Both my children have attended this nursery from being 2 until school - I cannot praise the staff and the environment more. Like a family they truly care about the children that attend , great outdoor space and amazing activities for the children always . I would highly recommend this setting for your children

We are incredibly happy with the nursery setting and staff. They do everything they can to keep the children engaged, they organize tons of fun activities for them to learn using play as a main driver. Outside space is wonderful as well, and they go outside every day, which is great for development. The staff is always kind and supportive, and they try to reassure us when we feel insecure. Couldn't think of a better place for my kid!

We have had a great experience so far. Our daughter joined the baby moons class in November 2024 aged 13m and is now 19m in the same room. There were 3 settling in sessions free of charge and they completed a thorough handover with us to learn all about her personality and preferences. They continued to maintain our preferred nap schedule which not all nurseries do. They have been fully supportive in our potty training journey and she is now out of nappies. The class size seems small compared to other friend's nurseries and they organise little sensory activities for the babies each day and give them plenty of time outside. Communication is really good and updates are provided throughout the day through their app. There was a parents evening recently for an opportunity to share progress. Staff seem to have a genuine affection towards our daughter and are always so positive about her which is lovely.

A fantastic nursery, with great facilities and staff who go above and beyond. The food menu is nutritious and varied and they have lots of different activities for the children e.g. learning French. Our little girl loves it (as did our now not so little boy before her).

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for the past 3 years, and my son for 4 years before he left for school. Banana Moon is a massive part of our lives! The staff are kind and caring, they encourage and bring out the best in the children. They organise varied and interesting activities everyday, and have a lovely structure during their day. The outside space is brilliant and they use it all year round. Food is really varied and caters for all diets and tastes. We are so pleased we decided to use Banana Moon for our children, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to everyone for such wonderful care you show all the children!

Great nursery, really well managed. The staff are superb. They are always informative about how the day has gone and genuinely seem to enjoy looking after the children. We are really happy with it and have both our kids there.

This nursery is absolutely fantastic! They've offered nothing but continuous support for my child, and me as a parent. All the staff are amazing, friendly, chatty & have a fantastic work ethos. The meals are fantastic, a lot of thought, effort and hard work clearly goes into planning their own menu's and cooking it all on their onsite kitchen. My child's development has sky rocketed since starting back in 2023. She is very happy, content and loves coming to nursery!

My daughter has been coming here since she was 1 (3 now) and we love Banana Moon Day Nursery! The staff really care about her and her well-being, every key worker she has had has been absolutely amazing. Her confidence has grown so much and she has made really meaningful connections with the staff and other children. Thoroughly recommend Banana Moon to everyone.

My little boy (21 months) has been coming to this nursery since last summer. His development has skyrocketed along with his social skills and confidence. He loves coming to nursery and has formed great bonds with the staff in his room. The staff have been understanding and supportive of any family issues and I feel my son and all other children are looked after as if they were their own. Huge thank you to everyone for providing such great care, highly recommended!

The staff are amazing and very tentative. They are very knowledgeable and always try and answer any questions we might have. They take very good care of our child and try their best to accommodate the things we do at home, e.g. potty training or keeping up to date and responding to our child’s second language. Also, it is very important that they go and play outside at least once a day in the garden. For the specific room our child is in, they do different activities every day and they try and teach the toddlers how to interact with small babies.

As a first-time mum who's had a bad experience with my son's previous nursery, I would definitely recommend this nursery. They've put my mind at ease throughout the whole transition. I feel like all the staff in his room really know him and his likes/dislikes and are really hands-on with him. They treat him as an individual and you can tell they all genuinely care about all the children. I really like that they feed children often and do different activities every day. I feel confident with leaving my son there and very happy we found this nursery.

Both of our children have absolutely loved Banana Moon. Our youngest has been going there for nearly two years now and his big sister went there until school. The staff are amazing and create a wonderfully supportive environment that really helps kids develop their confidence. The nursery has a lovely outdoor side and the kids are outside in all weathers. We had a fantastic experience with their SEN support too and found the nursery both willing and able to adapt their processes to support our child.

My son has had a fantastic experience at this nursery. Staff are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. They know how to encourage progress and play is also an important part of their day. I am so happy that we chose Banana Moon Sheffield. Their app is also brilliant.

We have been using the Sheffield Banana Moon Day Nursery for the past five years and our children are very happy in this nursery. A lot of activities and the children are served two hot meals a day. Management is also very responsive. Good communication overall.

Both my children have attended Banana Moon since they were 9 months old. One is now in school the other in minimoon. They love it there. The staff are amazing. The kids don't just have fun but learning experience is built into everything they do.

A fantastic nursery that keeps my daughter happy and learning every day. She loves being outside, and the nursery has a large outdoor area where they take them out to play and explore every day. The team staff are caring, and experienced, and share my child’s progress each day via the app and on pick-up. Management is great at communicating and also know your child well. We’ve recommended it to many friends.

I cannot praise everyone here enough. My little girl has come on leaps and bounds since joining Banana Moon Day Nursery. Everyone is so lovely, caring and personable. They all really care about the kids and it shows on the happiness of all the little faces! From the onset, I have felt so comfortable leaving my little one in their care.

We moved our 2-year-old daughter here a few months ago when we moved house. We have been blown away by the warmth, care and kindness of the staff, who really give 110% to the children. Our daughter settled in very quickly and never wanted to leave when we go to pick her up! The nursery also seems very well managed by a fantastic manager. It has fair policies and excellent food provision for the children. The app is really handy too - we love getting updates throughout the day and being able to contact staff through it. Would definitely recommend Banana Moon!

A really wonderful place with staff who clearly care deeply about the children. The is a friendly feel to the place and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Our son has always been happy here and they have always managed to make him settled and happy. I can't really find fault and would happily recommend it to anyone with young children. They are a fantastic team, with great management leading them.

Both my children went to this nursery and the staff were always amazing, accommodating, caring and knowledgeable. Their communication was fantastic. Their policies made me feel really secure that my kids were safe at all times. They spent so much time playing educational games and making learning fun, so when it came to starting school both my kids were well prepared. The garden is a real selling point as the kids have a lot of room to play outside and the staff make an effort to try to go out in all weathers. The food that they served was one of the selling points when we were first looking for nurseries for our first child and Banana Moon stood out among all the others because the food they served was always varied and fresh compared to other nurseries who seemed to just serve things with chips. My kids were fed 6 times most days with fresh meals and snacks, which allowed me to relax knowing they had full tummies. I will always recommend this nursery because they really are the best!
