and safety go hand in hand.
