My son has had a fantastic experience at this nursery. Staff are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. They know how to encourage progress and play is also an important part of their day. I am so happy that we chose Banana Moon Sheffield. Their app is also brilliant.

We have been using the Sheffield Banana Moon Day Nursery for the past five years and our children are very happy in this nursery. A lot of activities and the children are served two hot meals a day. Management is also very responsive. Good communication overall.

Both my children have attended Banana Moon since they were 9 months old. One is now in school the other in minimoon.
They love it there. The staff are amazing. The kids don't just have fun but learning experience is built into everything they do.

A fantastic nursery that keeps my daughter happy and learning every day. She loves being outside, and the nursery has a large outdoor area where they take them out to play and explore every day. The team staff are caring, and experienced, and share my child’s progress each day via the app and on pick-up.
Management is great at communicating and also know your child well. We’ve recommended it to many friends.

I cannot praise everyone here enough. My little girl has come on leaps and bounds since joining Banana Moon Day Nursery. Everyone is so lovely, caring and personable. They all really care about the kids and it shows on the happiness of all the little faces! From the onset, I have felt so comfortable

We moved our 2-year-old daughter here a few months ago when we moved house. We have been blown away by the warmth, care and kindness of the staff, who really give 110% to the children. Our daughter settled in very quickly and never wanted to leave when we go to pick her up! The nursery also seems very
well managed by a fantastic manager. It has fair policies and excellent food provision for the children. The app is really handy too - we love getting updates throughout the day and being able to contact staff through it. Would definitely recommend Banana Moon!

A really wonderful place with staff who clearly care deeply about the children. The is a friendly feel to the place and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Our son has always been happy here and they have always managed to make him settled and happy.
I can't really find fault and would happily recommend
it to anyone with young children. They are a fantastic team, with great management leading them.

Both my children went to this nursery and the staff were always amazing, accommodating, caring and knowledgeable. Their communication was fantastic. Their policies made me feel really secure that my kids were safe at all times. They spent so much time playing educational games and making learning fun,
so when it came to starting school both my kids were well prepared. The garden is a real selling point as the kids have a lot of room to play outside and the staff make an effort to try to go out in all weathers. The food that they served was one of the selling points when we were first looking for nurseries for our first child and Banana Moon stood out among all the others because the food they served was always varied and fresh compared to other nurseries who seemed to just serve things with chips. My kids were fed 6 times most days with fresh meals and snacks, which allowed me to relax knowing they had full tummies. I will always recommend this nursery because they really are the best!

Our little one loves attending Banana Moon Day Nursery. The staff are so genuinely caring and so are management. Our little one has formed lovely relationships with all the staff.
He is learning lots and loves the range of activities at nursery. The garden space is his favourite but we also love how
spacious the rooms are.
Feedback and communication from staff are excellent. Staff respond so quickly to a child's change in needs and interests.
The food provision is brilliant. The kids get two home-cooked meals a day and the dishes are interesting and varied. Snacks are great too. Our little one eats so well there.
Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. We're so glad we chose it and feel lucky to have it in our area.

I can’t recommend Banana Moon enough!
My child was moved from another nursery after not settling in. Every member of staff at this nursery made so much effort with my child, to ensure he was happy, settled and safe. His speech and confidence are beaming! He has come on so well since being here and

The nursery has been wonderful in helping my daughter adapt to her new life here in the United Kingdom. The teachers and administrators are very patient and understanding. They are also very friendly and respectful. They take the time to explain my daughter's daily activities to me and also send me

From our first day at Banana Moon all the staff have been incredible, giving our daughter a happy, eventful nursery experience while supporting her development with varied and interesting activities, both inside and outside.
Everyone at the nursery we've dealt with has offered a warm and caring experience.
Communication is excellent. They have become a key part of our child support network.
Our daughter needed lots of support getting to sleep away from home at first but the team at the nursery were fantastic: patient and proactive in helping her to learn to sleep well. After seven months she naps better at nursery than she does at home!

Would recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery Sheffield to anyone in need of child care and will be sending my second child in 12 months time with no hesitation at all.
Not something we had done before as a young family and did have some nerves about it, but from the off the staff were fantastic.
We drop
off with ease and speed, then collect from a very welcoming involved and informative environment.

I am really impressed with Banana Moon Sheffield. From the very outset, the staff have been outstanding and my daughter has benefitted from her time there tremendously. The quality of care is exemplary and staff at every level reflect this, from the practitioners, the cook, management, and executives.
I would personally recommend Banana Moon to all parents of children and would like to thank you all for looking after my daughter so well for the past two and a bit years.

Our daughter has been going to nursery now since the end of March. The staff have been absolutely brilliant in helping us all through the big change. I have gone back to work full time and I have no doubts that our little one is well looked after every day. We get updates through an app so we can see
what she is up to throughout the day, which has really helped me in the transition from staying at home 100% of the time with her, to being back in the office full time. The staff are all friendly and approachable. They have a really sensible approach to looking after the children and make sure that they are all as happy as they can be, even if it means sitting in the office with them for a little while and sharing their malt loaf! Honestly couldn't recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery, Sheffield, enough.

Our little girl has been at Banana Moon Day Nursery, Sheffield for a year and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The staff know the children on such a personal level and that goes for everyone across the nursery not just the staff in my daughter's room. Her day is made up of the things she enjoys
and she is increasingly challenged as she gets closer to going to school. Meals are varied from week to week.

We’ve had 2 x kids go through Banana Moon Day Nursery Sheffield now and couldn’t have been happier with our experience (especially through the pandemic and how the team so swiftly adapted). Hello,
My name is Danni and I am the manager of Banana Moon Day Nursery. I have worked here since 2016 and became manager in 2018. I have 2 boys who are 5 and 2. My eldest has gone to primary school this year and my youngest is here with me at Banana Moon. I am level 6 qualified after achieving a BA honours in early childhood studies and have over 10 years’ experience of working in early years across all age ranges. I love outdoor play! We spend a lot of family time over the weekends in the parks and woods surrounding Sheffield, getting wet and muddy. This is something we actively encourage at Banana Moon and our large garden allows us to enhance children’s experiences in the outdoor environment. I also love our storytimes at nursery. Watching the children’s imagination grow with every turn of the page is one of my favourite things about working in early years.
