Staff are very welcoming and very approachable should you need to speak to them about your child. I have recommended Bright Horizons to friends and will continue to do so.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 12 months old. The staff at the nursery are all very dedicated and they have a consistent staff team that are very friendly and approachable. Parents are kept well informed of the child's development and activities during the day. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Always very welcoming and enthusiastic. Very clean environment. My granddaughter has learnt so many good habits, manners and vocabulary here and she only attends twice a week. The waiting room is very pleasant with lots of information to read about the menus and activities.

My daughter loves going to nursery. The staff are great with her and always go above and beyond. She has learnt so much since attending and has gained a lot of confidence.

We chose Bright Horizons, Astley again for our daughter, as our son attended here and we were so impressed with the care, activities and learning opportunities. When it came to looking for a nursery for our daughter, there was no doubt we would choose Bright Horizons, Astley. Our daughter started in the nursery room. She had numerous visits prior to starting, which helped her to settle and also helped us to know she was happy and safe there. The staff are amazing and are so caring. The app is great at keeping you informed throughout the day! The activities and resources are lovely and well planned. Our daughter loves coming. It is easy to see as she smiles and chats away about what she has done in nursery. A brilliant nursery.

Bright Horizons is a wonderful setting. My 2-year-old son has been attending for the past five months and since his time here, has developed so well, in terms of his communication. He is so happy to come to nursery and when I pick him up, I know he's had a great day. The staff are brilliant and the app is wonderful and helps us keep track of everything. Ten out of ten!

Both my boys, aged 3 years old and 1 year old, attend Bright Horizons Day Nursery, Astley. I couldn't recommend enough. The staff are fantastic, my boys have loved their individual key workers in each room, and built great relationships with each of them, to the point where they are happy and eager to go into nursery every morning. The baby room staff are fab, they will listen to your wants and needs, stick to your home routine and take away the anxiety and worries you may have. Both boys have academically come on leaps and bounds even though my eldest had a lot of time at home due to covid and lockdown. My 3-year-old had delayed speech and this is now rectified with the help of the staff. It's a very clean nursery, always serves a good variety of food. You can tell the staff enjoy their job, as there is always a happy, friendly atmosphere any time of the day, whether is 7am or 6pm! You’ll be happy you chose this nursery for your child.

An incident happened which was the final straw but it was the poor handling of the situation by management and the lack of understanding of what the core problem was ultimately led to me removing my child, as I had major concerns about my child’s safety whilst in their care. I’ve reported to Ofsted.

Recently my little girl has started the nursery and I am very pleased and happy with the care received. She enjoys going to nursery and the staff have always got a smile on their face which makes it easier leaving my little girl with them.

My granddaughter started here six weeks ago and absolutely loves it. The staff are all so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. It has definitely made my daughter's anxiety about leaving her and going back to work a lot easier knowing she is being left in such good hands. Thank you.

As a first-time mother, I can not describe the fear I experienced leaving my baby girl for the first time. At Bright Horizons Astley, I know my little girl is looked after by the staff to the best of their ability. Her care needs are met, her development is thriving daily and to see her socialise with other children makes me so happy. With her being born in lockdown she was glued to my side for 13 months. So leaving her still, is pretty difficult. She’s soon approaching her move into the next room and whilst I’m so anxious I know she’s in great hands and is going to succeed in the next part of her development. I wouldn’t have her anywhere else. She’s treated like family and cared for by everyone. She loves the staff! The bond she has with these three particular staff is lovely to watch and I’m looking forward to watching future relationships grow. Thank you for all your commitment and hard work!

My daughter started here at nine months after not much socialising due to covid. The staff have been brilliant at making sure she settled in and is excited to go. She has been there for nine months now and is learning new things all the time. They keep me well informed of all her activities and I really do feel like she is in safe hands. It makes going to work and leaving her that little bit easier.

Our daughter has been going to this nursery for the past 3 years and she absolutely loves it. The staff and management are fantastic, they genuinely care for the children. It is nice to be able to leave my daughter happy and in safe hands knowing she is being cared for and loved by her keyworker(s). I would, and do, highly recommend this nursery to anybody including friends and family.

Amazing nursery with lovely staff (only know a few as my little boy only started in February) everyone I have met up to now are lovely especially the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Manager, and the two members of staff in the baby room. With my little boy starting nursery during a pandemic I was very apprehensive and concerned about him settling but I was told numerous times to ring up and check on him as many times as I wanted and when I did ring they gave me good feedback and assured me he was fine and would contact me if not.

If you have any problems the staff will help and do whatever they can to sort the problems, they're all so approachable, my little boy loves going to nursery and the books they provide with all the stuff they have eaten and done through the day is a lovely idea, rather than it being all electronic. Honestly such a lovely nursery cant recommend enough.

Our eldest child needs additional support with learning and communication and the staff in the preschool room have been exceptional in supporting him, in fact, the whole nursery is very inclusive!

I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone.
