Kids Planet Salford

My guardian son has only been here a few months and in this time he has become a confident little boy, he is very happy and he is happy to leave us knowing he will be safe. I use the app every day and this is so easy to navigate and as a family we appreciate and respect the staff a lot, they are very friendly and if there was any issues they would tell us straight away, my grandson was going to a different nursery and knowing how they are with my son my grandson has moved here also. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, my son has another 2 years here before big school and I'm so happy that he is going to have them in his life. Thank you for looking after my son and grandson as much as you do, you are all a part of their young lives.

Great nursery, my daughter has settled in really well. All the staff are lovely. The nursery is clean and a positive environment. Lots of toys and activities to keep them entertained. Children are well looked after.

It is a great nursery. I feel confident that my child will be well taken care of when I drop her off. This in turn allows me to go about my day/work without having to worry. The staff are all welcoming and you get the sense that they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the children. My daughter had been with a previous nursery before this one and I had to move her due to personal reasons so I was apprehensive and worried whether I was making the right decision. I can't say I regret it. During each pickup they give us a summary of what she has eaten during the day, her naps and just overall how well her day was spent. I particularly like this. Her key person is always lovely and welcoming.

Very satisfied with the time our son had in this nursery, growing up over 3 years under Kids Planet education and fun he made friends, learned a lot and always happy to be there, excellent nursery friendly, safe, professional, lovely staff.

I would highly recommend this nursery to any other family!

Great range of activities and trips out as my child loves them. Good opening hours and flexibility in booking sessions. Really friendly staff and a brilliant manager who will always try her best to resolve any issues raised with her. Slight negative is the large class sizes, where it seems the staff are overstretched by the number of kids in the room, so get a little less time as they provide more support to SEN children due to goverment funding issues. On the whole, a good nursery. Purpose built with facilities such as a sensory room which my child loves.

One of the best nurseries I have used, my daughter loves it, always comes home smiling and happy! The nursery have been amazing throughout the last 18 months supporting us with changes in dietary requirements at short notice and also the level of support my daughter has received with her development and speech delay, really couldn't have asked for better, thank you to all the staff.

My son has attended Kids Planet in Salford since he was 9 months old. He has thrived while attending nursery. All staff have been great and I have always felt secure when I was leaving my son. He will miss all his teachers and friends.

My daughter spent a nice whole year in Kids Planet. It was a really great journey throughout the time. She learned so many skills in Kids Planet. Being social, kind to others and also she starts making long sentences. It was a good time.

I am very satisfied with everything Kids Planet offers. Since my first contact with Kids Planet I was amazed with everything in there. The facilities, the premises, the staff. I have felt my daughter is in good hands.

The nursery holds a high standard for supporting families on a day-to-day basis and are always available to have a chat if needed.

I can't fault this nursery in anyone, it's amazing the staff are amazing my son was in there in 2022 and my daughter is in there now. I will be putting my youngest in Kids Planet next year. My children have come on amazing since being in nursery. The nursery is amazing and outstanding, I couldn't say anything negative about it.

Lovely first couple of months at nursery. My child settled in really well and the staff have been brilliant and so friendly. He is loving nursery, and I have no worries or concerns about him whilst he is there.

My daughter loves nursery, she is always smiling and roaring to go in and enjoy her time at nursery. She loves the staff in the tots room and always comes home smiling and happy. I can tell she is well cared for and happy and comfortable in nursery. I get daily updates and a phone call if she has fell or hurt herself. The staff are always kind and helpful in anything I need and prompt to help with anything I need. Working in a school, nursery have accommodated my working hours to term time only which has helped me massively. I appreciate the nursery more than they will know and will be gutted when she’s old enough to leave and attend big girl school. Thank you to all the staff, you’re amazing and the best team for my little girl!

We are very happy with Kids Planet Salford. Experienced and friendly staff make all the difference and our daughter loves it there.

From the start, I have felt welcome. The staff are always smiling and I feel ok in leaving my son at the nursery. The communication is good. I always know what is going on with my son and the activities.

The staff are very friendly and qualified, which gives me confidence when leaving my child. The nursery has planned activities to strengthen children's current developmental stage. Cleanliness is good and my daughter likes the fresh meals made every day. My only negative experience is I wasn't told on the first day I would be given a bag and a blanket for my daughter as part of the admin fee. Which, on the plus side, I think is a lovely idea. Updates are put on the parent app which I rely on to see how my daughter is getting on. Overall, I would highly recommend this nursery.

Both of my girls attend here and it’s a great nursery. They both love going here and they cater for their needs (dietary and physical). Staff are friendly and communicate with me well. The excitement when they realise where they are when we arrive is just fabulous.

Amazing staff look after my little girl amazingly and are very polite. Have trained her to use the potty very well and she in now good at this. She has interacted with lots of other children very well and been taught to share along with manners too.

So far my daughter has very much enjoyed nursery. The nursery nurses are friendly and very informative. This is my 2nd time to come as my oldest came here 5 years ago. Still the same great service.
